NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY IN ALBUQUERQUE IS THE ONLY LAW-ENFORCEMENT AGENCY THAT HAS REPLIED TO ME IN RESPONSE TO MY E-MAIL WRITTEN REQUEST FOR GUIDANCE FROM AUSTIN POLICE AND THE TRAVIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY, JOSE GARZA, AND HIS EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, HENRY KELLISON, ON WHETHER I SHOULD AGREE TO BE INTERVIEWED BY A SELF-IDENTIFIED 'AUSTIN AMERICAN-STATESMAN' REPORTER ABOUT A STILL-UNSOLVED CURRENT APD ALLEGED HOME-INVASION-CRIMES-AND-SEX-CRIMES CASE IN WHICH I AM THE ANGLO ADULT MALE VICTIM AND COMPLAINANT

 I find it interesting that the New Mexico Department of Public Safety in Albuquerque as of early this afternoon (Tuesday, May 11) is the ONLY law-enforcement agency that has replied to me in response to my e-mail written request for guidance from the Austin Police Department and Travis County District Attorney's Office on whether I should agree to be interviewed by an "Austin American-Statesman" reporter about a cited alleged home-invasion-crimes and alleged sex-crimes case in which I am the victim and complainant.
