MY POSTING TONIGHT ON CRAIGLIST HERE IN AUSTIN: MY HOPE OF JOINING A WONDERFULLY ANTI-TOBACCO HOUSING COMMUNITY HERE IN THIS STATE CAPITAL CITY LATER THIS YEAR

I am glad that I thought of posting a housing-wanted listing for myself tonight at Craigslist, an free-classified-advertising-posts online service based in the Bay Area of northern California that bears a 2020 copyright date.

I will very pleased if this announcement helps me to find a healthy very-anti-tobacco-minded home environment in Austin, Texas, that I can possibly relocate to in late June or early July 2020.
_____

"$700 / 1br - 400ft2 - SMALL APT. AT NON-SMOKING COMPLEX (North, NW, West, Central Austin near bus route)..."

"1BR / 1Ba 400ft2 available jun 22
dogs are OK - wooof

laundry on site
no smoking..."

"I am a lifelong non-smoker, and I am seeking an affordable efficiency apartment unit at an apartment complex where smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises of that entire apartment complex.

"I might also be a good match for a sanitary, no-smoking housing coop or no-smoking drinking-alcohol-free serious education-minded fraternity house that permits non-students to live there.

"I am gainfully employed and plan to live alone in an efficiency apartment unit or in a room of my own at a group-housing community.

"I would like to be able to move into my new apartment or rental-room on June 22, 2020, June 15, 2020, or July 1, 2020.

"I am polite and law-abiding and do not have any criminal-conviction record. I am also a permanent abstainer from drinking alcohol, and I do not consume any illicit drugs. I am NOT a former addict.

"My hobbies and pastimes include tennis, racquetball, roller-skating, hiking, swimming, creative brainstorming, quality-of-life-theme research projects, writing blogs, and healthy-foods cooking."

A WAY TO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY MONTH AND BIRTHDAY: PURSUE SOME ONLINE RESEARCH ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS SERVING AS U.S. PRESIDENT ON THE DAY WHEN YOU WERE BORN

Since April is my birthday month, and 1957 is the year I was born, and Dwight D. Eisenhower was the U.S. President when I was born, I decided today to celebrate my own birthday month by Googling the following question in the hope of finding a good answer:
"what did dwight eisenhower do right as u.s. president".

My thinking was that it makes good sense during my birthday month to appreciate some admirable character traits of my birthday President, President Eisenhower, and some very fine accomplishments from President Eisenhower that occurred on the day or month when I was born---or at any time during his eight-year tenure in the White House.

I personally feel that any American citizen can benefit from pursuing some online research to identify SOMETHING they admire, even if it is an impressive character trait or an inspirational quote from that political leader or one accomplishment of his, about the individual who was U.S. President at the time and day when the above-cited American citizen was born.

(Any American citizen born on November 22, 1963, might want to admire BOTH of the respective political leaders who served U.S. President on that tragic day in which President Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, with Vice President Lyndon Johnson sworn into office that same day after the death of President Kennedy.)

Since I am also politically minded, this research helps me to boost and strengthen my own self-identity as a strong contributor to the political and cultural and religious scene. The online question about Eisenhower that I posed today also gives me the opportunity to embrace the day and month and year and decade when I was myself born, and the nation (USA) and U.S. state (Nebraska) where I was born as a U.S. citizen.

I had forgotten that Eisenhower himself was born in Texas. Odd how this historical fact can fade from one's memory. So President Eisenhower does have that in common with U.S. President Lyndon Baines Johnson. This means that Texan-born political leaders in the 1950s and 1960s served as U.S. President for a total of 13 years and two months --- from January 1953 until January 1961; and from late November 1963 until January 1969.

One fact about Eisenhower I already knew is that he kept a daily diary or daily journal while in office as U.S. President. I have to admire his diligence in seeking to promote in his own presidency a daily sense of tangible accomplishment.

