Dear City of Cottonwood Heights officials,

This morning at about 8 a.m. Mountain Time I photo-documented for you this crime evidence of alleged vandalism and alleged criminal mischief from illegal graffiti on a street light pole owned and operated by the City Government of Cottonwood Heights.

 

The graffiti is on a pole in front of a Zions Bank location at the intersection of Fort Union Boulevard and Highland Drive in Cottonwood Heights.

It is possible that crime evidence of this type in front of a bank may also comprise a federal offense. The placement of the graffiti at this specific location, accompanied by the scathing hostility of the message ("RAt Junk" or "RAt Dunk" ) in this graffiti, conveys a deplorable possibly anarchist contempt toward any and all banking institutions in American society.

Thank you in advance for your very kind  willingness to investigate and press criminal-law charges against any and all individuals who allegedly had any role in perpetration of these crimes in your highly-regarded city.

Dear Salt Lake City Council Members and Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall,

I respectfully urge the Salt Lake City Council to please establish a special tradition of offering special recognition each month to one City Council-endorsed "Restaurant of the Month"  in this state-capital city that meets the following criteria:

--It is a family-friendly, sanitary, safety-minded restaurant that offers nutritious and healthful menu options.

---It highlights elegance, clarity, and beauty of vocalization in the background singing from the sound system of that restaurant.

--It offers background music low enough in volume that  guests can enjoy having a calm and pleasant conversation with their dining companions at their dining table  inside the restaurant.

---It  highlights clean language and lack of profanity and a devotion to civility and obedience of the law  in the background music that guests can hear inside that restaurant.

---It highlights creativity and a sublime evocation of philanthropic human sentiment in the background lyrics being sung in the background sound system.

---It highlights professional singers whose singing voices indicate that they lead tobacco-free lifestyles and their vocal cords are not irritated or scratched.

----It highlights a variety of ethnic and racial backgrounds---- including white non-Hispanic singers who are American citizens, Hispanic singers, Latin American singers, Jewish singers, Italian singers, English singers, Scottish singers, Canadian singers, Australian singers,  Asian-American singers, etc., through the background sound system in that restaurant.

----It  conveys an emphatic  opposition to any and all racial hegemony, racial monopoly, racial bullying, or racial  malice in the  background music  of a restaurant where the menu itself reflects a multi-racial or multi-national heritage or a primary  racial identity heritage significantly different from than that of the background sound system singers.

---If it is a foreign-cuisine restaurant, it offers background music that is sublimely  complementary to the nationality or ethnicity of the foreign cuisine featured in that restaurant.

I hope this proposed new monthly awards tradition appeals to each of you City of Salt Lake City officials.

Mr. Reyes, I have not yet received a reply letter from you in response to the two public-safety-related questions I posed to you in a letter (farther below) that I wrote and sent to you  on July 16, 2023.

Those two questions were:

Finally, do you believe that local and state law-enforcement agencies here in Utah should be more successful at inviting reports about suspicious incidents or possible crime evidence in Utah, along with "crime tips" from Utah residents and visitors to Utah about continuous crime cases and other crime cases that are currently occurring or currently being investigated in this state?

In view of the growing percentage of Utah residents who have moved here from another U.S. state or foreign nation---with many of those persons having felony criminal-conviction records or criminal-conviction records for misdemeanor crimes involving violence---Utah has an urgent need for an active and well-funded statewide Utah Crime Prevention strategy.

"They (each of the officers of the Cottonwood Heights Police Department) all do the crime prevention...," Candy added.

Candy also stated to me at about 10:41 a.m. Mountain Time this Monday, March 28, that I myself would need to speak with her department's Assistant Police Chief, Paul Brenneman, for authoritative information in regard to whether there are any officially designated crime-prevention officers currently employed by that municipal law-enforcement agency in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Candy then forwarded my phone call to the telephone-service extension for Assistant Chief Brenneman. I then responded to a recorded-message voice-mail greeting from himself by leaving a polite voice mail message requesting a return phone call from Assistant Chief Brenneman on the above-cited subject.

Utah DPS Official Roden, I hope to hear from you soon about this important crime-deterrence-related issue currently facing numerous law-enforcement agencies in Utah.

I was very surprised and disappointed to note today that shortly after the New Mexico Department of Public Safety state agency in Albuquerque invited me in writing to send them e-mail communications at an alternate e-mail address for their state agency of "dps.help@state.nm.us", and I then promptly honored their request on that, their apparent gatekeeper, "Don A. Seitz" (below), stated in writing that he regards my e-mail communications to their New Mexico Department of Public Safety as being a "phishing scam" (correction here on his spelling of the word "phishing").

I would welcome any interview with any reliable government law-enforcement agency in regard to my current criminal-law complaint with the Austin (TX) Police Department (APD Case 21-0830533) in which I am the cited crime victim during my sleeping hours as I lie ALONE on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and possibly snoring, inside my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in Austin, Texas. I always sleep alone on my own bed, and I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice, lifelong-single, permanently-alcohol-free, Anglo male adult criminal-law complainant.

I am sure you and your legislative colleagues are all very aware that our great state of Utah has phenomenally enormous  potential as a Solar Power-Producing  and Wind Power-Producing state.

Do you or any of  your Utah State House colleagues support proposed state funding as soon as possible for a new outside consultant study to identify the potential annual contribution to the economy of Utah from the sale of surplus solar-power-generated and wind power-generated energy to neighboring or nearby states?

I am referring to states such as Idaho,  Nevada, Arizona,  Colorado, Wyoming,  New Mexico, and possibly Montana or Oregon or California.
