(EXPLANATORY NOTE from myself, criminal-law complainant John Kevin McMillan of northwest Austin: The following verbatim quote refers to directly cited names and home addresses that were each specifically volunteered by former Austin Police Department Officer Jermaine Hopkins in a September 10, 2016-dated e-mail letter that Mr. Hopkins reportedly wrote and sent to self-identified continuous-daily-and-year-round-personal-injury-crimes-and-anal-rape-crimes victim John Kevin McMillan of Austin, with cited carbon-copies on that e-mail letter by Mr. Hopkins having been sent by Mr. Hopkins himself to Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo at "art.acevedo@austintexas.gov", Travis County Government Information Technology Services official Tanya Acevedo at "tanya.acevedo@traviscountytx.gov", "cathy.curtis@austintexas.gov", and to Austin City Attorney Anne Morgan at her current professional e-mail address of "anne.morgan@austintexas.gov":)
_______
"Hello, Mr. McMillan, this is Stan Vick with Austin Police Department CIT Unit."Um, I've come and visit with you a few times with Officer Turner.
"And, I just want to reach out to you today. Um, I was speaking to Officer Turner who is out of the office today doing, um, some other work here.
"And we saw this, the e-mails that have the addresses to certain people, um, on this e-mail you received. And we just wanted to make sure that you knew, and I'm pretty sure you do. We know you're, you're not going to go there. But, we just wanted to reaffirm and confirm with you.
"Don't go to those addresses. Don't show up at their houses. Um, if you do, you will end up going to jail.
"So we, we just wanted to make sure you knew that.
"Uh, we told everybody not to worry, he---you wouldn't do that. But I just, once again, I wanted to touch base with you and, and ask you not to do that. And you know our numbers if you need to call us. You've got Sergeant King's number, you've got Officer Turner's number. Then mine is 512-854-3480.
"So, Mr. McMillan, if you need anything else, feel free to call us. Thanks. Have a good day.
Bye-Bye."