To my surprise, the first item that appeared on my computer screen from my online question of "what did dwight eisenhower do right as us president", was a very flattering mini-biography of President Eisenhower---offered at the official website for the White House in Washington, D.C.:

Austin, Texas

Dear DFPS General Counsel Carmical,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all written communications, including e-mail communications, that directly referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, and that were received or written or sent or mailed or forwarded or FAXed at any time since January 1, 2011, by you yourself or any other attorney---or by any staff member under the direct supervision of an attorney in your Division----employed in the Legal Services Division for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services state agency here in Austin.

The only DFPS case number assigned to me that I myself have ever been informed about at any time was DFPS Case Number 7292-2668. An investigator for your state agency, Investigator Diana McGeehan, visited my current apartment unit in north Austin on November 14, 2019, and interviewed me inside my solo-occupancy efficiency apartment for about 40 minutes in connection with that cited DFPS case.

That particular DFPS case was later closed by your state agency, according to what I was told when I made a polite follow-up phone call to your State Government of Texas agency.

My legal name is "John Kevin McMillan." I was born on April 27, 1957, in Lincoln, Nebraska.

In 1959 or 1960, my biological parents, Dr. Calvin McMillan and Mrs. Phyllis McMillan, chose to relocate me along with themselves and the only two other members of my childhood family at that time, Michael Kim McMillan and Kent Neal McMillan, from Lincoln, Nebraska, to Westlake Hills, Texas.

Throughout the approximately nine-year period applicable to this public-information request, my primary personal e-mail address has always been: mcmillanj@att.net.

Also throughout the entire cited multi-year time period, I have always maintained the same personal landline phone number of (512) 342-2295.

My respective home addresses during the applicable nine-year period applicable to this public-information request, in descending order from oldest to newest, have been or currently is:

MY ONLINE PLEA FOR ASSISTANCE TODAY THAT I SENT TO THE ELDER ABUSE FORENSIC CENTER IN IRVINE, CALIFORNIA:

From: John McMillan
To: centeronelderabuse@uci.edu

Subject: 4-7-20 urgent question for your group

Dear "Elder Abuse Forensic Center" Officials in Irvine, California,
Congratulations on your noble mission!

I was very impressed to read today that your Elder Abuse Forensic Center of the University of California at Irvine can help to save the lives of senior citizens---including, I assume, senior citizens who, like myself, are living alone and sleeping alone inside their own rental apartment unit.

Is your Elder Abuse Forensic Center also able to help a gainfully-employed and law-abiding, lifelong-tobacco-free, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, Anglo male senior citizen in Austin, Texas?

If so, I will be very grateful to your noble center. I am currently being victimized on a daily and year-round basis by alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators allegedly subjecting me to unwanted-nasal-inhalants and alleged anal-rape crimes and alleged hydration during my sleeping hours inside my always-bolt-locked and always-fully-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in north Austin.

Thank you in advance for your helpful reply note to me on this.
Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, longstanding criminal-law complainant in the still-unsolved Austin Police Department Case 16-1340923, a truly outrageous felony-crimes case for which APD's Sex Crimes Unit in the latter half of 2019 and early January 2020 accepted from me over a multi-month period a half-dozen or more flashdrives of infrared motion-sensitive-camera-generated photo images of alleged illegal trespassers and alleged personal-injury-crimes perpetrators situated inside my bedroom of my current efficiency apartment unit.

No forensic rape-evidence DNA-traces forensic medical exam has ever been authorized by APD for me on any occasion since 2011.

I have repeatedly over an eight-year period ever since 2012 requested that APD authorize a rape-evidence exam on me. I might add that the SAFE Austin Alliance and local hospital emergency room doctors in recent years have each also repeatedly declined to offer me any rape-evidence exam on myself here in Austin.

I might add that APD apparently did NOT process for the full 190-day retroactive processing period either of the two rape kits---for APD 11-1180447 (obtained for APD's Sex Crimes Unit with their direct and specific authorization on the morning of April 28, 2011) and for APD Case
11-3550615 (a case for which the forensic rape-evidence exam on me was conducted by a female forensic nurse in the early morning hours of December 22, 2011, in the emergency room of St. David's Medical Center in central Austin.)

