A re-send to both of your two integrity-minded nationwide accrediting organizations (below) after I learned a matter of minutes ago from my personal computer's inbox that my e-mail transmission on this earlier today to Jeremy Triplett of the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors did not go through successfully.

Please note that the information I wrote in the subject heading turned out to be factually inaccurate. I actually ended up posing only one question---an admittedly very long question---to each of your two accrediting organizations. I apologize for that factual error.

Dear Noble and Integrity-Minded Representatives for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and The American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors (ASCLD), respectively,

Congratulations on your two organization's many fine accomplishments on behalf of promoting excellence and diligence in law-enforcement and crime investigation services.

One question for each of you: 

Have either of your two first-rate accrediting organizations on any occasion this  21st Century ever imposed any punitive action or punitive actions against a law-enforcement agency or a law-enforcement officer or any unit or division of a law-enforcement agency that or whom your own organization specifically maintained had deliberately failed to adequately and fully investigate, or had deliberately chosen not to arrest an actual suspect that law-enforcement-agency knew about in connection with, an alleged continuous-and-continuing-personal-injury-crimes-and-sex crimes case that allegedly had occurred or allegedly was continuing to occur over a multi-month or multi-year period in a city of more than 100,000 residents in the USA?
