ANOTHER LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT UT-AUSTIN RELEASED TO ME IN 2016, CITING AN ALARMING SCENARIO FOR UNIVERSITY POLICE IN WHICH I MYSELF MIGHT EVER ATTEMPT TO VISIT THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS SYSTEM HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX IN DOWNTOWN AUSTIN:

"The standard protocol for dealing with individuals such as this is to contact UTPD dispatch and also to contact ODOP if the individual was to shows up at the System Complex. The arriving officer would then issue a CT if there is a complainant. This would all be based on the level of the complaint. Please advise what protocol you would like us to use.