PROGRESS TODAY FOR ME, WITH HELP FROM THE 'AGELESS ALLIANCE' NON-PROFIT GROUP IN CALIFORNIA

Major progress today, through an online plea for assistance that I submitted to the "Ageless Alliance" non-profit organization in California that resulted in an immediate online confirmation note from their very courageous and life-saving group:

"Thank you for contacting Ageless Alliance. Your message has been sent."
______
Contact information for that noble group:
Ageless Alliance

____

My online message to that noble legal-assistance group that I submitted online at their official website address of https://agelessalliance.org/contacts/ at about 4:40 p.m. Central Time today (April 7, 2020) was:

"I need assistance in identifying a point-of-entry crime expert who has lots of expertise in solving alleged continuous home-invasion crimes and related alleged-continuous personal-injury-crimes-and-alleged-sex-crimes inflicted on a senior citizen on a daily and year-round basis during his or her sleeping hours as he or she lies alone on their own bed inside their locked solo-occupancy rental-apartment unit for which they pay rent on time each month.

"Management team at my apt. complex has told me there are only 3 possible points of entry into my unit. Each of those 3 cited points of entry are always kept fully locked by me at all times.

"My infrared motion-sensitive surveillance camera in my bedroom has shown factual evidence of alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators and of movement to or from one of the walls of my bedroom of my current efficiency apartment unit in north Austin.

"I'm a longtime celibate gentleman and I have lost dozens of hours of sleep over the multi-month period ever since I moved into my current unit on June 21, 2019, that resulted from alleged trespassers allegedly harassing me and subjecting me to alleged anal pain and alleged unpleasant nasal inhalants and alleged hydration through my mouth during my sleep inside my bedroom."

MY FOLLOW-UP CORRESPONDENCE WITH CITED EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL TEXAS CRIME PREVENTION ASSOCIATION, PFLUGERFILLE (TX) ASSISTANT CHIEF OF POLICE JASON SMITH, AND OTHERS

I will be very pleased when I AM FINALLY SUCCESSFUL (AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!) AT LAWFULLY AND IN A CIVIL MANNER EXCLUDING any and all persons other than myself, regardless of who they are, FROM ANY PORTION OF THE INTERIOR OF MY CURRENT ALWAYS-BOLT-LOCKED AND ALWAYS-FULLY-LOCKED, SOLO-OCCUPANCY EFFICIENCY RENTAL-APARTMENT UNIT IN NORTH AUSTIN (TEXAS) DURING MY SLEEPING HOURS!

A respectful FYI to each of you on the following (below),
from a longstanding criminal-law complainant with Austin (TX) Police (the still-unsolved APD Case 16-1340923) who is also myself a PERMANENTLY-DRINKING-ALCOHOL-FREE (ever since 1990), LIFELONG-TOBACCO-FREE and anti-tobacco, LONGTIME-CELIBATE-BY-CHOICE, single-by-choice, facially-cleanshaven and anti-facial-hair-minded, non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M-minded, lifelong-tattoo-less and anti-tattoos-minded, permanently-jewelry-less, consistently clean-talking (no profanity verbalized by me in my everyday conversations with others), dependably civil and law-abiding and vigilant and very honest, gainfully-employed, single adult 62-year-old white English-Scottish-German-American gentleman living ALONE and sleeping ALONE as the ONLY apartment-management-team-approved official tenant and ONLY management-team-approved occupant inside my current SOLO-occupancy always-bolt-locked and always-fully-locked efficiency apartment unit in the northern section of Austin, Texas.

Any written response from any of you on any aspect of this would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Very Distinguished and Influential Crime-Deterrence Leaders and Highly-Regarded Law-Enforcement Officers in Central Texas,

I want to assure each of you that I will of course immediately and fully honor the very unexpected and very surprising rejection note I received yesterday (below) from the award-winning Community Liaison Officer for the Pflugerville Police Department, Officer Ingrid Friedman---a written rejection that Officer Friedman sent to me in her cited official role as as CTCPA Vice President for Membership.

