A Noteworthy Letter from My Multi-Year Legal Correspondence With the Texas Rangers Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency in Austin, and also with Lt. Jesse Valdez of the Texas Rangers Division in Austin

I will always cherish the e-mail and telephone  communications I had --- over a multi-year period that began at least 11 years ago ---  with the Texas Rangers Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency in Austin, Texas.

Several crime evidence infrared motion-sensitive photos were provided by me as attachments to my May 17, 2020, letter (below) to the Texas Rangers---- included at least one crime evidence photo obtained for me during my sleeping hours  inside my solo-occupancy rental apartment unit that revealed the arm and tiny  face of an alleged home-invader rapist allegedly hiding near an adult male person who was himself  lying on my bed:

Subject: 5-17-20 latest alleged-trespasser photos during my sleeping hrs. in bedroom of my solo apt.

May 17, 2020

Dear Texas DPS Texas Rangers Division Crime Investigators in Austin,

Thank you again for your state law-enforcement agency's conveyed support for my own legal right and human right to myself enjoy full and year-round freedom from home-invasion crimes, trespassing crimes, assault-by-physical-contact crimes, sex crimes, unauthorized "medical" services, and personal-injury crimes as I lie ALONE every night on my own bed inside my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit, Apartment 2418 in Building 17 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in north Austin.

Below, please find the maximum number of attachments on these accurately-dated alleged-crime-evidence photo images that my computer system permits me to include in each e-mail transmission. These photo images are infrared motion-sensitive hunter's camera-generated photo images obtained for me from inside my current bedroom of my solo-occupancy apartment during my sleeping hours in the most recent two-day period, including early this morning. I own each of the two surveillance cameras I keep inside my bedroom.

I allege that alleged intruders during my sleeping hours may have allegedly moved me off my bed while holding me unconscious using nasal inhalants. Please keep in mind as you review the attached photos that I am age 63; I am of non-Hispanic predominantly English ancestry (part Scottish and part German); my head size is not tiny; my facial features are not flat or tiny; my nostrils do not flare; I do not have a pug nose; my eyebrows are THICK in width; when I am lying on my back I DO NOT place both of my own arms on the left side of the bed; and my own mannerisms and facial expressions are not effeminate or hyper-dramatic or malevolent.

Incidentally, I might add with polite emphasis that I am NOT affiliated with or or a member of or an employer of or employed by any gay group or any gay media company or gay religious group or any gay-theme-communications entity anywhere in the world, with any circumstance to the contrary being an automatic basis for my filing criminal-law charges on my own behalf against any such persons or entity.

As always, I welcome any interviews with any crime investigator for your Texas Rangers Division and any DNA-trace rape-evidence exams on myself being requested by your Texas Rangers that your integrity-minded State of Texas law-enforcement agency is willing to provide for me at any time----and preferably as soon as possible.

I myself would also welcome any additional surveillance of or any DNA-swabs crime-scene investigation of any and all portions of the interior of my current apartment unit or the balcony of my apartment unit and balcony closet on that balcony that your state law-enforcement agency or any other law-enforcement agency with jurisdiction is willing to help me obtain at any time---including today or tomorrow morning.

I emphasize the urgency on this because, as your state agency must be very aware, this is an alleged continuous-and-still-continuing daily and year-round and multi-year sex-crimes and personal injury crimes case in which I am the longtime-celibate Anglo non-Hispanic male victim and complainant. I have been hospitalized for doctor-ordered surgery on life-threatening medical problems I had sustained, on about five separate occasions over a multi-year period ever since this particular APD case began in 2016.

I ALWAYS SLEEP ALONE ON MY OWN BED, AND I AM ALWAYS SOBER AND NEVER HIGH ON DRUGS: TWO OF THE MANY REASONS WHY I AM A VERY STRONG CRIMINAL-LAW COMPLAINANT FOR YOUR TEXAS RANGERS DIVISION OF THE DPS.

The Austin Police Department in the latter half of 2019 and in early January 2020 accepted thousands of crime-evidence photos of alleged home-invasion-crimes-related perpetrators inside this particular rental unit that had been obtained for me during my sleeping hours from inside my current always-fully-locked solo-occupancy apartment unit, Apt. 2418 in Building 17 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in north Austin.  The polite apartment-management team here has stated to me that there are only three possible points of entry into my current rental unit (kitchen window, sliding glass door, and front door). They have added, however, that they are willing to have a member of the management team here inspect my apartment in the near future---after the COVID-19 crisis diminishes, they have indicated----to attempt to determine whether any possible additional point of entry or points of entry can be identified by that apartment manager.

