For this and other reasons, would it possibly make sense for a humane and democratic foreign nation that adamantly opposes discrimination against or threats to the personal safety of honorable Palestinians and honorable Jewish citizens of Israel, respectively, to offer a possible new refuge in their own country for current Palestinians and Israeli citizens seeking a much safer place where the environment can sustain an influx of new immigrants?
This "refuge for immigrants" idea was prompted in part by the current focus by many nations on offering a possible safe home for Arabs fleeing from violence-torn nations such as Afghanistan or Iraq.
It seems to this observer that if a refuge for Arabs fleeing from Arab militants is urgently needed, then a refuge offering "breathing room" and a safer place in which to live should also be offered, although for different reasons, to honorable Palestinians currently living in the Palestinian-governed territory and also to honorable Jewish persons who may feel unsafe in their current nation of Israel, and who may sense that the tiny size of Israel's territory and the semi-arid environment there cannot sustain significant population growth in Israel, either.
This massive and very humane relocation of many Palestinians and many Israelis to a foreign nation that is friendly toward them, might also help to reduce the number of conflicts in the Middle East between those Palestinians and Israelis, respectively, who remain in the Palestine-governed territory or in Israel, respectively.
