Urgent Need for Upholding the Privacy Rights of All Texans During their Sleep: Revision of State Penal Code Demanded to Increase Punishment of Anyone Found Guilty of Crimes Victimizing a Texan or Newcomer to Texas or Visitor to Texas or Foreign Citizen in Texas When He or She Is Asleep and Unconscious While Lying On Their Own Bed

Of all the hideous and heinous crimes that the state of Texas has witnessed inside our state boundaries, the crimes of violence committed against persons when they are sound asleep and unconscious inside their own home rank near the very top.

To assault someone when he is sleeping and unconscious, and probably even snoring at the time as well, is to flagrantly rob that individual of any opportunity to defend himself against an illegal intruder inside his private residence.

Nor does the victim of physical assault or sexual assault occuring during his sleep, at a time when he is unconscious, have the opportunity to look his assailant squarely in the eye and emphatically demand that the sinister intruder go away immediately!

Someday, such as in the year 2020, one total enlightened state legislator of the State Legislature of Texas in Austin will find the moral courage and the incisiveness to propose a revision to our state penal code that automatically imposes an additional 10 years of incarceration in state prison upon any American citizen or foreign citizen acting inside Texas who is convicted of a crime of violence of any type against somene when he or she is asleep and unconscious while lying on his or her own bed.

Among the types of "Outrageous and Vicious Crimes Against Sleeping Persons" that should be described in horrifying factual detail in a proposed new and factually accurate book presenting the history of crimes of this type that have, in fact, occurred right here in Texas, are:

---Physical molestation of someone when he or she is sleeping on his or her own bed.

---Willful infliction of physical injury to a person's legs, thighs, hips, kneecaps and knees, joints, toes, neck, face, lips, muscular system, nervous system, or circulatory system when that individual is sound asleep and sleeping alone on his or her own bed.

---Attempted infliction of a permanent disability on a person during periods in which he or she is sound asleep and lying alone on his or her own bed inside his or her private residence.

---Attempted infliction of medical illness and emotional suffering on a sleeping person by rudely and abruptly and repeatedly on a year-round basis waking him up every two or three hours during periods in which he is sound asleep and unconscious while lying alone on his own bed, with that very injurious and enraging sleep deprivation inflicted on the victim significantly undermining his ability to achieve healthful, restful REM sleep or deep sleep.

----Attempted infliction of medical illness and emotional suffering on a sleeping and unconscious person through artificially-inflicted sleep deprivation to which he is subjected against his wishes on his own bed, with that very deplorable sleep deprivation endangering his own cardiovascular health and overall health and significantly increasing his risk of contracting cancer of the colon or anal cancer or of suffering a heart attack or stroke, for instance.

--Sexual rape of someone involving alleged sexual penetration of that person's anus or vagina or mouth when he or she is sleeping and unconscious on his or her own bed.

---Attempted infliction of hemorrhoids, along with the accompanying anal bleeding, on a Texan resident who is, in fact, sound asleep and snoring on his own bed throughout that pain-inducing crime of violence injurious to his medical health.

---Sexual or physical torture of someone during his sleep at times when he is completely unconscious, such as might occur through painful attempted forceful and painful infliction of "string torture" that causes significant pain inside the anus of a Texan resident who is himself sound asleep and lying alone on his own bed at the time.

---Attempted infliction of artificially-induced incontinence through violence-inflicted damage to the anal cavity and anal muscular system of a Texan resident who is in fact lying alone, unconscious, on his own bed at the time of that repeated crime of violence against himself inside his own private residence.

---Sexual rape and poisoning of a law-abiding non-smoker during his sleep in a context that inflicts hideous tobacco-product chemicals and illicit drugs into the bloodstream of the anti-tobacco and anti-drug victim.

--Alleged injection of poison or toxic substances into the bloodstream of someone when he or she is sleeping and unconscious while lying alone on his or her own bed.

---Alleged infliction of poisonous gases and pollutants into the lungs of someone when he or she is sleeping and unconscious while lying alone on his or her bed.

---Attempted kidnapping of someone when he or she is sleeping and unconscious on his or her own bed.

---Alleged infliction of attempted involuntary sexual trafficking victimizing someone against his or her wishes during periods when he or she is sleeping alone and lying unconscious on his or her own bed inside his own private residence.
