Subject: Clarification

Sure you can post it john, but before you do I want to clarify my position.

Based on the photos and your testimony, I do not believe you are being physically tormented. I believe you John are suffering spiritual torment that has led to physical/ emotional anguish. Unlike the others who are turning you away, I invite you to read the Word of God.

Understand John that I Robert cannot help you on my strength alone for Jesus Christ is the way to Salvation and Deliverance from your torment here are his words I am reading them with you John:

For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the Lord , 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
Jeremiah 29:11‭-‬13 NASB

"And it will come about that whoever calls on the name of the Lord Will be delivered; For on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem There will be those who escape, As the Lord has said, Even among the survivors whom the Lord calls.
Joel 2:32 NASB

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinner; and purify your heart, you double-minded.
James 4:8 NASB

"Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God."
John 3:3 NASB

so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God."
John 3:15‭-‬21 NASB

I pray that you submit your broken spirit to Jesus. I pray for your repentance that God the Father delivers you from your torment. I pray that by the Grace of God you are choosen to be born again by the Holy Spirit. I pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

Roberto

Robert,
Thank you for your kind empathy toward me on this.
Would it be all right with you if I were to post your reply letter to me at my personal blogsite?

If you prefer, I could do that by citing the author of the reply letter as a "Concerned Christian Gentleman Residing in Austin, Name Withheld," or something to that effect.

My hope is that if religious persons in Austin sense that I am being physically abused by one or more persons during my sleeping hours, my posting your Christian message to me might help to spark greater citywide interest in my current "sleeping conditions" inside my current rental apartment unit in NW Austin.

Thank you in advance, Robert, for your kind reply note to me on this.

I hope that you and your family have a joyous and very prosperous and healthful New Year.

With Friendly Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.
P.S. If you ever conclude that you don't want to receive any additional blind cc's from me on my e-mail letters about my current "living conditions" or "sleeping conditions" inside my rental apartment unit in NW Austin, please let me know. I will then immediately honor your request of that type.

Hello John,
I'm sorry you are being tormented.

May the Lord Jesus Christ, the beloved Son of God, who is the living Word of God, The Passover Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world once and for all. Our savior Who died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose up on the third day in fullfillment of the Scriptures.

He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything. For it was the Father's good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven.

Colossians 1:13‭-‬20 NASB
https://bible.com/bible/100/col.1.13-20.NASB

May you turn your tormented unrested spirit to God the Father as a sacrifice to Him so that He may deliver you from your torment, pain, and unrest. And drink His living water which is the Holy Spirit for your spirit will never thirst and you will find peace and rest in Him.
Understand I say this only by God's grace and Love and not my own for all the glory goes to the God the Father. I say all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

Subject: Fw: City: Asst City Mgr Goode had role in CM Alter's silence re: does she support safe housing for me

A respectful FYI to each of you on the following legal correspondence about me that occurred in 2017 between City of Austin Assistant City Manager Robert Goode, who presides over Transportation and Infrastructure for the City Government of Austin, and Austin City Council Member Dr. Alison Alter, my duly-elected official representative on the Austin City Council. Dr. Alter and I each respectively reside in the Austin City Council District 10 section of Austin.
Any reply note from any of you on any aspect of this would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
from longtime criminal-law complainant and self-identified continuous-and-continuing personal-injury-crimes victim and continuous-and-continuing sexual-assault-crimes victim John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas. I might add with polite emphasis that I myself have been completely celibate on a continuous and uninterrupted basis, regardless of where I resided or was situated or traveled to, ever since and including the day when I moved to northwest Austin from the UT-Austin campus area in August 2001. I always sleep ALONE on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit, and I generally snore when I sleep. I lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free (ever since the late summer of 1990) and permanently marijuana-free (ever since the late fall of 1984) and lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, facially-cleanshaven (no mustache, no beard, no goatee, etc.). lifelong-tattoo-less, clean-talking (no profanity or obscenities by me in my everyday conversations with others), non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M (I have never once participated in or knowingly permitted the physical beating or physical whipping of myself or anyone else), dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, and gainfully employed lifestyle. I myself am NOT a "recovering addict" or "former addict" or "recovering alcoholic" or "former alcoholic."

Subject: Fw: City: Asst City Mgr Goode had role in CM Alter's silence re: does she support safe housing for me

A respectful FYI to each of you public officials and civic leaders on all of this (below),
from Austin City Council District 10 resident John Kevin McMillan of northwest Austin.
My most recent rental-apartment-unit address at Village Oaks Apartments on a continuous basis ever since early September 2017: 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 16, Apt. 1609, Austin, TX 78759.

Subject: Fw: City: Austin Asst City Mgr Goode had role in CM Alter's silence re: does she support safe housing for me

(EXPLANATORY NOTE from myself, Austin City Council District 10 resident John Kevin McMillan of northwest Austin:

Copies of the cited legal documents that are found below, PROVIDED IN DESCENDING CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER FROM FIRST TO MOST RECENT E-MAIL, were each emailed to me in attachment form by the City of Austin Law Department's Public Information Requests (PIR) Team on February 17, 2017. That reply from the City Attorney's Office was in direct response to a February 3, 2017-dated e-mail public-information request (last item, below) from me that I had submitted to the City Government of Austin. The City of Austin-assigned identification number on that February 2017 public-information request of mine was: 32250.