Please let me know as soon as possible if any of you highly-regarded crime-prevention-minded Central Texans object in any way to receiving any additional emails from me about my being a self-identified victim of alleged continuous criminal activities in north Austin.

I would also appreciate receiving a reply note from any of you in regard to whether you yourself agree with my own outlook that a rent-paying single adult gainfully-employed always-sober official rent-paying tenant living alone and sleeping alone inside an always-bolt-locked and always-fully-locked efficiency apartment unit in Austin, Texas, can benefit significantly from additional civil and law-abiding crime-prevention strategies.

I am referring to strategies such as possible identification of any additional allegedly illegal points of entry into that tenant's rental unit, for instance, that can enable that same tenant to keep anyone and everyone AWAY from his always-bolt-locked and always-locked efficiency apartment unit throughout any and all of his sleeping hours as he lies ALONE, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring, on his own bed.

I would also appreciate reply note from any of you in regard to whether you yourself agree with my own very emphatic outlook that I myself have been and continue to be victimized by alleged continuous-and-continuing daily home-invasion-crimes-related criminal activities during my sleeping hours as I lie ALONE on my own bed inside my current always-bolt-locked-and-fully-locked solo-occupancy apartment unit in north Austin.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

A respectful FYI to each of you crime-prevention-minded civic leaders and government officials on the following, from John Kevin McMillan, longstanding criminal-law complaint in APD Case 16-1340923, an alleged continuous-and-continuing, daily-and-year-round home-invasion-crimes-and-personal-injury-crimes-and-sex-crimes case for which I have repeatedly informed Austin (TX) Police that there is a need for investigation to identify a possible currently-hidden additional point of entry by alleged perpetrators into my current always-bolt-locked and always-fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit during my sleeping hours.

I ALWAYS sleep ALONE on my own bed, and I NEVER permit anyone but on-duty APD officers to enter my bolt-locked unit during the nighttime or early-morning hours. Infrared motion-sensitive-camera-generated images obtained for me during my sleep as I lie alone on my own bed appear to show evidence of possible alleged movement near or from my bedroom walls.

Austin Police did send me a very recent PIR response in which APD confirmed for me that they had obtained from me photos of images of persons inside my current bedroom during my sleeping hours who each appeared to be someone OTHER than myself.

I myself have never with my own eyes ever at any time directly seen any confirmed person other than myself who was himself or herself physically present anywhere inside my bedroom at any time after I had moved into my unit on the afternoon of June 21, 2019.

Despite that progress for me in the crime case, APD's Sex Crimes Unit has declined to authorize ANY forensic DNA-swabs rape-evidence medical exam on me at any time since 2011.

I would appreciate any suggestions or advice or recommendations from any of you on any aspect of this crime case that has apparently baffled APD detectives for many years here in this state capital city for Texas.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
former Texas Department of Public Safety full-time employee John Kevin McMillan.

Dear Very Influential Board Members for the Texas Crime Prevention Association (TCPA),

This is a courtesy follow-up note to inform each of you board members that this afternoon, I was able to figure out on my own through online research that the gentleman named "Bruce" who sent me an e-mail rejection letter (below) earlier today was, in fact, a very distinguished member of your group's highly-esteemed Board of Directors and is also himself your current membership chairman: Harris County Sheriff's Office Deputy Bruce Paige.

I have, of course, immediately and fully honored Deputy Paige's rejection of myself, effective this afternoon.

Harris County Deputy Bruce Paige, as each of you is no doubt very aware, has publicly identified himself at your non-profit group's website of "htttp://www.tcpa.org" in the following way:
"Harris County Sheriff’s Office
"PO Box 1598
"Porter, TX 77365
"Cell (832) 788 – 8845".

