To: Ms. Lori J. Robinson, first-rate attorney for the highly-esteemed private law firm in Austin, Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta, that is currently representing the Austin-based Austin Community College public institution of higher education in responding to public-information requests.
Dear Ms. Robinson,
Thank you for your very helpful reply letter to me today, which contains an attachment containing numerous legal documents you provided me that each refer to myself by name.
As you politely indicated in your reply letter to me today, the attachment you sent me today on a previous Open Records Request of mine to ACC, ORR 1548, contains the exact verbatim legal document (farther below) in which Austin Community College District Police Chief Chester Dixon refers to me in writing as myself allegedly being "crazy".
Another legal document in the attachment you provided me today contains a statement from ACC District Police Chief Dixon that refers to me in writing as allegedly being a "disturbed person".
Ms. Robinson, do you happen to know whether the Austin Community College system or any ACC campus or the Austin Community College District currently has any legal jurisdiction or any legal authority in regard to myself and my own housing conditions or working conditions or living conditions in Austin, Texas?
Also, has your law firm representing ACC in response to public-information requests of mine identified any possible factual evidence that one or more persons employed by ACC, regardless of who those individuals or that individual might be, may have possibly wronged me in some context that possibly violated the law?
Thank you in advance, Ms. Robinson, for your helpful reply note to me on these two hopefully-polite final follow-up questions from myself. Best Wishes to you and your colleagues at your prestigious law firm here in Austin, as well as your polite colleagues at ACC.

Has nothing to do with ACC. I wouldn't put much into this he seems like a disturbed person.

Pam, I will attempt to handle this guy. It appears that APD has attempted to take care of him but he didn't like what they had to say. Another crazy.

Dear Austin Community College President Rhodes and ACC Government Relations Officer Young,
I am also carbon-copying this crime-theme legal correspondence (below) to yourselves, in the hope that your ACC Police Department might be willing to authorize DNA medical swabs on me relating to the alleged sexual molestation and alleged sexual torture and alleged sexual rape of myself on a continuing basis during my sleep by one or more illegal intruders inside my bolt-locked one-bedroom apartment unit in NW Austin.
I am making that request of ACC based on the fact that one of your campuses is situated relatively close to where I reside, and I did receive one E-mail letter from a self-identified ACC student several months ago in which he volunteered to me that he is a homeless person attending ACC while also seeking to room with someone.
He expressed interest in rooming with me, but his E-mail letter noted that he does consume marijuana, so I of course could not possibly ever agree to room with that individual. I believe that I could locate that E-mail letter from one of your self-identified ACC students after some searching, if you would like to review a copy of that E-mail letter I received from an ACC student whom I myself have never met before.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, criminal-law complainant and crime victim.
