In the last few years I have politely contacted a variety of City Government of Austin officials, including staff members of the City Manager's Office and some City Council members and my community liaison officer (see final item, below) with the Austin Police Department, in order to pose this type of public-policy-related question to each of them or attempt to arrange for a meeting with that City official in order to discuss this issue (my need for safe housing conditions for myself in Austin during my sleeping hours) with that official in person inside his government office.
I might add that the current administrator of the City of Austin Housing Authority (see below), Mr. Michael Gerber, has possibly indicated to me in writing this fall that neither he nor any of his staff members with the Austin Housing Authority are willing to accept any additional e-mails from me.
Mr. Gerber conveyed that possible public-policy response to me by sending me an October 22, 2019, e-mail reply letter (below) in which Mr. Gerber stated to me in writing that it would be his and his City of Austin agency's last-ever communication to me of any type. ...
