IF YOU EVER HAVE A MAJOR CONCERN OR COMPLAINT OR SUGGESTION FOR THE CAP METRO MASS-TRANSIT SYSTEM HERE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, THE FOLLOWING OFFICIAL ADDRESS FOR CAP METRO'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS AVAILABLE TO YOU AS AN OPTION

 

I learned today through online research that if I have a major concern or major complaint relating to Cap Metro bus service here in Austin, Texas, I have the option of contacting any and all of the members of the Cap Metro board of directors by using one total e-mail address for their entire board.

That e-mail address is:

boardofdirectors@capmetro.org

Unfortunately, I suspect that 99 percent or more of all Cap Metro bus or rail-transit train-car passengers in the Austin area of Texas do not have that official e-mail address for the Cap Metro board of directors in those passengers' own personal listing of e-mail address contacts those passengers use.

I myself have never seen any public-service message poster on display inside any Cap Metro bus that stated, "If you have a major complaint or major concern relating to Cap Metro service, you always have the option of appealing to or otherwise contacting our Board of Directors by e-mail.
