Quinn of the City Government of Cedar Park, Texas, in response to an August 13, 2016, e-mail public-information request from myself. The following legal document was an enclosure to a one-page signed official August 25, 2016-dated reply cover letter from Ms. Quinn that she directly addressed to Mr. McMillan. That cover letter was inside a postmarked envelope delivered Monday, August 29, 2016, by the U.S. Postal Service to Mr. McMillan's official apartment unit mailbox for Apt. 902 at Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Austin, Texas, 78759, in northwest Austin. --- jkm)