APD's Sex Crimes Unit headed by Sgt. Sandra Benningfield in the latter half of 2019 and in early January 2020 accepted from me the above-cited photographic documentation of alleged illegal trespassers inside my current bedroom for APD Case 16-1340923----a sex-crimes case dating back to 2016 that APD chose to reopen in 2019.

Thank you again for your state agency's kind willingness to accept from me over a multi-month period the infrared motion-sensitive-camera-generated crime evidence I have been obtaining during my sleeping hours from inside my one total bedroom of my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in north Austin. I am the ONLY official tenant and ONLY official occupant inside this always-fully-bolt-locked-and-always-fully-locked rental apartment, and I always keep my three total apartment-management-team-cited possible points of entry fully locked at all times.

I need to politely emphasize to your state law-enforcement agency in Austin that each and every morning I am awakened an average of about five times per night, generally alternating between about once every hour and once every two hours, with an unpleasant vibrating sensation in my anus (I DO NOT OWN or USE ANY VIBRATOR), an unpleasant nasal-inhalant sensation in my nostrils (I DO NOT OWN OR USE ANY NASAL INHALANTS), an urgent need to urinate (I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED ANY HYDRATION OF MYSELF OR ANY OTHER "MEDICAL SERVICES", or ANY "DEPROGRAMMING SERVICES" OR ANY "NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENT SERVICES" OR ANY "RELIGIOUS-CONVERSION ATTEMPT SERVICES" OF ANY TYPE BEING INFLICTED ON MYSELF DURING MY SLEEPING HOURS), and often with wobbliness in my legs as I walk to the bathroom in order to urinate.

Before returning to bed, I routinely check the front door of my apartment unit and always find that it is fully bolt-locked and locked properly. I might add that when I routinely check for an intruder inside my  bedroom at nighttime, I never directly with my own eyes ever at any time directly observe any person other than myself situated anywhere inside any portion of my current always-fully-locked efficiency apartment unit.

Coincidentally, the most recent previous official tenant inside my current apartment unit was reportedly a medical physician who moved out of this particular unit in June 2019. I will gladly provide your law-enforcement agency with his cited full legal name if you ever determine at any time that that factual information might be pertinent for your law-enforcement agency.

I mention the most recent previous official tenant in this efficiency unit because over a multi-month period ever since I began living in this unit as the only official management-team-approved tenant and only management-team-approved occupant on June 21, 2019, I have received a combined total of 50 or more letters in my own designated mailbox for this apartment unit that were each specifically addressed to that cited medical physician.

General Manager Juan Acosta has directly informed me that the cited most recent previous male tenant in Apartment 2418 (my current unit) is no longer living anywhere at this particular apartment complex. Mr.  Acosta has also stated to me that the locks to the front door of this unit were both changed by the management team immediately after the most recent male tenant and his wife moved out.

That male tenant apparently chose not to provide ANY forwarding address for himself to the U.S. Postal Service, even after I politely asked the apartment-management team at my current apartment complex to please contact him and submit that forwarding address for himself to Postal Authorities. The management team politely informed me that that they did contact that most recent previous tenant about that issue. I was told by a male neighbor of mine in Building 17 here at Pebble Creek Apartments that the cited physician who reportedly moved out of this particular efficiency unit in June 2020 is himself of "Asian Indian ancestry".

I have never spoken with or met with or seen the cited medical physician on any occasion in my entire life; he is a complete stranger to me. He is NOT authorized to ever visit or ever be physically present anywhere inside my current apartment unit at any time. Nor is he authorized by me to provide me with any "medical services" of any type during my sleeping hours or at any other time of the day.

I hope to hear from your law-enforcement agency or any other reputable law-enforcement agency with cited legal authority to investigate.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, longstanding criminal-law complainant in APD Sex Crimes and Personal-Injury Crimes Case 16-1340923.

My home address in north Austin ever since June 21, 2019:

Apartment 2418, an eastward-facing unit on the second floor of Building 17 at 8805 North Plaza Drive, Pebble Creek Apartments (a large gated-community apartment complex reportedly owned by a for-profit corporation that maintains a mailing address for that entire corporation at 612 North Alpine Drive in Beverly Hills, California, 90210, according to a "Super Lawyer" State Bar of Texas member attorney here in Austin who specifically addressed that subject for me during a legal consultation I had with him on April 17, 2020---a legal consultation for which that first-rate private attorney was paid in full.

