October 26, 2021
Dear Open Records Section representatives for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts state agency in Austin,
Thank you for your follow-up Oct. 25 reply letter (below) to me in regard to my recent public-information request to your State Government of Texas agency that you officially received on October 11, 2021.
I will look forward to receiving from you within seven working days from today the legal documents you plan to release to me that are responsive to that online public-information request of mine. I had submitted that request online at your official state agency website on Saturday, October 9, 2021.
That request of mine had sought "a copy of records on file with the State Comptroller of Texas state agency in Austin that refer to how many total respective persons residing in a rental apartment unit or any other type of residence at 8805 North Plaza Drive in northeast Austin each received at least one paycheck that had been processed by your state agency at any time during the time period from June 21, 2019, through 8 a.m. Monday, October 11, 2021. I am also seeking a copy of records on file with your state agency that cite by name each and every one of the State of Texas-affiliated or State of Texas-owned institutions or agencies or offices or institutions on behalf of which your state agency processed at least one paycheck to a person residing at 8805 North Plaza Drive in Austin at any time during the above-cited approximately two-and-one-third-year time period."
Thank you again for your friendly October 25 follow-up letter to me.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
current public-information requestor and former State Government of Texas full-time employee John Kevin McMillan. My date of birth: April 27, 1957. My place of birth: Lincoln, Nebraska.
I am also the current criminal-law complainant and longtime-celibate-by-choice, gainfully-employed, permanently-alcohol-free, permanently-marijuana-free, dependably civil-and-law-abiding and honest, platonicly polite, lifelong-tobacco-free, white Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic male adult victim in Austin Police Department (APD) Sex Crimes Case 2021-2440624, a new APD case that was officially activated by APD on September 1, 2021.
An APD-approved forensic DNA-swabs anal-rape-evidence medical exam was performed on me in the early morning hours of September 2, 2021, by an Austin SAFE Alliance female forensic nurse inside the ER of Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, in central Austin. APD Sex Crimes Detective William Costello is the first-rate crime investigator for that new case. His direct-line APD Sex Crimes Unit office phone number is: (512) 974-4247.
My solo-occupancy efficiency-apartment-unit rental-home address ever since June 21, 2019:
