I would be very grateful for a reply E-mail note from any of you very influential government or public university officials, in which you very kindly state for me in writing whether you yourself also concur with El Campo city official Chris Barbee's recent written statement (below) to me expressing full support for own my privacy rights inside my bolt-locked bedroom of my apartment unit in Austin.

Thank you again for very kindly taking the time in a recent prior month to discuss with me on the telephone the alleged continuous-and-still-to-this-day-continuing alleged personal-injury-crimes case and alleged-continuous-and-still-to-this-day-continuing-anal-rape-crimes-solely-during-my-sleep case in which I am definitely a victim inside my own rental apartment unit in northwest Austin.

I hope you won't mind if I take this opportunity to politely mention to you with emphasis at this time that I value leading an always-sober and completely celibate-by-choice lifestyle in which I have as little physical contact as is humanly possible with other people during this period. I realize that occasional strictly-mutual-consent handshakes are appropriate on occasion. But otherwise, I value my legal right and human right to NOT have any physical contact of any type with anyone. This is especially the case, of course, during this multi-year period in which I am being victimized by anal-rape crimes during my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit. I want ZERO physical contact with anyone, if at all possible.
My apartment unit, incidentally, is situated a few blocks from and on the same side of Highway 183 as a Roman Catholic Church-(affiliated) hospital, Seton Northwest Hospital. My apartment unit is also located several blocks from one of the biggest Southern Baptist churches in Texas, the Great Hills Baptist Church, with a membership size that must be at least 2,000 people, I would expect.
I was saddened in a recent prior year to hear or read a news account about a male adult youth minister from that Southern Baptist congregation who had been accused of allegedly having illegal physical contact with one or more male youths from that congregation, if I remember correctly. I would have hoped that the alcohol-free lifestyle of Southern Baptist religious leaders would help to protect their integrity record in regard to any and all of their interactions with others, including with minors.
In my own life, the ONLY minor I have ever seen or directly observed during my conscious or waking hours inside my apartment unit was a male youth, age 12 or 13, probably, whom two adult representatives for the St. Albert the Great Roman Catholic Church insisted on his being present with them inside my apartment unit in 2012 or 2013. Those two adult case workers for the St. Albert the Great Roman Catholic Church were very firm on that point as I discussed with an adult female case worker and an adult male case worker for the St. Vincent de Paul Society of that congregation why I was myself experiencing severe financial problems at that time, and why I had a definite need for financial assistance from the Roman Catholic Church at that time.
As part of my in-person interview with those two Catholic Church case workers, I did refer to my being victimized by unwanted and illegal intruders during my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit, and I also cited the expenses I had myself incurred from having to myself document crime evidence of illegal intruders inside my private bedroom, since the police were unwilling to install temporary APD-sponsored electronic surveillance inside my bedroom that I had repeatedly sought from APD ever since 2011.
I also emphasized to those two Catholic Church representatives during their visit in Apartment 325 that the Austin Police Department as of that time had not yet been willing or able to confirm any of my crime reports to APD as having been accurate on my part. I did add that I had myself---beginning in February 2012, when I purchased and used my first-ever infrared camera---obtained infrared-camera documentation for myself containing tentative criminal-law evidence of alleged illegal intruders inside my bolt-locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit.
Chris, I hope that I have enhanced my own credibility with you over the last few years. I appreciate your own conveyed support for my legal and human right to myself sleep ALONE on my bed (I ALWAYS sleep alone on my bed, and in fact I have ALWAYS slept alone on my bed ever since I moved into Apartment 325 at Wind River Crossing in January 2002) without ANYONE or any "cat," for that matter, having any physical contact with me during my sleep.
During my conscious or waking hours, as I have mentioned to you before, I have been completely celibate anywhere and everywhere in the entire Austin area of Texas ever since December 1979. Also, I have NEVER once participated in any anal intercourse of any type on any occasion during my waking or conscious hours at any time (anywhere in the entire world) since the 1980s.
This morning (today), after I got out of bed for good at about 8 a.m., I was reminded that I had been interrupted a total of at least three times in the middle of my sleep this morning. I had gone to bed at 11:45 p.m. Sunday (April 6), as my standard diary clearly states. Each of the three or more cited occasions when I was abruptly awakened in the middle of my sleep as I lay alone on my bed, I felt immediately disgusted by the impression I had that I had been allegedly physically injured and allegedly anally-molested or anally-raped during my sleep. No intruder was visible on any of those occasions.
I also regard it as significant that each of the three times when I was awakened in the middle of my sleep, I had a need to urinate and did in fact urinate in the bathroom that adjoins my bedroom. I keep that bathroom locked from my bedroom side at all times.
I continue to find it very baffling to sense that I had a need to urinate on three separate occasions this morning after being abruptly awakened in the middle of my sleep. I am baffled by that partly because I had urinated very thoroughly before going to bed shortly before midnight on Sunday. This suggests to me that one or more alleged illegal intruders inside my bolt-locked private bedroom are allegedly subjecting me to liquids being forced upon me against my wishes during my sleep.
I wish to politely emphasize that I have NOT authorized ANY so-called "medical services" for myself during periods when I am sleeping. And my current primary care physician, Dr. Edie Shulman, (an internal medicine specialist,) did state to me during my most recent follow-up medical appointment with her (on Friday, April 4, 2014), that she is NOT aware of any medical services provider anywhere in the world that is authorized to be inside my private bedroom in any context during periods when I am sleeping on my bed.