Also in that same April 17 legal consultation I had with that highly-rated private attorney, he stated to me that he strongly supports my own legal right to exclude anyone and everyone other than myself from ever being physically present anywhere inside any portion of the interior of my always-bolt-locked and fully-locked current efficiency apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments during my own sleeping hours.

Subject: High Total Number of Child Abuse Cases in UT in 2021

https://www.statista.com/statistics/203841/number-of-child-abuse-cases-in-the-us-by-state/

A key statement from the above  copyrighted online report:

"Based on State submissions to National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System (NCANDS) of alleged child abuse and neglect. NCANDS collects case level data on children who received child protective services response in the form of an investigative or alternative response. Each state has its own definition of child abuse and neglect based on standards set by federal law. Child abuse is defined as any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caretaker which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse or exploitation; or an act or failure to act which presents an imminent risk or serious harm."

Dear Utah State House Majority Leader Mike Schultz,

Thank you again for having kindly invited me in writing on December 6, 2023,  to offer you concerns of mine about Utah.

Today I was surprised and saddened to read online that in the year 2021, Utah in 2021 ranked as the "21st Worst State" in the USA for the total statewide number of reported child abuse cases in that state. The total number of child abuse cases in Utah in 2021 was 6,339.

Above is an exactly quoted explanatory paragraph accompanying the  copyrighted ranking of U.S. states at statista.com that is based on the number of reported child abuse cases in each such state.

Among the western U.S. states that in 2021 reportedly each had a lower total statewide number of child abuse cases than Utah are: New Mexico, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, Washington State, and Wyoming (Wyoming is the state that in 2021 had  the lowest total  number of reported child abuse cases of all of the states in our multi-state western region).

Twenty-eight states and the District of Columbia in 2021 each had a lower total number of child abuse cases than Utah.

Arizona was not included in the rankings, since the State Government of Arizona apparently failed to report that information for their state to the National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System.

State House Majority Leader Schultz, I hope this follow-up letter is helpful to you and your Utah State House colleagues.

Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, 535 South 200 East, Apt. 912, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.

Subject: Re: Is State of UT Doing Enough to Help Pedestrians?

Dear Mr. McMillan,

Thank you for reaching out to me about HB78.  I apologize I was unable to attend the Economic Development and Workforce Services Committee on January 23, due to presenting a bill I am sponsoring in another committee at the same time.  I will be voting for HB78 if it reaches the House floor.

I do support our film industry in Utah, but I want to ensure that we are not engaged in a race to the bottom with other states and countries providing incentives.  I am satisified that this bill does allow for safeguarding against that.

If you reside in House District 31, please sign up for my newsletter at the link below.

If you have any questions about this or any other issue, please let me know.

Subject: Is State of UT Doing Enough to Help Pedestrians?

January 22, 2024

Dear Utah State House Majority Leader Mike Schultz,

As a gainfully employed single adult  gentleman and proud-to-be-here new permanent resident of  Utah, I am  grateful for  your  December 6, 2023,   reply letter to me. Your friendly letter  invited me to write and send you additional concerns of mine about our great state of Utah.

Today inside my solo-occupancy fully bolt-locked and fully locked  studio rental apartment unit in our state-capital city,  I called the main telephone number for the Utah Department of Transportation state agency.

I then asked the female staff member who answered the phone to please connect me with the "Pedestrian Rights Advocate" employed by that State of Utah agency.

The Utah Department of Transportation staff member indicated  that she did not know of any person holding that job title at her state agency.  She added that the "safety department"  of her state agency was apparently the most applicable unit for her to transfer my call to.

After my call was transferred by herself, I was disappointed to note that I was then greeted by a recorded message from an apparent  member of the "Safety Department".

House Majority Leader Schultz,  I mention all of this because it was very apparent to me today that the State Government of Utah currently does not assign high enough priority to the full range of Pedestrian Rights issues.

Those issues include aggressive  motorists exceeding the speed limit on the roadway,  would-be muggers and thieves and Homeless Persons begging for money or cigarettes outdoors  on public  sidewalks,  pedestrians outdoors having a rage-filled verbal conflict with each other, outdoor pedestrians making obscene gestures at other pedestrians on the outdoor platform of a UTA train stop,  pedestrians outdoors who are not dressed warmly enough and are shivering  on a cold winter day, pedestrians lying on or sleeping outdoors very close to a public sidewalk, pedestrians drinking alcohol or being allegedly "publicly intoxicated" outdoors on Utah Transit Authority  platforms at UTA train stations,  pedestrians outdoors who appear to be under the influence of an illicit drug or possible opioids,  physically agitated and apparently violence-prone pedestrians on outdoor public  sidewalks,    profanity perpetrators, continuous  outdoor noise pollution, and Cigarette Smoke and Vaping Vapors inflicted on pedestrians outdoors by other pedestrians.

The Pedestrian issues here  in Utah also include the total combined number of miles  of all public sidewalks provided to pedestrians in Utah, the current  absence of any public sidewalk along the  roadway in many blocks of residential neighborhoods here in Utah,  the issue of whether public sidewalks are consistently provided on BOTH sides of roadways here in Utah, the width of public sidewalks and whether that width should be increased to accommodate joggers, runners, scooter riders (if applicable),  roller skaters, skateboarders, electric bike riders (if applicable),  and  bicyclists (if applicable), as well as pedestrians here in Utah, and whether there should be a physical barrier between pedestrian traffic and scooter riders, for instance, that protects the safety of pedestrians.

House Majority Leader Schultz, I also discovered today through online research at the Utah State House of Representatives  official website that no committee or subcommittee of your state governing body contains the word "Pedestrian" in that committee's or subcommittee's official name.

I did today  find online  one joint Utah House and Utah Senate committee, the  "Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environmental Quality Appropriations Subcommittee 2024". However,  none of that joint committee's cited topic areas directly referred to the significant environmental benefit to Utah and Utahns  that non-polluting and non-smoking Pedestrians provide on a year-round basis.

House Majority Leader Schultz, I would like to cite to you  the high priority to Pedestrians and Pedestrian Traffic Issues that one local  government agency   in California has established.

Below is a directly quoted and  copyrighted  statement from that government agency's official website address of

"The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is a department of the City and County of San Francisco responsible for the management of all ground transportation in the city. The SFMTA has oversight over the Municipal Railway (Muni) public transit, as well as bicycling, paratransit, parking, traffic, walking, and taxis. We serve San Francisco by creating transportation options that are constant, practical and everywhere; we connect people with their community to enhance the economy, environment and quality of life. We operate today's transportation system and work with our partners to plan the transportation system of tomorrow."

It might be very helpful to Utah and Utahns if citywide and countywide or multi-county or statewide transportation agencies with similar goals, including long-term planning goals,  could be established here in Utah.

Utah House Majority Leader Schultz, I would also like to raise the question of whether each of the cities of  Utah have been as  thorough as the municipal government for Salt Lake City has reportedly been at addressing Pedestrian Issues. Below is an online link to a 2023-dated and copyrighted local CBS-affiliate KUTV Channel 2 news report:

More information about the recent promotion of  "Leading Pedestrian Interval" safety features at street intersections throughout the USA  is provided by the following website of the U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington, D.C.:

Finally, House Majority Leader Schultz, I would like to share with you the following copyrighted  online link to a recent  official authoritative report from the U.S. Department of Transportation:

That report states that in 2021 the state of Utah had a higher Pedestrian Fatality Rate than our neighboring state of  Idaho and eight other respective states of the USA.

The states with lower Pedestrian Fatality Rates than Utah in 2021 were: Vermont,  Idaho, Massachusetts, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Rhode Island, and the  lowest pedestrian fatality-rate state of  New Hampshire, according to that online report.

Utah State House Majority Leader Schultz, I hope this brainstorming letter proves to be helpful to you and your colleagues in the Utah State House.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

Dear Utah State House Majority Leader Mike Schultz,

As a gainfully employed single adult  gentleman and proud-to-be-here new permanent resident of  Utah, I am  grateful for  your  November 27, 2023 (correction by me on cited date),  reply letter to me. Subject: Foloup: TXOAG Contacts DA re: NoReply to my 11-30-23 PIR

January 23, 2024

Dear Open Records Division  Officials for the Attorney General of Texas,

I have not received any follow-up letter from you in regard to my current Open Records complaint (below) with your state agency in Austin against the Travis County District Attorney's Office Public Information Coordinator in Austin.

Your state agency has assigned that civilly worded legal complaint of mine  an official ID number of OR-23-103287-IC.

