I would like to thank your helpful colleague APD Officer Leonard Wheeler for having provided me with helpful information in person shortly after 4 p.m. Monday, December 28, 2015.
Officer Wheeler stated to me from his APD patrol car situated near Building 9, that the current "suspension" status on APD Sex Crimes Case 15-1540423, the crime case relating to the June 3, 2015, crime report I filed with APD (during a prior period when I resided at Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin), means that you are yourself willing to accept additional information from me that might prompt you to reopen that crime case, Officer Wheeler said.
Officer Wheeler made that statement to me in person after he drove to the parking lot area near my side of Building 9 and accepted a lost and found item from me---a cell phone I had found at about 3:15 p.m. that Monday lying on the pavement of an exitway along Braker Lane-- for APD report 15-5056515. I had filed that report with APD through an outdoor 311 telephone call I made from a pay telephone near a 7-11 store at about 3:30 p.m. Monday, December 28, at the intersection of Braker Lane and Research Boulevard.
I might add that when I later made a follow-up courtesy phone call to APD's 311 service to doubly confirm that you are willing to accept additional crime-reports from me, a male APD staff member offered me the very same information about my being free to submit additional factual information to you in the hope that you will eventually decide to reopen that crime case in which I am the cited victim of (alleged) felony anal-rape-crimes and (alleged) personal-injury crimes in Austin.
Some additional information I want to share with you tonight:
---A male adult representative for ADT Pulse operations in Rochester, New York,
who stated his first name as "Andrew," stated to me on the telephone at about 2:15 p.m. December 14, 2015, that any images I obtain through my ADT Pulse motion-sensitive infrared cameras inside my locked private bedroom that show vibrations or apparent motion in the walls during my sleeping hours, are compelling evidence that "the wall is moving," Andrew stated to me.
That factual information and that quote are contained in handwritten legal notes I jotted down inside my green-speckled composition notebook labeled "December 2015 to---."
On a related note, I learned earlier today, December 29, 2015, for the very first time, when I walked for the first time ever to the north side of this apt. building, that my own private bedroom directly abuts second-floor unit Apartment (unit number cited) on the other end of Building 9 at Village Oaks Apartments. This apartment complex where I reside with official co-tenant (name withheld from this blog) in Apartment 902, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, is situated at 10926 Jollyville Road, Austin, Texas, 78759.
...I believe I may have submitted one previous E-mail report to you in which I noted that I heard a loud obscene expression of vulgar disgust from an apparent woman, such as the word "Shit!" (sic), emanating from the only second-floor unit directly abutting my own bedroom----the adjoining unit that I now know is (a unit number cited). Oddly enough, I had heard that vulgar outburst emanating from (that unit) immediately after I was awakened in the middle of the night (?) with pain in my anus as I lay alone on my own bed.
...(Village Oaks Apartments) Assistant Manager Kaden McCleery, a younger male adult white person of self-identified Irish and Scottish ancestry..., did specifically assure me in person at about 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015, inside the lobby of the manager's office area that NO ONE other than myself, official tenant John Kevin McMillan, is authorized to be inside my locked private bedroom during my bedtime hours, Kaden stated.
In that regard, I have also observed images from my ADT camera focused toward my bed at all times, which show that the wall separating my bed area and a storage closet on the outdoor balcony, was in fact vibrating and pulsing with apparent motion. ...
Incidentally, Village Oaks Assistant Manager Kaden (McCleery) also specifically assured me in person at about 5 p.m. Dec. 26, 2015, in response to a polite question from myself, that no medical services provider of any type is authorized to be anywhere inside my locked private bedroom during periods when I myself am asleep and lying on my own bed, Kaden said.

All of the above-cited factual information about my Dec. 26 brief in-person conversation with Kaden was noted by me in my Standard Diary entry for Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015. I keep my standard diary inside my private bedroom.
---One very polite and apparently honest female neighbor of mine residing in the first floor unit Apt. 903 on this same south side of Building 9 who stated her first name as "Lynn" (Lynne?), a petite blonde-haired Anglo lady about 5'5" (?) in height, stated to me earlier this month when I happened to run across her outdoors near our building, that Lynn has observed so many persons (younger persons, I believe she indicated) going in and out of the second-floor Apartment (unit directly facing my own second-floor unit) on a continuing basis, that "I (Lynn) am not sure who actually lives in that unit (as the management-approved tenants there)," Lynn said (approximate quote).
...Lynn, who lives with one male adult person in Unit (number cited), she has told me, has very kindly promised me that she will directly contact APD for me if she ever at any time observes any evidence any alleged trespasser or alleged possible intruder or suspicious person situated near this side of Building 9 or near or somehow entering my own apartment unit, Apt. 902, that I also specifically informed her about....
Detective Narciso, I hope this crime report update is helpful to you. The continuous daily and year-round anal-rape-crimes and personal-injury crimes allegedly victimizing me during my sleep every night have continued each and every day ever since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011---with the ONLY exceptions to that having been the early morning sleeping periods of Sept. 3, 2011, and Sept. 10, 2011.
As you know, I definitely insist on pressing crime charges in a civil and law-abiding manner against any and all alleged intruders or trespassers or personal-injury-crimes perpetrators or fraudulent "medical services" providers or alleged rapists who have allegedly victimzed me during my sleep, in particular, as I lie alone on my own bed inside my locked private bedroom. And I welcome the opportunity to myself testify in a court of law against each and every one of those cited defendants, no matter how many dozens or hundreds of defendants I will be testifying against in a court of law in Austin at the earliest opportunity.
