Dear Open Records Unit Staff Members for the Austin (TX) Police Department,
Thank you for your prompt reply to my August 4, 2021, online public information request (PIR) at the official APD portal for submitting PIRs.
I was very surprised to read your statement to me that: "A thorough search of records of the Austin Police Department provided no responsive information."
I would to respectfully point out that the scope of my August 4 PIR included an apartment unit, Apartment 2418 --- in Building 17 at Pebble Creek Apartments --- in which I myself have been and continue to be the only management-team-approved tenant and only management-team-approved occupant throughout the entire more than two-year period ever since June 21, 2019. I have always lived alone in Apt. 2418, and I continue to live alone in that same always-bolt-locked rental-apartment unit in northeast Austin (Austin District 4).
As the only tenant and only occupant in Apartment 2418 at Pebble Creek Apartments, I know of at least two APD crime reports this calendar year that I myself submitted to APD and for which Austin Police provided me with an official ID number. Those two separate crime reports from me were submitted by me on March 24, 2021 (APD Case 21-0830533), an APD case in which I was the self-identified home-invasion-crimes and sex-crimes victim and complainant requesting an anal-rape-evidence DNA-forensic swabs medical exam on myself at a time when I was an emergency room patient inside St. David's Medical Center ER in central Austin; and on January 18, 2021 (APD Case 21-0181172).
I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice (including ever since the day I moved to north Austin in August 2001), permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since the late summer of 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since the late fall of 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-non-vaping, lifelong-tattoo-less, consistently facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee), consistently clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), dependably civil and law-abiding and very honest, platonicly polite, single-by-choice, white non-Hispanic Anglo-Saxon gainfully employed adult gentleman. My date of birth is April 27, 1957; my place of birth is Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a lifelong American citizen, and I have never been married to anyone.
On Monday, January 18, 2021, APD opened an aggravated robbery case, APD Case Number 21-0181172, in which I was a cited complainant and victim. The two cited suspects appeared to have been African-American youths age 15 or so who both approached me as I walked alone, southbound, along the eastern side of North Plaza Drive toward my apartment complex at about 8:40 p.m. January 18. The suspects---who repeatedly addressed me in a taunting manner by their repeatedly verbalizing the very offensive and profane "N" word--- allegedly threatened to shoot me or stab me unless I handed them my cell phone and my wallet. There was an African-American male adult witness in that case who reportedly volunteered a statement to APD. APD Officers Hootman (Badge Number 8210) and McDowell (Badge Number 8241) visited my apartment unit on the night of January 18, 2021, and obtained a signed affidavit statement from me about that alleged violent-crime case.
I would also like to politely remind your APD Open Records Unit that on November 11, 2020, APD opened a new case for me, APD Case 20-3161213. That 2020 case was in response to an alleged home-invasion-crimes and sex-crimes criminal-law complaint from myself that cited myself as the victim of those alleged felony crimes during my sleeping hours as I lay alone on my own bed---asleep and unconscious and probably snoring---inside my double-bolt-locked current apartment unit, Apt. 2418 at Pebble Creek Apartments.
That new APD case was officially opened on November 11, 2020, when I submitted one flashdrive of mine to two APD patrol officers, APD Officer Kristy Astran and APD Officer Blair Brozynski, at my front doorstep that day that contained an abundance of infrared motion-sensitive photo-images crime evidence of alleged felony personal-injury crimes victimizing me during my sleeping hours in Apartment 2418 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in northeast Austin.
Finally, I would like to emphasize to your APD Open Records Unit that after I moved into my current apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, APD in 2019 reactivated APD Alleged Home-Invasion-Crimes and Alleged Personal-Injury Crimes Case 16-1340923---a case in which I was the complainant and victim. In 2019 and January 2020, APD accepted eight separate crime-evidence flashdrives from me I handed to APD officers with that cited case number (16-1340923), each of which contained video-images crime evidence of alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators and trespassers victimizing me during my sleeping hours inside my current always-bolt-locked rental-apartment unit, Apt. 2418 at Pebble Creek Apartments....
