My Response to the Many Americans Who Have Told Me That 'I Don't Know You'

To the many different Texans and other Americans who have each emphatically volunteeered to me ever since the mid-1980s that "I don't know you," often in the context of their verbalizing a rejection of myself, I would like to offer the following 21st Century response:

I am, in fact, one of the most knowable of all of the single adult gentlemen in the entire United States.

Among the reasons why I am very easy to understand and know are:

---I never consume any marijuana or any other illicit drug. That tells you a lot about who I am as a human being.

---I am NOT a former drug addict.

---Unlike most single men in this country, I despise marijuana and all other illicit drugs. That also tells you a lot about who I am as a human being.

---Unlike most single men in this country, I welcome any opportunity I get to contact my local police department and report suspected illicit-drug-activities I learn about or hear about or directly observe in the city where I reside.

---I have worked full-time in Austin, Texas, for three different respective law-enforcement agencies of the State Government of Texas. Unlike the majority of single adult men in the United States, I fully support law-enforcement.

----I never consume any quantity of drinking alcohol, and I have never been previously addicted to drinking alcohol. In fact, the very last occasion when I consumed any quantity of drinking alcohol occurred during the summer of 1990 in Austin, Texas. You can always count on me being sober at all times.

----In my personal life, I prefer to associate with individuals who are moderate drinkers, light drinkers, or permanent teetotalers who completely abstain from alcohol.

----I have never consumed any tobacco cigarette or cigar, or any other tobacco product, on any occasion in my entire life. Nor will I ever agree to consume any tobacco product on any occasion in my entire life.

----In my personal life, I generally prefer to associate with other non-smokers.

---I personally dislike facial hair and body tattoos, and you will NEVER see me with a mustache, beard, goatee, or body tattoo on my own body on any occasion im the 21st Century of my own life.

I regard it as very noteworthy that the vast majority of all the men who get convicted of a crime in the United States have either a mustache, beard, goatee, or more than one tattoo, on their body.

----In my personal life, I prefer to associate with men who have no facial hair and no more than one tattoo, if any, on their body.

----I have no criminal-conviction record. This legal fact about myself sets me apart from the vast majority of all single adult men in the United States.

----I never pull pranks on anyone, and I am very opposed to pranks and criminal mischief.

---I NEVER gamble, and I do not spend any money of my own toward participation in any lottery or any gambling.

---I am definitely among the top 1 percent of all of the most consistently honest and law-abiding and civil single men in the entire United States of America.

Almost NEVER does ANYONE ever accuse me of making a deliberately dishonest statement to that individual. In fact, I have been politely criticized by others for my being "too honest," in their opinion, many, many times more often than anyone has ever accused me of telling a "lie" to himself or anyone else.

I cannot recall ANY case from my entire life in which anyone has ever accused me of "telling a lie" to that individual, and that accusation has then later been proven to be an accurate and valid allegation against me by that individual.

----In my entire life, I have never at any time directly stated to any person that I seek to harm that individual or anyone else, or that I would "kill" or "murder" or "destroy" that person or anyone else.

----I always keep my hands to myself, and I never physically hit or strike or physically assault any other human being. Nor do I ever grab or pinch or pounce on any other human being.

---On NO OCCASION in my entire adult life has any person ever at any time accused me of having myself lain a hand on that person with impropriety or incivility.

---ON NO OCCASION in the entire 21st Century period of my life have I ever on any occasion ever once directly stated to any person that I myself wanted to have sex with, or sexual contact of any type with, that person.

----I have very high platonic-relationships (non-sexual personal relationships) credibility with anyone, regardless of whether that individual is actually physically attractive.

----I never verbalize profanity in everyday conversation with other human beings, unless I am directly quoting someone else's profane or obscene comment to the individual with whom I am speaking.

----Before I quote another person's profane comment to the individual to whom I am speaking in person or on the telephone, I habitually ask the listener if it is okay for me to quote the exact wording of the profane comment I had recently overheard or heard, and that I had myself been dismayed by.

----I am a lifelong non-Christian gentleman.

----I consider myself to be a religious gentleman. In fact, I have founded a non-proselytizing and fully independent religion of my own that has very strict membership-eligibiity requiremements. I am the only current member of that new religion.

---I am NOT AN ATHEIST, and I am instead a believer in IMPLICIT deism. I never pray, since I do not claim to have a personal relationship of my own with any cited deity.

---Among my leading platonic passions, or favorite affinities and philanthropic causes in my own life, are: tennis; racquetball; roller-skating; befriending children and other young persons under age 30; helping to promote Lifelong Sports Education programs that introduce youths to, and help to offer them initial instruction in, several or all of the lifelong sports; befriending biological parents raising children in their own home; promotion of strictly-mutual-consent personal platonic relationships; environmental protection; promotion of addditional financial incentives for businesses to help protect the environment and conserve natural resources; natural-resource conservation; helping to make American society more morally defensible and more righteous and virtuous than it currently is; promotion of mass-transportation services that conserve fossil fuels and provide safe and comfortable alternative modes of transportation; deterrence of urban sprawl; promotion of lifelong education; promotion of idealistic brainstorming; promotion of clean language that is not profane or obscene in nature; promotion of fruit juices, teas, fat-free milk, and other alcohol-free beverages; the Spanish language; the French language; healthful cuisines of the world, with an emphasis on healthful spicy dishes; helping to protect the legal and Constitutional right of individuals to set their own prioerities and set their own course in their life; promotion of honesty and reliabiolity in mass-media communications in this country; promotion of privacy rights for law-abiding Americans; promotion of law-abiding and crime-deterrence-minded lifestyles; helping to deter sadomasochism in American society; helping to deter and prevent intergenerational exploitation of younger persons, and, in particular, helping to prevent the very deplorable sex crime of pederasty that victimizes minors; helping to prevent unwanted pregnancies; promoting safe and reliable forms of contraception and family planning that can help prevent pregnancies or the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.

----I am English, Scottish, and German in ancestry. I happen to be Anglo or Anglo-Saxon. I am a white person.

----I am a former official and former unofficial "Big Brother." I served as a volunteer official or unofficial "Big Brother" to a total of five different respective male youths in four respective cities where I lived at the time. Those cities were: New Ulm, Minnesota, where I served as an official "Big Brother" to two different respective male youths; El Campo, Texas; Sweetwater, Texas; and Denver City, Texas.

----I love writing letters to friendly and honorable individuals. Among the persons whom I've corresponded with in recent years are Queen Elizabeth II of The United Kingdom and Prince William of the United Kingdom.

----I am neither a communist nor a socialist. Nor am I an archist or a libertarian. I am, instead, a supporter of bridled (as distinct from unbridled) capitalism, with an elightened and very conscientious government helping to guide the conduct and priorities of all business entities in a manner that protects the global environment, features comprehensive recycling of any and all all recyclable goods, conserves fossil fuels and other natural resources, fully honors the human rights and privacy rights of employees and customers of those businesses, protects the safety and health of employees as well as customers of those businesses, etc.

---I have never filed for personal bankruptcy on any occasion in my entire life.

---Although I have myself personally incurred very extensive financial debts over the course of the last several decades, I will NEVER at any time agree to myself file for personal bankrupty under any circumstances. I will ALWAYS agree to myself fully, and as soon as I can afford to do so, honor each and every one of the financial debts I directly incurred that I agreed to at that time.