According to the official Facebook page for the Harris County Sheriff's Office, Deputy Paige as a member of the Harris County Sheriff's Office Community Engagement Division Crime Prevention Unit in July 2018 earned "2018 Outstanding Crime Prevention Specialist" Award at a Texas Crime Prevention Association awards ceremony in Tyler, Texas.
I myself do not recall having ever spoken with Deputy Bruce Paige or having met him in person on any occasion in my entire life. Today was the first occasion I can recall in which I received an e-mail note from him: the above-cited rejection letter.

For the record, the e-mail I had sent to TCPA Membership Chairman Bruce Paige that resulted in his rejection note to me this morning had used an e-mail address for Deputy Bruce Paige of "membership@tcpa.org that was provided to me at your group's official website after I clicked on his name.

As a former full-time employee in Austin for the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agencies, I value having fine credibility with law-enforcement officers for myself being civil and law-abiding and very honest and vigilant and law-enforcement-minded.

Please let me know as soon as possible if any other board member of your non-profit group ever states or indicates that he or she does not want to receive any additional e-mails from me about my being a victim of crime in Austin, Texas. I will then very promptly honor that request.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, longstanding criminal-law complainant and self-identified continuous-crimes victim in the still-unsolved Austin Police Department (APD) Case 16-1340923---a case for which APD's Sex Crimes Unit in the latter half of 2019 and early January 2020 accepted a half-dozen or more flashdrives from me over a multi-month period that contained thousands of infrared-motion-sensitive-camera-generated crime-evidence photos from me of alleged home-invasion-crimes-related law-breaking perpetrators inside my current always-bolt-locked and always-fully-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit during my sleeping hours as I lay ALONE, asleep and probably snoring, on my own bed. My current apartment is situated at the very large gated-community Pebble Creek Apartments in north Austin. I live alone in my rental unit, and I never allow anyone to enter my rental-apartment unit at nighttime other than on-duty APD officers. I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, permanently drinking-alcohol-free, gainfully-employed Anglo adult gentleman of primarily English ancestry.

I am currently listed by The Polaris Project as a Human Trafficking Victim with the official Polaris-assigned case number of 682239. The phone number for the National Human Trafficking Hotline that is operated by The Polaris Project is: 1-888-373-7888. That hotline, as I'm sure each of you already knows, shares anonymous tips with law-enforcement agencies about who the alleged possible perpetrator or alleged possible perpetrators are.

I will be very grateful to any of you crime-deterrence-minded officials of the Texas Crime Prevention Association if any of you are willing to contact either APD or the National Human Trafficking Hotline or the FBI or Travis County District Attorney Margaret Moore or Travis County Sheriff Sally Hernandez and offer a crime tip with any of them about any rumors or unconfirmed reports you have heard or any factual information you have obtained in regard to myself being a victim of alleged continuous-and-continuing-daily-and-year-round-and-multi-year home-invasion-crimes and personal-injury-crimes and sex-crimes allegedly being inflicted on me during my sleeping hours as I lie ALONE on my own bed inside my fully-locked current apartment unit in Austin, Texas.

To: Open Records Administrator,
City Government of San Antonio,
Department of Government and Public Affairs,

San Antonio, TX 78204
Office phone: (210) 207-8109

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I am seeking a copy of any and all e-mail communications that at any time since January 1, 2011, were generated or received or sent or FAXed or mailed by the City Attorney of San Antonio or any Assistant City Attorney of San Antonio or any other official or staff member employed in the City Attorney's Office in your city, and that, in each and every such case, directly referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.

This public-information request was prompted in part by the disclosure to me on September 11, 2018, by your municipal government that the City of San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) had classified as a "zoning" (exact quote) issue a legal document of mine on file with SAPD that was focused on myself and Austin (TX) Police Department Sex Crimes Unit Sergeant Martina St.Louis.

Below, for your convenience, is the text of the City of San Antonio's e-mailed reply to my online August 27, 2018, online public-information request to the City of San Antonio that was exclusively focused on the San Antonio Police Chief (or members of his staff) and me.

