A respectful FYI to each of you government officials, including this courtesy-carbon-copy to the Very Honorable U.S. President Joe Biden in Washington, D.C., and admirably-vigilant law-enforcement officers on this urgent public-policy question (below) I wrote and submitted online to Democratic Party-affiliated U.S. President Joe Biden at his official White House website at 7:39 a.m. Friday, June 11, 2021, with President Biden's Office of Presidential Correspondence sending me a prompt reply e-mail message (farther below) that same morning.
I am very insistent on asserting my legal right to lawfully press criminal-law charges against any person in Austin, Texas, who is employed by the U.S. Government or by a foreign nation, and who allegedly committed or sponsored or financed or had an alleged role as an accomplice in the alleged perpetration of any of the crimes described below that allegedly victimized me and allegedly continue to victimize me during my sleeping hours as I lay alone or lie alone on my own bed inside my solo-occupancy current double-bolt-locked rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in northeast Austin.
The public-policy question I wrote and submitted online to President Biden at his official White House website on June 11, 2021:
"Mr. President, do you have any reason to believe or suspect that any federal-government agency (such as the CIA or FBI) or any federal-government official or any federal-government employee of the USA or any foreign government, for that matter, has had an alleged possible involvement in the allegedly continuous home-invasion-crimes and allegedly continuous anal-rape-crimes and allegedly continuous illegal-hydration-of-my-own-body harassment crimes and allegedly illegal-nasal-inhalant-infliction harassment crimes and allegedly illegal vibrator-insertion-into-my-own-anus harassment and anal-rape crimes during my sleeping hours as I lie alone unconscious (on) my bed, inside my current always-bolt-locked rental-apartment unit in Austin, Texas?
"Mr. President, I need to inform you that the male deputy director for the Austin federal office of Republican U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, 'Chris', stated to me several years ago (and I can provide you with more factual information on that) that 'there may be some federal-agency involvement in it' (the alleged anal-rape-crimes victimizing myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, on a daily and year-round basis during my sleeping hours that I myself had politely complained to Chris about in that local phone call)".
"That staff member for Senator Cruz also stated to me in that same phone conversation that Senator Cruz could not help me to put an end to the allegedly continuous home-invasion-crimes and allegedly continuous anal-rape crimes victimizing me on a daily and year-round and continuing basis during my sleeping hours as I lay alone or lie alone, unconscious and probably snoring, inside my bolt-locked rental apartment unit in Austin, Texas."
