On behalf of my one-member (myself, only) and environmental-protection-minded Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, I am very hopeful that a study can be sponsored soon that will rate each U.S. state and U.S. city and foreign nation on the overall ease that state or city or nation offers its residents for full and comprehensive participation in recycling of items such as glass, paper products, plastic, aluminum, and other recyclable materials.
It seems to me that financial rewards should be offered to the cities and counties and states and foreign nations that make it as easy and effortless as possible for anyone living there or visiting there to participate fully in recycling.
It seems from what I have read recently that Stockholm, Sweden, for instance, would garner a prize and high honors in that type of international financial rewards program.