Your city government's September 11, 2018, e-mail official response to my online public-information request provided me with an attachment containing the above-cited legal document about myself and APD Sex Crimes Sergeant Martina St.Louis that was itself identified in writing by San Antonio Police as a "zoning" issue.

"The City of San Antonio has reviewed its files and has located the enclosed documents that are responsive to your (August 27, 2018, online public-information) request (that sought 'a copy of any complaints or reports or memoranda or other written communications, including any e-mail communications, referring at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, or to my one-total-member (myself, only) and non-Christian "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion", that at any time since December 1, 2014, were written by, filed with, sent to, received by, mailed to, mailed by, forwarded to, forwarded by, FAXed to, or FAXed by, any staff member or officer or administrator or police chief employed in the Office of the Chief of Police for the San Antonio Police Department in San Antonio, Texas(;) EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any e-mail communications that I myself wrote').

"Please note at the bottom of Page 3 is an email sent by you, and as such, the remainder of the email has been excluded as per your request.

__________
This April 3, 2020, public-information request was also prompted by a very surprising and very terse e-mail letter I received one day after Christmas Day of 2014 from the FBI's regional office in San Antonio in my e-mail system inbox of my personal computer inside my rental-apartment unit at 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, in northwest Austin:

''On Friday, December 26, 2014 12:01 PM, San Antonio FBI wrote:
'"Remove FBI San Antonio from this mailing list.'"
_____
Also noteworthy were specific oral recommendations on the telephone I received in 2012 from the Austin-based University of Texas (UT) System Police Department Assistant Director Ruben Puente. Officer Puente volunteered to me in two separate 2012 phone conversations I had with him that I myself might want to consider dropping UT-San Antonio from my list of educational institutions I contact by e-mail.

Below are the initial paragraphs of a follow-up letter of mine to Officer Puente that referred to his advice to me on the phone in 2012:

On Tuesday, November 24, 2015 10:38 PM, John McMillan wrote:

"To: Officer Ruben Puente, Assistant Director of the University of Texas System Police Department in Austin, Texas, with your UT System Police Office phone number being (512) 499-4686.

"Dear UT System Police Assistant Director Puente,

"Thank you again for having taken the time on your own initiative to make an official local phone call to my home telephone number inside my rental apartment unit in Austin, Texas, on December 20, 2012....

"In that phone call you made to me, and in a subsequent return phone call you made to me on December 31, 2012, you repeatedly stated to me that neither the UT System, nor any component institution of the UT System, nor any employee or official of any UT System-affiliated institution, bears any responsibility for or has any involvement of any type in, or any jurisdiction over, any aspect of the '(adverse) situation you (UT-Austin alumnus John Kevin McMillan of Austin) are having to endure (exact quote)...."

This public-information request was also prompted by the following e-mail letter I received from a City of San Antonio official who at that time possibly indicated in writing that her municipal government for the county-seat of Bexar County, Texas, did not have any applicable documents on file that referred to myself:

"On Monday, March 12, 2018 11:06 AM, Open Records wrote:

This public-information request was also prompted by an August 15, 2011, reply E-mail letter to me from Mr. Robert Rivard, Editor in Chief of the Hearst media company-owned "San Antonio Express-News" in San Antonio, Texas. That letter to me from Mr. Rivard stated as follows: "Pls remove my name from your list."

In subsequent years, that very influential daily newspaper in your city has sent me automated-message thank you notes for courtesy carbon-copies I have sent to Express-News Letters-section staff (staff members OTHER than Mr. Rivard, I might politely emphasize) that referred to myself being a self-identified victim of alleged personal-injury-crimes and alleged anal-rape-crimes during my sleeping hours as I lay ALONE on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin, Texas.

My legal name is "John Kevin McMillan". My date of birth is April 27, 1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Throughout the approximately nine-year period applicable to this public-information request, my primary personal e-mail address has always been: mcmillanj@att.net.

Also throughout the entire cited multi-year time period, I have always maintained the same personal landline phone number of (512) 342-2295.

Subject: latest crime evidence photos of alleged-home-invasion-crimes perpetrators

April 5, 2020

Dear Admirably Vigilant and High-Integrity Texas Rangers Division crime investigators for the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency here in Austin, with your DPS Division's main office telephone number of (512) 424-2160:

Attached, please find six crime-evidence photos from this weekend (my computer system won't allow me to offer additional photos with this e-mail, and I also have time constraints on how much time I am willing to devote today to finding the best possible crime-evidence photos for your DPS Division---but I would of course welcome the opportunity to give your division flashdrives with hundreds of 2020 photo images from inside my bedroom during my sleep that I have in storage inside my current apartment) obtained for me during my sleeping hours this weekend as I lay ALONE (as always) on my own bed inside my current solo-occupancy (myself, only) second-floor rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive in north Austin.

The photos are especially strong crime evidence on my behalf because I am a longtime celibate gentleman. Also, I live ALONE, and I do everything I can lawfully and in a civil manner keep anyone and everyone AWAY FROM ANY PORTION OF THE INTERIOR OF MY OWN APARTMENT UNIT DURING THE EVENING, NIGHTTIME, AND EARLY-MORNING HOURS---with the only exception to that being when I open the door for on-duty APD officers in uniform AFTER they knock at the front door to my current always-bolt-locked efficiency apartment.

Some of the attached photos also appear to show more than one person in some of the photos, which is very solid crime evidence in a court of law that I was victimized inside my current rental unit by alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators.

Some of photos obtained for me this weekend of alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators show a crime suspect whose nostrils flare or are bulbous in shape. Mine do not flare and are not bulbous.

Some of the photos also appear to show a crime suspect with a flattened-looking face. My own facial features and face are NOT flattened.

Some of the photos also show a crime suspect who appears to be either younger in age or older than age than myself. I myself am age 62.

Some of the photos also show facial expressions on crime suspects that appear to be identifiably effeminate or very dramatic. I myself am NOT effeminate, nor are my facial expressions significantly dramatic.

Some of the photos of suspects also show massive thighs and massive legs. Mine are not massive. I might add that I am 6-feet tall, weigh 212 pounds, and am of medium build.

Some of the photos show someone lying on their stomach or on their side on my bed. I myself never lie on my stomach on my bed and only rarely lie on my side on my bed inside my current apartment unit.

Some of the most recent crime-evidence photos recently obtained for me show bed linens covering the head of a person situated at the head of that bed. I myself DO NOT cover my entire face with my bed linens.

Some of the photos of crime suspects also show thinner eyebrows than I myself have. Mine are thick in texture and width.

Some of the photos also show a person with virtually no chin or only a minimal chin. My chin is much more clearly identifiable than some of the highlighted suspects' chins.

Also, some of the eyes of crime suspects depicted in the attached photos appear to be much narrower in shape than my own eyes are.  And some of the photos obtained for me inside my current bedroom show alleged crime suspects with very slender fingers. Mine are big in width.

As you may recall from previous e-mail letters of mine to your state law-enforcement agency, the Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit headed by APD Sgt. Sandra Benngfield has declined ever since February 2020 to directly accept any additional motion-sensitive-infrared-camera-generated crime-evidence flashdrives containing crime-evidence photo-images obtained for me during my sleeping hours.

The photos being obtained for me are of alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators and alleged suspected rapists and alleged personal-injury-crimes perpetrators inside my bedroom as I lie ALONE on my own bed---sleep and unconscious and probably snoring--- inside my solo-occupancy and always-fully-bolt-locked-and-fully-locked efficiency apartment unit in north Austin.

I allege that alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators utilizing a possible alleged additional point of entry into my current apartment unit that I have never been informed about, have allegedly moved me off my bed or moved me to another part of my bed while holding me unconscious through the illegal use of nasal-inhalants (I DO NOT OWN or EVER USE ANY NASAL INHALANTS!). I further allege that the alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators have allegedly subjected me to anal rape that involved alleged possible use of a vibrator. I DO NOT OWN ANY VIBRATOR OF ANY TYPE, AND I HAVE NEVER USED AN ANAL VIBRATOR ON ANY OCCASION IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!

