PREPARING FOR THAT INEVITABLE AND EAGERLY-AWAITED FUTURE OPPORTUNITY I WILL HAVE LATER THIS YEAR WHEN MY CURRENT RENTAL APARTMENT LEASE EXPIRES AND I CAN ROOM WITH AND LIVE WITH A LAW-ABIDING AND HONEST, NON-SMOKING, NON-ALCOHOLIC, MEDICALLY HEALTHY ADULT PERSON WITH GOOD PRESENCE TO THEM WHOM I ACTUALLY ENJOY AS A HUMAN BEING, AND WHO IS ALSO HIMSELF (OR HERSELF) SOMEONE YOUNGER OR SIGNIFICANTLY YOUNGER IN AGE THAN MYSELF, IT BEING VERY OBVIOUS TO ME THAT I LIVE MORE HARMONIOUSLY WITH AND AM MORE COMPATIBLE AS A HUMAN BEING WITH ADULT YOUNGER PERSONS THAN WITH ADULT OLDER PERSONS: ADDITIONAL THOUGHTFUL QUESTIONS I MAY POSSIBLY OFFER TO THAT VERY PLEASANT NEW ROOMMATE OR HOUSEMATE FOR ME

(1) Since you obviously are very keen on the Olympics athletics tradition featuring outstanding athletes from around the world, have you ever considered finding and purchasing a specialty stamp album for yourself that exclusively highlights postage stamps from around the world which each honor Olympians or the Olympics athletics contests?

Otherwise, if no such stamp album with that one theme is currently available, have you considered developing an proposal fro a new world stamp album exclusively devoted to that one theme, and then attempting to market that idea in a creatively entrepreneurial manner on your part that could help you to supplement your financial income?

(2) Do you remember the most recent occasion when you attended a family reunion and enjoyed that experience?

If you found that experience to be very pleasant and memorable for you, have you considered contacting an older relative of yours to find out if your family or clan plans to host another family reunion sometime this year?

If not, have you considered helping to organize a future family reunion for yourself and your relatives, even if it is a smaller or more modest version of the family reunions you have attended in the past?

(3) If you particularly enjoy attending family reunions, have you ever considered starting up a for-profit or non-profit business on the side in which you might help families in this state (Texas) to develop creative family reunion themes and motifs and events for those families that are successful for as many participants as possible?

I am reminded of this question because I myself do not recall having ever heard of any business in Texas, though there may well be some businesses of that type in this state, that assists families in planning and holding creatively successful and enjoyable family reunions.

(4) Is there a favorite food you especially thrill to, such as turkey or spinach or avocados or tuna fish, that you would like to see creative and spicy and tasty dishes for in our home life together?

(5) Do you agree with me that piano music and electric guitar music are currently overemphasized in American popular culture, and that the current hegemony over the American music scene by the piano and the electric guitar is very repressive and unpleasant to the ear?

If so, would you like to help me develop a section of musical recordings we could play each week inside our apartment or home that are actually pleasant to the ear and actually delightful? One example of this would be Baroque music featuring the recorder. Other instruments that I myself particularly delight in listening to are the flute, the piccolo, the trumpet, the trombone, the classical guitar, the harmonica, the accordion, the cello, and the clarinet. I myself tend to favor non-keyboard instruments.

Do you agree that it might be fun for us to do some research in order to find musical selections we could play at least once per week or once per day inside our home that feature ZERO piano music, and ZERO electric guitar music?

(6) One of my favorite causes is promotion of a proposed revision to the U.S. Constitution that might state in writing that each city or county or state in this nation is hereby authorized, if it so chooses to exercise that Constitutionally-protected legal right through an election in which a majority vote on that is obtained, to impose a permanent or temporary ban on the sale of drinking alcohol or tobacco products or marijuana or medical marijuana or tattoo-piercings on a citywide, countywide, or statewide basis, respectively; or, alternatively, to impose a permanent or temporary ban on the sale of any of those items in any designated portion or district or geographical area of that city, county, or state, where support for a sales ban of any such type is especially fervent and strong among the residents of that clearly defined geographical area WITHIN a city, county, or state.

Do you agree with me that when the "local control" theme is emphasized through a proposed Constitutional Amendment of this type, this will help to foster a significant reduction in the overall crime rate and physical violence, such as fistfights, stabbings, sexual assaults, attempted homicides, and homicides, and a significant reduction in motor-vehicle accidents, in the city, county, and state (however few cities, counties, and states might ever actually choose to make use of this proposed Constitutionally-authorized option) actually choosing to sponsor a sales ban of any such type inside their own city, county, or state?

(7) Do you like the idea of a new non-profit group in our state (Texas, for instance) that each year sponsors a banquet or food festival or other public event honoring persons attending that event who are each someone who is either a lifelong non-smoker or someone who has quit smoking cigarettes or cigars for at least six consecutive months?

It seems to me that American society does not do enough at present to publicly honor those who abstain from consumption of tobacco products.
An event of this type might also feature a public salute to each and every U.S. President who never smoked or consumed any tobacco product at any time or on any occasion during his entire tenure as our nation's head of state.

The list of those honored Presidents could be accompanied by applause from participants at this event after each of the tobacco-free U.S. Presidents from the 18th Century, 19th Century, 20th Century, and 21st Century is cited by name and praised for that cited reason.