The City of Austin Law Department's Public Information Requests Team's office phone number is (512) 974-2268. Their address: 301 West 2nd Street, Austin, TX 78701.

PLEASE NOTE THAT Mr. ROBERT GOODE IS THE ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER OF AUSTIN WHOM MY DULY-ELECTED "DIRECT-REPRESENTATION" CITY COUNCIL MEMBER FOR DISTRICT 10, Dr. ALISON ALTER OF MY DISTRICT, CHOSE TO REPEATEDLY CONSULT BY E-MAIL IN RESPONSE TO A "YES"-OR-"NO"-type PUBLIC-POLICY QUESTION FROM ME.

THAT PUBLIC-POLICY QUESTION, WHICH I HAD POLITELY SENT TO COUNCIL MEMBER ALTER BY E-MAIL ON JANUARY 16, 2017, RELATED TO HOUSING CONDITIONS FOR ME IN AUSTIN.

Council Member Alter, a Harvard University-trained and Stanford University-trained public-policy expert, is a distinguished member of the highly-esteemed Temple Beth Israel Reform Judaism religious congregation. Their synagogue is situated relatively close to the main campus of The University of Texas at Austin.

MY VERY BASIC JANUARY 16, 2017, PUBLIC-POLICY QUESTION FOR COUNCIL MEMBER ALTER HAD BEEN: DOES COUNCIL MEMBER ALTER SUPPORT FREEDOM FROM CRIME FOR ME ON A 24-HOUR-A-DAY BASIS INSIDE MY LOCKED BEDROOM OF MY BOLT-LOCKED APARTMENT UNIT?

ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER ROBERT GOODE PRESIDES OVER PUBLIC WORKS AND TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES FOR THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF AUSTIN. Mr. GOODE ALSO PROVIDES OR DIRECTLY SUPERVISES A STAFF LIAISON FOR THE "AUSTIN ENERGY" CITY OF AUSTIN ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT.

Mr. GOODE'S JOB DUTIES APPARENTLY DO NOT INCLUDE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT. THAT RESPONSIBILITY LIES WITH AUSTIN ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER REY ARELLANO, A FILIPINO-AMERICAN GENTLEMAN WHO PREVIOUSLY PRESIDED OVER CITYWIDE PUBLIC SAFETY IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE CITY GOVERNMENT THERE.

THE MOST RECENT E-MAIL RESPONSIVE TO MY FEBRUARY 3, 2017, PUBLIC-INFORMATION REQUEST, FINAL ITEM BELOW, WAS WRITTEN BY KYLE CARVELL, A HIGH-RANKING CITY OF AUSTIN OFFICIAL WHO ASSISTS AND REPORTS TO AUSTIN ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER ROBERT GOODE.)

Dear City of Austin Law Department Public Information Requests Team Officials in Austin, Texas,

Thank you for your January 2, 2019, e-mail reply note (below) in response to my January 1, 2019, online public-information request (also below) to the City Government of Austin in this state-capital city of Texas.

I would like to politely point out that your January 2, 2019, e-mail Open Records response (below) to me relating to City Government of Austin official Robert Goode and me appears to have overlooked several applicable items.

Your reply letter (below) did not provide me with any of the several applicable previously-confirmed e-mail letters about me that were each written or received or sent by Austin Assistant City Manager Robert Goode during the time period ever since March 1, 2008.

Please confirm for me in writing as soon as possible that you are now willing to revise your January 2, 2019, official reply to me in order to include some or several of those applicable e-mail letters.

As a convenience to each of your officials in the City of Austin Law Department, I am hereby providing you with the exact texts of samples of those previously-confirmed e-mail communications to or from Mr. Robert Goode at City Hall that each directly referred to myself, John Kevin McMillan.

The texts of these e-mail communications (below) were each provided to me in response to a Feb. 3, 2017, public-information request of mine in which I requested "a copy of any and all letters or e-mail letters or e-mail notes that at any time since or including December 1, 2016, were written by a City Manager's Office staff member or official and were then mailed or sent or e-mailed to District 10 Austin City Council Member Alison Alter or District 10 Council-member-elect Alter or District 10 City Council candidate Alter, or to a staff member of hers, and that, in each such case, directly referred in some manner to myself, District 10 resident John Kevin McMillan."

The City of Austin has classified that previous PIR of mine as having the ID number of 32250.

Those e-mail communications provided to me in response to that February 3, 2017, PIR of mine include the following (provided here in chronological descending order from earliest to most recent), each of which either definitely contained or apparently contained a subject heading I myself had written that had accompanied e-mail correspondence I had written and sent to Council Member Alter's City Hall office with the City Government of Austin:
