Would it help to foster enhanced pride in our North Heritage Hills section of Austin if the City Government of Austin were to erect an attractive sign identifying the creek by name that runs under North Plaza Drive several blocks south of East Rundberg Lane?

WOULD A CREEK-IDENTIFICATION POSTED SIGN ALONG NORTH PLAZA DRIVE IN NORTH AUSTIN (TX) HELP TO FOSTER GREATER PRIDE AND TIDINESS IN THE CREEK AREA?
The proposed creek-identification posted sign could be feature the creek's name and the word "creek" in both the Spanish and the English languages.
This would greatly appeal to the many residents of this neighborhood where I live who are themselves Spanish-speaking emigrants to the United States from a Latin American country.
That enhanced pride in our neighborhood might help to remind residents of North Heritage Hills to please refrain from littering into that creek or in the wooded area near the creek or on the sidewalk along the eastern side of North Plaza Drive near that creek.