Chris, I hope that you won't be bored by all the info I've included in this friendly follow-up letter to you. Thank you again for very helpfully stating to me several years ago, when you were at the Leader-News, that you support my cited very firm decision to myself lead a completely celibate lifestyle for myself in Austin. I am definitely a lifelong single gentleman, and I value having the very best of platonic-relationship credibility with any and all of the pleasant heterosexual men and pleasant heterosexual women whom I meet in my everyday life.
(As a morally and aesthetically straight gentleman, as I indicated to you on the phone when we last spoke, I value leading a life for myself in which I minimize involvement in my own life or my eventual career by homosexual, gay, effeminate male adult, lesbian, transsexual, or transvestite persons. I might add that at least 99.9 percent of all homosexual, gay, effeminate male adult, lesbian, transsexual, or transvestite persons either would not qualify for membership in my own fully-independent and non-Christian Progressive Prohibitionist Religion that I've founded, or would not be appropriate as prospective members or actual members of that religion---an "Honor Society" religion with very commendably stringent membership-eligibility requirements, I might add. I am the only current officially approved member of my own religion, and I have not agreed to anyone else as a member so far.
As for your comment to me in our most recent phone conversation that you have sometimes worried I might be possibly capable of myself at some future point allegedly committing an act of violence of some type, I hope that I have addressed that concern of yours adequately.
As we discussed in that most recent phone conversation we had with each other, I myself have NEVER physically assaulted any other human being at any time since my fourth-grade year of elementary school, when I hit classmate Eric Jones in his lower right (?) leg with a plastic baseball bat I was holding in my hand at a time as we stood in the backyard of my parents' home in Westlake Hills, Texas. I did that after Eric commented to me in an apparently blunt manner that I myself was not his best friend, and that Sean Judd, a competitor of mine in school, was Eric's best friend, Eric said. I found that comment very hurtful. Fortunately, I only struck Eric once with the plastic baseball bat, and no hospitalization for Eric was needed at that time, though I did years later frequently observe Eric limping as he walked around the campus at Austin High School during schooldays for each of us at Austin High School.
Incidentally, Chris, if you are so inclined please feel invited by me to contact the U.S. Department of Homeland Security confidential-terroristic-crime-tips hotline and offer any hunches or guesses you yourself might have as to which foreign-identified person or group, if any, has allegedly had an involvement in the alleged personal-injury crimes and alleged anal-rape crimes allegedly victimizing myself on a daily and frequent and year-round basis inside my bolt-locked private bedroom of an apartment unit for which I myself always bolt-lock and triple-lock the front door before I retire to my bedroom at nighttime.

A male staff member for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security did confirm for me on the telephone on Saturday, March 22, 2014, that that federal agency is currently pursuing a crime investigation about a former roommate of mine in this same apartment unit, the self-identified "Sandjaja Utama" who stated to me that he was a "citizen of Indonesia" and a "member of the Roman Catholic Church," Mr. Utama told me several times. The Homeland Security official who made that disclosure to me last month also stated to me that his federal agency had also received a recent crime-tip complaint about the very same Mr. Utama from a reliable source OTHER than myself.
As for the Travis County Public Integrity Unit investigation I've told you about, that investigation is apparently continuing. The case number on that is Case Number 9655-13. Please feel invited by me to submit any evidence or any hunches or impressions of your own relating to that crime case that is focused on compiling and reviewing evidence of alleged possible violations of the law by one or more members of the Austin Police Department through conduct of theirs that relates to myself, criminal-law complainant John Kevin McMillan.
