How to Prevent Civil War in the United States of America Between Pro-Drug Terrorists and the Law-Abiding Anti-Drug Community

I am very hopeful that our nation can prevent a Civil War in 21st Century United States between those in this country who condone or support or endorse consumption of marijuana or other illicit drugs and, on the other hand, the law-abiding anti-drug community.

Among the strategies I recommend for helping to prevent Civil War in the United States in the early 21st Century are:

---Enactment of a new Constitutional Amendment that prohibits the production, sale, or consumption of so-called medical marijuana anywhere in the United States.

---Enactment of a new Constitutional Amendment stating that any person who was not born in the United States, and who is convicted in a court of law in this country of having committed any crime involving consumption or sale or possession of marijuana or any other illicit drug, would automatically forfeit his current citizenship or prospective citizenship in this country, and, upon conviction in a court of law, would be deported immediately to the nation where he or she was, in fact, born.

---Enactment of a new federal law requiring that factually informative educational anti-drug programs featuring anti-drug educational documentary films must be taught to each student in this country during each and every year of that person's education, including at the pre-kindergarten level and also including at the graduate-school level and post-graduate-school level or vocational-school level.

---Approval of a new federal law that mandates the establishment of a special "Drug Dealers Exposed" website that profiles with extensive factual information each and every one of the persons in this country who were ever at any time convicted of illicit-drug-trafficking, regardless of whether they themselves are or were previously citizens of a Far East Asian nation, an Asian nation, an African nation, a Latin American nation, a European nation, Australia, the United States, or elsewhere.
