Dear Open Records Administrator for the Austin (TX) Independent School District,

This is a re-send that now contains what is apparently the correct official e-mail address for your Austin ISD Open Records Unit.

I apologize for having used an incorrect e-mail address for your Open Records Administrator in the e-mail letter (below) that I sent you earlier today.
I learned about the incorrect e-mail address I had used when I received a automated-message reply e-mail letter tonight from the postmaster for another public school district in Texas, Abilene ISD, informing me that the e-mail address I had used had not been an official e-mail address at their public school district in west Texas:

Austin ISD Open Records Administrator, I want to thank you for your kind patience and understanding. Please confirm for me as soon as possible that you have received my June 29, 2021, Open Records request, the text of which is directly below, and that it is in acceptable form to elicit a reply letter from you that provides me with any and all responsive legal documents.

Best Wishes,
public-information requestor John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.

To: Open Records Administrator,
Austin Independent School District (AISD),
Austin, Texas.

Dear Open Records Administrator for the Austin Independent School District,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mail letters or other written communications that referred to me at least once in any manner, and that in each such case were written, received, mailed, e-mailed, forwarded, or FAXed at any time since 8 a.m. October 16, 2018, by an attorney for AISD or a staff member for the AISD Office of General Counsel here in Austin, Texas.

Excluded from the scope of this public-information request are any and all e-mail letters that were exclusively written by myself.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am former salutatorian of Stephen F. Austin High School of Austin ISD here in this state-capital city for Texas. I am the founder and only current approved member of a new and non-Christian factually-minded permanently drinking-alcohol-free religion, the Progressive Prohibitionist Religion.

Ever since June 21, 2019, I have resided alone as an official rent-paying tenant and only management-team-approved occupant in an always-bolt-locked efficiency apartment unit at a very large gated-community apartment complex in northeast Austin, Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive. AISD school buses have been frequently observed by me as they were being driven by AISD employees into and through the gated-community parking lot area of my current apartment complex.

My primary personal e-mail address, "mcmillanj@att.net",  has remained the same for many years. My landline phone number, (512) 342-2295, has remained the same throughout the entire multi-year period applicable to this public-information request.  My cell phone number of (512) 993-7305 has been the same ever since the summer of 2019, when I became a cell phone owner and cell phone user for the first time ever.

I have resided at the following respective home addresses on a multi-month or multi-year basis during the time period applicable to this public-information request:
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Bldg. 16, Apt. 1609, Austin, TX 78759.
---Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Building 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.

Many of the infrared motion-sensitive crime-evidence photos that have been taken for me during my sleeping hours inside my current double-bolt-locked efficiency rental-apartment unit's bedroom have appeared to show male persons significantly younger in age than myself. I have directly shared that alleged possible crime evidence with the Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit and other APD units.

Officer John Yoder of the Austin Independent School District Police Department contacted me on his own initiative on June 21, 2020, at my home phone number of (512) 342-2295. AISD Police Officer Yoder left the following exact verbatim voice-mail message with me that I have kept recorded in my home telephone's voice-mail system in my apartment unit for future reference:
"'Yes, Mr. McMillan, this is Officer Yoder with the Austin ISD Police Department. Just wanted to, uh, try to make contact with you. We've had some e-mails that you've sent forwarded to us. Sounds like you may be trying to request some information. Just want to see if we could help you out. So give us a call back when you can. Our dispatch number is going to be (512) 414-1703. Thank you."

In the multi-month period ever since I received that unexpected voice mail message from AISD Police Officer John Yoder, I have been surprised that AISD  peace officer Yoder has not made any follow-up phone call to me. It seems to me that possibly AISD Police Officer John Yoder may have consulted an attorney for Austin ISD in some context that referred to me.

This public-information request was also prompted in part by a 2016 reply e-mail letter (below) to me from the highly-regarded General Counsel for Austin ISD, Ms. Ylise Janssen. In her reply letter, that very influential  female State Bar of Texas member attorney appeared to possibly forbid me in writing from ever again directly contacting Ms. Janssen.  I have, of course, fully honored her written request to me.

Dear Mr. McMillan:

You have copied me on an email you sent to the Texas Attorney General's office regarding a complaint you have against the Austin Community College.  As Austin ISD is not a party to your complaint, I ask that you please remove my name from your email list.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.  May you have a good day.

Sincerely,

Ylise Janssen

Dear Texas Assistant Attorney General Smith in the Office of the Attorney General of Texas Open Records Division in Austin,

Please note, below, additional documentation on behalf of the legal complaint I filed with you today in my capacity as a public-information requestor.

My complaint is against the Austin Community College's public information office in Austin, Texas. My complaint relates to ACC's response to a civilly-worded July 18, 2016-dated E-mail public information request from myself that I provided you earlier today as part of this complaint from myself.

The following (bottom item, below) is an e-mailed attachment sent to me by Austin Community College on July 20, 2016, that provides me with an estimated cost of $846.20 on providing me with all written documents referring to myself (John Kevin McMillan of Austin) in any way, and that were each written by either President Rhodes or Ms. Pam Sutton of ACC's Office of the President, at any time since the morning of Sept. 1, 2011....