My legal complaint refers to the alleged failure of the Travis County District Attorney's Office Open Records Coordinator  to send me any reply letter in response to my November 30, 2023-dated  Open Records Request to that DA's Office. That request was officially received by the DA's Office in Austin  at the start of the business day on December 1, 2023.

My request had sought "a copy of any and all documents on file with each applicable division or unit of your DA's Office that were each authored by someone other than me at any time since 9 a.m. January 1, 2021, and  which each  stated that I myself was or am victimized by  a felony crime."

I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, 535 South 200 East, Apt. 912, Ninth Floor,  Salt Lake City, UT 84111.

My cell phone: (512) 993-7305.

My home phone: (801) 355-0850.

My Date of Birth: 04-27-1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Dear Admirably  Pro-Law-Enforcement Civic Leaders and Political Leaders,

I was informed in writing  (below) by the Attorney General of Texas state agency on December 28, 2023,  that I  have been assigned an official complaint number on my current Open Records Request (public information request)  written complaint through the Attorney General of Texas against the Public Information Coordinator for the Travis County District Attorney's Office in Austin, Texas.

My complaint alleges that the Travis County DA's Office failed to provide me with any written reply  in response to my politely worded  November 30, 2023, Open Records request to that county government agency in Austin.

The November 30, 2023, public information request of mine had sought "a copy of any and all documents on file with each applicable division or unit of your DA's Office that were each authored by someone other than me at any time since 9 a.m. January 1, 2021, and  which each  stated that I myself was or am victimized by  a felony crime."

I welcome any reply letter from the Attorney General of Texas or any of you pro-law-enforcement civic leaders and other government officials about this legal issue that has arisen in regard to the Travis County District Attorney's Office and me.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

complainant John Kevin McMillan, 535 South 200 East, Apt. 912, Ninth Floor, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.

Dear Travis County District Attorney's Office Open Records Coordinator,

Directly below is the correct version of the following paragraph from tonight's Texas Open Records request that I wrote and  sent to your DA's Office in Austin, Texas:

"On January 19,  2022, an on-duty taxi driver transported me  from that hotel in Salt Lake City   to the 'Extended Stay America'  chain corporate-owned  hotel at 7555 S. Union Park Avenue in Sandy, Utah. I  rented and lived alone inside  a fully  locked  solo-occupancy room, Room 227, at that hotel."

Please note that I have also removed one total letter, "I", from the first sentence of that paragraph in the text of the  letter below. Please disregard the previous version of this Open Records Request that I sent you 22 minutes ago.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dear Open Records Administrator for the Travis County District Attorney's Office in Austin, Texas,

This is a follow-up Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from your Travis County District Attorney's Office in Austin a copy of any and all documents on file with each applicable division or unit of your DA's Office that were each authored by someone other than me at any time since 9 a.m. January 1, 2021, and  which each  stated that I myself was or am victimized by  a felony crime.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. My Date of Birth is 4-27-1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.

My most recent rental apartment-unit home address in Austin, Texas,  was: Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418, Building 17, Austin, TX 78753.

I relocated from Austin to Salt Lake City, Utah, on December 31, 2021.

My cell phone number ever since August 2019 has been and continues to be: (512) 993-7305.

My home phone  number as a rent-paying tenant at Pebble Creek Apartments in Austin was: (512) 342-2295.

I myself am a lifelong single gentleman. I have been completely celibate ever since one total occasion that occurred in 1995, when I lived alone inside a locked  solo-occupancy rental apartment unit in Baytown, Texas.

I officially  became a permanent resident of Utah on January 1, 2023. I have resided in Salt Lake County, Utah, on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since December 31, 2021. On the afternoon of December 31, 2021, I checked in as a paying  guest renting and living alone inside  a fully  locked  solo-occupancy hotel room at the corporate-owned "Extended Stay America" chain hotel Sugarhouse location at 1220 East 2100 South, Room 210, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

On January 19,  2022, an on-duty taxi driver transported me  from that hotel in Salt Lake City   to the "Extended Stay America" chain corporate-owned  hotel at 7555 S. Union Park Avenue in Sandy, Utah. I  rented and lived alone inside  a fully  locked  solo-occupancy room, Room 227, at that hotel.

During my stay of residence at the cited Extended Stay America in Sandy, I submitted on February 14, 2022, a Home Invasion Anal-Rape  crimes report with the  Sandy Police Department.