I have generally been awakened several times per early-morning period --- very harmful to my ability to enjoy a full and fully healthful deep sleep, I might add --- with an unpleasant vibrating sensation in my anus and an unpleasant nasal-inhalant sensation in my nostrils and an urgent need to urinate in my bathroom.

NO INTRUDER IS EVER PRESENT, EITHER, WHICH AGAIN SUGGESTS THAT THE ALLEGED LAW-BREAKING PERPETRATOR OR PERPETRATORS HAVE A VERY QUICK METHOD OF ESCAPE THAT MIGHT POSSIBLY INVOLVE VERY SPEEDY MOVEMENT THROUGH ONE OR MORE OF MY BEDROOM WALLS, BASED ON PREVIOUS INFRARED MOTION-SENSITIVE PHOTOS I'VE SHARED WITH LAW-ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES THAT WERE OBTAINED FOR ME FROM INSIDE MY CURRENT SOLO-OCCUPANCY APARTMENT UNIT IN NORTH AUSTIN.

SEVERAL OR MORE OF THOSE PREVIOUS PHOTOS APPEARED TO SHOW POSSIBLE ALLEGED MOVEMENT TO THE WESTERN WALL OF MY BEDROOM AND TO THE SOUTHERN WALL OF MY BEDROOM.

I am writing again to your leading statewide crime-investigating agency for the State Government of Texas in the hope that this additional photographic crime evidence will convince you of the urgent need for the Texas Rangers to ask APD Chief Brian Manley to please order his APD Sex Crimes Unit to immediately re-open APD Case 16-1340923 in which I am the complainant and victim.

I have been completely celibate, with ZERO sexual contact or intimate physical contact between myself and any other person (or any animal or beast, for that matter) at any time during any and all of my own conscious or waking hours ever since and including the day I moved to the northern section of Austin in August 2001.

I am a single-by-choice, platonicly polite, always-sober gentleman who has not myself ever at any time consumed any drinking alcohol on any occasion since the late summer of 1990. I might add that I have not consumed any quantity of marijuana on any occasion since the late fall of 1984. In my entire life, I might add, I have never at any time consumed any quantity of any illicit drug other than marijuana. I am gainfully employed and very honest, and I do not have any criminal-conviction record.

I am also a former full-time employee in Austin for the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles, and Texas Department of Criminal Justice state agencies, respectively.

I am very hopeful that your Texas Rangers Division will also be willing to persuade APD Police Chief Brian Manley to immediately order his APD Sex Crimes Unit to officially authorize what will be the first-ever forensic medical-swabs DNA-traces medical exam on me since 2011----with full and comprehensive 190-day (or longer, if possible) retroactive DNA-traces processing of that entire rape kit also being crucial for this particular continuous-and-continuing-sex-crimes-and-personal-injury-crimes case in which I am the victim on a daily and year-round basis during my sleeping hours inside my current always-bolt-locked efficiency apartment unit.

I have requested authorization from APD and Safe Austin Alliance and emergency room physicians for a forensic rape-exam on myself on 15 or more total separate occasions over an eight-year period ever since 2012.

On each of those occasions, my request for a sexual-assault exam on myself has been denied by the APD Sex Crimes Unit, by an APD officer stating to me that he would not be willing to contact the APD Sex Crimes Unit for me, by a staff member or administrator at Safe Austin Alliance, or by the emergency room physician on duty inside a local hospital here in Austin.

I hope to hear from you soon in regard to this request from myself for assistance on my behalf by your DPS Division or, for a full criminal investigation by your noble Texas Rangers Division here in Austin.

As always, I welcome any and all interviews (on the phone or otherwise) and any and all lie-detector tests on myself relating to this crime case that your state law-enforcement agency is willing to help me obtain. I have very fine credibility as a criminal-law complainant.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan.
