I'm also the founder of a new and non-proselytizing religious group, the alcohol-free and tobacco-free and anti-marijuana and non-Christian Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, that has one total member (myself, only) and has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.
I have given numerous public-access-television speeches on television about my religion, and many Austinites are aware of that. Many Austinites have indicated to me that they dislike my religion--and one apparent tenant at the apartment complex where I reside in a recent prior year even posted a public statement near the main outdoor mailbox area for this complex, in which he denounced my religion as allegedly being insane. That apparent tenant in his posted announcement also stated that he warned anyone who might consider rooming with me during a period in which I was seeking a roommate, that I myself am "bat-shit crazy" (exact wording) and that "anyone who agrees to room with John McMillan deserves what they get" (approximate quote).
I am contacting your group because the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas, throughout 2012 so far has refused to investigate my repeated criminal-law complaints to APD that I have been subjected on a daily and year-round basis to alleged personal-injury crimes occurring during my sleep, alleged anal-rape crimes and alleged anal-molestation crimes occurring during my sleep, alleged trespassing crimes during my sleep, and alleged breaking-and-entering crimes during my sleep by one or more alleged illegal intruders inside my bolt-locked, fully-secured, top-floor, vaulted-ceiling one-bedroom apartment in Austin.
My primary care physician, the Austin-based Dr. Edie Shulman (office phone number 512-339-1535), an internal medicine specialist, has expressed confidence in my mental health and honesty. In fact, Dr. Shulman herself even photocopied for her own medical file on me several of the infrared hunter's camera photos obtained for me during my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in 2012.

Prior to Jason's advice on that, I was not aware of there being any type of infrared camera that I could myself afford to purchase (I bought an infrared motion-sensitive hunter's camera in February 2012 from a nearby Academy store in northwest Austin).
I live alone, and I ALWAYS sleep alone, and I NEVER have any invited late-night guest inside my bolt-locked apartment unit after midnight. Also, I NEVER have any invited overnight guest inside my bolt-locked apartment.

Attached, please find some examples of infrared-motion-sensitive hunter's camera photos that I've obtained for myself from inside the bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing during my bedtime hours. The Austin police have refused to accept any of my video cards containing images of infrared camera photos that were taken on my behalf during my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit.
Police in 2012 have also repeatedly refused to accept from me sealed hair-follicle evidence and evidence of tiny odd bits of items I've found and collected using tweezers from all over my orthopedic Swedish bed---a bed on which I have NEVER at any time during my conscious or waking hours ever once directly and in person observed any person (other than myself) ever at any time lying on that bed or situated on that bed at any time.
I have lived alone inside Apt. 325 at Wind River Crossing Apartments in Austin, Texas, ever since the afternoon of May 31, 2011, when a roommate of mine moved out and had his name deleted from my lease agreement with the Wind River Crossing management team. He stated his name as "Sandjaja Utama," and he stated that he was a "citizen of Indonesia." His application to room with me was approved by the management team at Wind River Crossing before he moved into Apartment 325 to room with me. My own relationship with Mr. Utama was strictly platonic throughout, and I personally do not trust that individual. In fact, I very emphatically refuse to have any further involvement with him of any type. Police have advised me not to send Sandjaja Utama a rejection letter, saying that it was unnecessary for me to do so. So far no attorney I've consulted about this has been willing to assist me in lawfully terminating any type of involvement of any type in my own life by Mr. Utama.
I have lost hundreds of hours of sleep ever since mid-April 2011 because I've been awakened an average of three times per night with intense pain in my anus---pain so intense that I've had to wait about 30 minutes to an hour before I could then fall back asleep. The Austin Police Department has refused to order ANY DNA testing on my anus or anal cavity, or anywhere else on my body, for that matter, at any time so far in 2012.
The roommate of mine in 2011, Mr. Sandjaja Utama, moved into my apartment unit in mid-April 2011 a matter of hours before the problem of my being awakened repeatedly in the middle of the night or morning with pain in my anus began very abruptly for me. He told me in person in May 2011 that he was interviewed by the Austin Police Department (APD), and he also told me at least twice that APD only interviewed him on the telephone and never in person, Mr. Utama stated to me at least twice during an in-person conversation I had with him inside Apartment 325 during the brief one and one-half-month period in which he roomed with me. Mr. Utama repeatedly asked me in person in May 2011 inside Apartment 325 at Wind River Crossing if the Austin Police Department had found "any semen" in my own anus, and his facial expression and tone of voice revealed considerable anxiety as he repeatedly posed that urgent question to me.
The Austin Police Department has responded to numerous tentative crime reports from me (I habitually call 311, the non-emergency number for APD, as a courtesy to APD) in 2012 by APD on two separate occasions imposing a 48-hour emergency peace officers' involuntary commitment on me to a psychiatric hospital in Austin. On each of those occasions, I was released from that psychiatric hospital within three days after I was placed in that psychiatric hospital, and no psychiatric medication was ever forced upon me at any time. I am psychologically healthy and honest and civil and law-abiding, and in fact I have no criminal-conviction record. I was a model patient each of the two occasions when I was confined to a pscyhiatric hospital by the Austin Police Department. No court hearing was ever granted me in connection with either of those two involuntary APD-imposed "commitments".

Thank you in advance for your life-saving interest in this outrageous continuous-felony crime case in which I am definitely the victim during my sleep (I snore, and I have noticed when I wake up that I feel a sensation in my nostrils indicating that I was subjected to an unauthorized inhalant during my sleep by an alleged illegal intruder, and it seems very apparent to me that the alleged intruder or intruders have subjected me to inhalants that played a role in my remaining unconscious during periods in which they inflicted alleged personal injury crimes and anal-rape crimes and oral-non-sexual rape crimes on me during my sleep.).
