Subject: 11-17-17 re: legal jurisdiction over my current apartment unit

Dear Government Officials in Austin, Texas, and elsewhere,

The following exactly quoted (portions of an) item (below) I found on the Internet at the website address of "companiestx.com" indicate that the cited official owner of my rental apartment unit at Village Oaks Apartments as cited on my current official lease agreement here --- that owner being "Northland Oaks Apartments LLC" --- is a corporation over which the U.S. State of Delaware has legal jurisdiction.

Would you please verify for me in writing at your earliest convenience that the State Government of Delaware, rather than the State Government of Texas, has full legal jurisdiction over the current apartment unit where I am an official rent-paying tenant in Austin, Texas?
