Thank you for your February 6 reply letter (below) indicating that your State Government of Texas agency does not have any record since January 1, 2015, of any past or expected future financial payment of restitution to me on behalf of any past or current or expected future inmate or former inmate of the state prison system of Texas.
Farther below (last item), as a courtesy to your state agency, is the exact verbatim text of my January 23, 2023-dated, online public information request to your state agency at your official website that you directly responded to in writing on February 6.
This is a friendly follow-up public-information request to your State Government of Texas agency. I am hereby requesting from you a copy of any and all e-mail letters and other written communications or legal records that were written, generated, compiled, received, sent, FAXed or mailed by any staff member or official of your TDCJ Office of General Counsel in Huntsville during the time period from January 1, 2015, through the present and that in each and every such a case referred to me at least once in any manner or any context.
Included in the scope of this follow-up public-information request is a copy of each and every document I wrote that was received by your Office of General Counsel in Huntsville, including any and all public-information requests that I wrote and submitted to your state agency headquarters during the time period ever since January 1, 2015, and any and all written communications during that time period between your public law office and the Attorney General of Texas state agency that referred to me or to a public information request of mine.
