I would like to thank Yasmin, a polite female official for your noble non-profit organization, for taking the time to talk with me on the telephone at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Based on encouragement from Yasmin that I received on the phone that day, I am pleased to mention that effective tonight I am now an official individual dues-paying member of your very influential Texas Tenants Union.

I had made that phone call to your group on February 5 shortly after I received a telephone referral to your organization that afternoon from the Austin-based Texas Association of Realtors.

Texas Association of Realtors ethics complaints specialist Lilith stated to me on the telephone that afternoon that her organization "does not have jurisdiction" over the apartment-unit-security-related issue I described to her, she said. Lilith helpfully advised me to myself call your non-profit organization in Dallas for assistance. She also very kindly volunteered to me the main office phone number for your group of (214) 823-2733.

Tonight I officially joined your group online by paying full one-year membership dues of $30 for myself as a dues-paying individual TTU member in Austin, Texas.

I would appreciate a reply note from you, assuring me in writing that your noble non-profit group in Dallas supports safe housing conditions for me---including throughout any and all of my sleeping hours or napping hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious, on my own bed---inside my current solo-occupancy bolt-locked efficiency apartment unit in north Austin.

John Kevin McMillan, longstanding and current criminal-law complainant in Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Case 16-1340923--an alleged continuous-and-continuing-daily-and-year-round-and-multi-year-felony-crimes case for which APD's Sex Crimes Unit in latter 2019 and January 2020 accepted thousands of infrared motion-sensitive infrared-surveillance-camera-generated photo images from me of alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators and allegedly illegal trespassers and alleged suspected personal-injury-crimes-and-sex-crimes perpetrators that had been obtained for me during my bedtime hours inside my one total bedroom of my current solo-occupancy efficiency unit in north Austin. 

I am currently submitting formal appeals through APD's chain of command on the decision over a multi-year period by the head of the APD Sex Crimes Unit, APD Sergeant Sandra Benningfield, to herself decline to authorize any DNA-traces forensic sexual-assault evidence medical exam on me on any occasion during her entire tenure as head of the APD Sex Crimes Unit.

I am the ONLY official tenant and only approved occupant on my current 12-month lease for my current rental-housing unit, with the expiration time and date on my current lease being at 11:59 p.m. June 30, 2020. I am a longtime celibate, permanently drinking-alcohol-free, permanently marijuana-free/illicit-drug-free, dependably civil and law-abiding, lifelong-tattoo-less, consistently clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), platonicly polite, and lifelong-tobacco-free single adult gainfully employed senior citizen white Anglo-Saxon gentleman. 

I am also the founder and only current approved member of a new and non-Christian religious group, the implicitly-deistic, non-praying, and factually-minded Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, an "Honor Society" that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements. Numerous Texans have stated to me that they dislike my fully-independent and non-proselytizing religion, or that they do not regard it as being an actual religion.
