Dear City of Austin Law Department Public Information Requests (PIR) response team,
Thank you for your prompt e-mail reply letter (below) to me yesterday in response to my November 9, 2020, online public-information request focused on the City of Austin Human Resources Department Civil Service Director's personnel records and specified peace officers of the Austin (TX) Police Department in calendar year 2020.
My online request, as noted below, had sought "a copy of the City of Austin Human Resources Department Civil Service Director's personnel file records for Austin Police Department officers that cite the full legal name, racial identity, religious affiliation, marital status, APD disciplinary actions in regard to themselves, and current APD or City of Austin job duties for each and every certified peace officer (if any) of the Austin Police Department who for any period of time in calendar year 2020 either resided at or currently resides at the Pebble Creek Apartments gated-community apartment complex, 8805 North Plaza Drive, zip code 78753, in northeast Austin.”
Pebble Creek Apartments are the large gated-community apartment complex in Austin where I myself have resided alone ever since June 21, 2019, in Apartment 2418. I also continue to reside in that same efficiency rental-unit as a rent-paying official tenant and apartment-management-team-approved occupant living alone inside my always-bolt-locked apartment unit under my current 12-month signed official lease agreement with the management team here that expires at 11:59 p.m. June 30, 2021.
Your reply letter to me yesterday appears to possibly indicate that the City's Human Resources Department may possibly have legal documents on file with that municipal-government department here in Austin that are responsive to the above-quoted public-information request from myself.
Are you willing to at least please confirm for me in writing that the City of Austin Human Resources Department does have responsive legal documents---documents referring to one or more peace officers of the Austin Police Department who earlier in 2020 or currently reside at or resided at Pebble Creek Apartments, a gated-community complex at 8805 North Plaza Drive in northeast Austin?
