Sure you can post it john, but before you do I want to clarify my position.
Based on the photos and your testimony, I do not believe you are being physically tormented. I believe you John are suffering spiritual torment that has led to physical/ emotional anguish. Unlike the others who are turning you away, I invite you to read the Word of God.
Understand John that I Robert cannot help you on my strength alone for Jesus Christ is the way to Salvation and Deliverance from your torment here are his words I am reading them with you John:
For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the Lord , 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

If you prefer, I could do that by citing the author of the reply letter as a "Concerned Christian Gentleman Residing in Austin, Name Withheld," or something to that effect.
My hope is that if religious persons in Austin sense that I am being physically abused by one or more persons during my sleeping hours, my posting your Christian message to me might help to spark greater citywide interest in my current "sleeping conditions" inside my current rental apartment unit in NW Austin.

Dr. Alter and I each respectively reside in the Austin City Council District 10 section of Austin.

I might add with polite emphasis that I myself have been completely celibate on a continuous and uninterrupted basis, regardless of where I resided or was situated or traveled to, ever since and including the day when I moved to northwest Austin from the UT-Austin campus area in August 2001. I always sleep ALONE on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit, and I generally snore when I sleep. I lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free (ever since the late summer of 1990) and permanently marijuana-free (ever since the late fall of 1984) and lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, facially-cleanshaven (no mustache, no beard, no goatee, etc.). lifelong-tattoo-less, clean-talking (no profanity or obscenities by me in my everyday conversations with others), non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M (I have never once participated in or knowingly permitted the physical beating or physical whipping of myself or anyone else), dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, and gainfully employed lifestyle. I myself am NOT a "recovering addict" or "former addict" or "recovering alcoholic" or "former alcoholic."

"I see a few options. 1) continue with silence...however, he may still send out emails berating you for that silence. 2) reply. Since he has stated that he has been assualted, you could refer him to APD. You certainly can't investigate his claims, so you should refer him to the correct agency to handle these claims. If you choose alt 2) I can find the correct contact for the referral.
"With that said, I'm guessing that either alternative will still lead to continued communications for awhile. But, if you refer him to APD, the next time he contacts your office, you can stay with that path and just repeat that your office can't investigate his assault claims.
