"any e-mail communications or letters or reports that refer at least once in any manner or in any context to myself---my legal name as a single adult Anglo male native of Lincoln, Nebraska, being John Kevin McMillan--and that were each written or generated or received or sent or e-mailed or mailed or forwarded or FAXed by any officer or official or staff member or administrator of the Georgetown Police Department at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, with my three respective cited home addresses during that six-year period having been: Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Building 3, Apt. 325, Austin, TX 78759, until July 29, 2015; Crossland Economy Studios, 12621 Hymeadow Rd., Apt. 133, Austin, TX 78729, from July 29, 2015, until late September 2015; and Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apt. 902, Austin, TX 78759, from late September 2015 through the present."
