Your cited 2016 e-mail letter to me was in response to this exact verbatim question I had directly and specifically posed to you in an e-mail I had written and directly sent to you on June 4, 2016:

"In the period ever since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, have you ever directly contacted any law-enforcement agency at any time and stated to that law-enforcement agency---whether on the telephone or in writing---that you believe that I myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, may possibly be a victim of personal-injury crimes or anal-rape-crimes in Austin?"

Ms. Fleming, I would appreciate receiving from you an officially certified copy of your June 8, 2016, reply letter for this primary reason:

I regard it as noteworthy that your reply letter implicitly acknowledged to me in writing that you yourself were personally aware in 2016 that I myself in that year was a self-identified anal-rape-crimes victim and self-identified personal-injury-crimes victim in Austin, Texas, and in Travis County, Texas.

In the most recent multi-year period, as you may recall, I have sent you dozens of e-mail letters from myself that referred to my being victimized by alleged criminal activities and unwanted and allegedly illegal "medical services" --- including illegal nasal inhalants inflicted on me during my sleep; illegal "anal-vibrator" services inflicted on me during my sleep; and illegal hydration services inflicted on me during my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit --- that were allegedly being inflicted on me against my wishes during my sleeping hours by alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators, alleged rapists, allegedly fraudulent "medical-services" providers, and other alleged medical-injury perpetrators as I myself lay alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment units in Austin.

One of your reply letters to me in 2015 (below) was the following automatic-message e-mail from you in response to legal notes of mine about a 2012 telephone conversation of mine with the Austin-based University of Texas System Assistant Police Chief Ruben Puente. (Those legal notes of mine from that 2012 conversation I had with Assistant Chief Puente had directly referred in writing to the cited continuous-personal-injury-crimes-and-anal-rape-crimes case in which I myself have been and continue to be, to this very day, a self-identified victim of crime during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin.)

---Is there any evidence that you or any staff member of yours has a possible low estimation of me as a human being that possibly relates in part to my being a permanently teetotaling white Anglo Saxon gentleman of predominantly English ancestry?

---Do you know of any government-approved "medical services" of any type that are currently being provided to me during my bedtime hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious, on my own bed inside my current solo-occupancy bolt-locked rental apartment unit in north Austin?

---Did you ever express any concern of your own about some aspect of my own living conditions or sleeping conditions in Travis County, Texas?

---Have you ever at any time ever once referred to me in any way in any of your numerous oral and written reports that you directly provided to the Travis County Commissioners Court during their meetings here in Austin?

---Have you ever at any time ever on any occasion cited a possible need for investigation to determine whether my own sleeping conditions inside one or more of my respective rental-housing units in Austin were possibly or allegedly unsafe toward me?

---Did you ever at any time ever once contact Travis County Housing Authority Executive Director Patrick B. Howard and ask that very influential housing official and Section 8 administrator at the county level for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development whether he himself knew of any safe and affordable housing options for me that I might possibly qualify for here in Austin?

---Did you ever at any time contact the City of Austin Health Department to politely express concern about possible factual evidence you had obtained in regard to alleged medical injury to me during my sleeping hours that allegedly was being inflicted on me by alleged illegal intruders or allegedly unauthorized and unwanted "nasal-inhalant services" providers, allegedly unauthorized and unwanted "anal-vibration services" providers, allegedly unauthorized and unwanted "hydration services" providers, or allegedly unauthorized and unwanted "sleep-disruption services" providers inside my bedroom or bed area of my bolt-locked rental apartment unit or locked hotel room in Austin?

--Did you ever at any time contact any government official in order to express your own opinion about whether you yourself believe that I might be safer during my sleeping hours as I lie on my own solo-occupancy twin bed if I were to move from Travis County, Texas, to another county or another U.S. state or a foreign nation?

---Did you ever at any time contact any law-enforcement agency anywhere in the USA to express your opinion about whether you yourself regard me as being an honest and factually accurate self-identified crime victim in Travis County in one or more cited contexts?