The official case number assigned by Sandy Police to  that crime case in which I was the victim  was SY22-7423. A forensic DNA-swabs  sexual assault evidence medical exam was performed on me by a forensic nurse inside the University of Utah Hospital Emergency Room on February 14, 2022. The identification number on my rape evidence kit from that forensic medical exam on me is 21-0238.

I hope to hear from you soon.

January 20, 2024

Dear Utah State House Majority Leader Mike Schultz,

I am very grateful to you for the December 6, 2023, reply letter you sent me in which you invited me to share with you concerns of mine about Utah.

I am concerned that the career-related and civic-group convention-meetings tourism industry here in Utah may be under-promoted at present.

Please note the above online links to copyrighted  reports I found today through Google searches on the Internet. One of those copyrighted reports states that the Salt Lake Palace in Salt Lake City, Utah, is the "23rd Most Popular Convention Center" in the USA.

I am sure you would agree, House Majority Leader Schultz, that ranking 23rd best in the nation is not satisfactory for our state.

I might add that none of the other online nationwide rankings of convention center complexes that I found on the Internet today  mentioned a convention center in Utah as noteworthy.

Utah has unique strengths that should help to make us one of the most popular host states in the nation for annual convention meetings---which can also be a great asset for our state's tourism economy.

Among the major cultural strengths of Utah that should attract lots of civic groups, religious groups, political groups, professional athletes groups,  and  professional career-related groups and corporations to our state are:

----Utah has earned worldwide prestige and adoration  as a haven for snow skiing and other outdoor winter sports.

----Utah has earned worldwide acclaim for the legendary civility of LDS Members residing in Utah and the great civility of many of the non-Mormon residents of Utah. Our comparatively low crime rate in Utah has earned us nationwide and global admiration.

---Utah has earned a worldwide reputation as a noble and life-saving  haven for law-abiding and vigilant white adult persons of northern European ancestry who were victimized in another U.S. state  by abuse such as: inter-racial defiance by others of those white persons' own exclusively MONORACIAL (within their own white non-Hispanic  racial group in their own  romantic dating practices) sexual orientation,  inter-racial sexual assault, inter-racial physical abuse, inter-racial verbal harassment, inter-racial intimidation,  inter-racial stalking, inter-racial hostage-taking, inter-racial death threats, inter-racial kidnapping, inter-racial censorship,  inter-racial home invasions, and inter-racial Hate Crimes involving willful infliction of violence or willful infliction of  medically injurious and alienating continuous  and year-round noise pollution harassment  on that white non-Hispanic person of northern European ancestry.

-----Utah has also earned a worldwide reputation as a haven for law-abiding alcohol-free, tobacco-free, white adult persons of strong Mormon ancestry.

------Utah has also earned a worldwide reputation as a great haven for  law-abiding  abstainers from alcohol, law-abiding abstainers from tobacco, law-abiding abstainers from vaping products, law-abiding abstainers from marijuana, law-abiding abstainers from cocaine, law-abiding abstainers from any and all illicit drugs,  law-abiding abstainers from profane speech, law-abiding abstainers from incivility, law-abiding  abstainers from having  facial hair on their own face, law-abiding  abstainers from tattoos, law-abiding abstainers from tongue rings and nostril rings  and law-abiding  abstainers from gambling who were persecuted in other U.S. states or in a foreign nation  for their own  beliefs and accompanying  lifestyle practices.

---the "Beehive State" official nickname for Utah identifies us globally  as a bumblebee-friendly and apiarist-friendly honey-industry-hospitable state.

----Utah has a nationwide reputation for excellence in design and production of innovative and healthful bed mattresses and pillows, the best-known current example being the "Purple Mattress  Company" of  Lehi, Utah.

----Utah ranks among the top states in the USA for the  percentage of that state's residents who have ancestry in England.

----Utah ranks among the top states in the USA for the percentage of that state's residents who are white non-Hispanic American citizens.

------Utah has maintained and continues to maintain  very strong economic and cultural ties with Canadian province of Alberta.

------Utah farmers have earned Utah the honor of being one of  the leading producers of tart cherries  in the entire USA.

-----Utah farmers have earned Utah the honor of being one of the leading producers of apricots in the entire USA.

House Majority Leader Mike Schultz, I hope this brainstorming letter is helpful to you and your colleagues in the Utah State Legislature House of Representatives

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, founder of the exclusively one-member and politely non-Christian, non-proseltyzing, Progressive Prohibitionist Religion. I do not agree to having a second member in my new religion at any time in the foreseeable future.
