Subject: re: Has TX Leg Done Enough to Protect Me From Anonymous Communications Violating My Privacy?
January 27, 2021
Dear Rep. Cole and Senator Eckhardt,
Do either of you state lawmakers who officially represent me in the Legislature believe that the Texas Legislature has done enough to protect me from continuous and medically-injurious anonymous and fraudulent communications violating my privacy rights in Austin and allegedly subjecting me to alleged continuous noise pollution determined by an ENT specialist to have been significantly harmful to my hearing capacity, and alleged assault by illegal physical contact, including during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my solo-occupancy double-bolt-locked rental-apartment unit in northeast Austin?
I hope to hear from either of you as soon as possible on this very important public-policy issue and legal-liability issue for the State Government of Texas.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a longtime celibate-by-choice (including ever since I moved to north Austin in August 2001), permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990) and anti-marijuana-minded, permanently-marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free and anti-tobacco-minded, facially-cleanshaven (NO beard and NO mustache and NO goatee), clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), platonicly polite and friendly, lifelong-tattoo-less and anti-tattoos-minded, permanently-jewelry-less, non-effeminate, non-Hispanic, non-Jewish, non-Indian, Anglo-Saxon white gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry.
I very emphatically DO NOT agree to be subjected to ANY inter-racial "intimate" physical contact or any inter-racial "sexual contact" by anyone; and on no occasions this entire century have I myself ever gone on any romantic date with or agreed to have sexual contact of any type with any non-Anglo person. I might add with emphasis that I am also a longstanding criminal-law complainant with the Austin Police Department in regard to alleged home-invasion-crimes, alleged trespassing crimes, alleged anal-rape-crimes and other sex crimes, and alleged sleep-harassment crimes allegedly victimizing me on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis inside my current solo-occupancy rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in northeast Austin.
My solo-occupancy efficiency-apartment-unit rental-home address ever since June 21, 2019 (and I am the ONLY official tenant and ONLY approved occupant cited on my current officially approved official 12-month lease agreement with the polite management team here):
Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Building 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.
Home phone: (512) 342-2295.
Cell phone: (512) 993-7305.
My only religion, a religion that is fully independent: the one-total-approved-member (myself, only, at present) and non-Christian "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" that strongly opposes continuous anonymous communications and thought-control projects that specifically violate the privacy rights of the recipient of those communications.
In regard to thought-control projects, the Texas Legislature has never informed me at any time that it has sponsored or cosponsored any thought-control project to which I myself have been subjected for any period of time anywhere in Texas.
One Boston-area civil-rights attorney in Massachusetts did volunteer to me on the telephone several years ago that he believed I may have been subjected to an illegal federally-sponsored "thought-control project" in the South Shore area near Boston that began in the 1980s, he said. That polite Jewish male attorney did not pursue any legal actions on my behalf that I was ever informed about. I can find his full legal name, if either of you legislators who represent me in the Texas Legislature would like that information. I did write to the Boston-area synagogue that attorney was a member of in order to politely express my appreciation for that kindly attorney after I was saddened to learn that he had died several years after he had kindly offered me that courageous legal disclosure on the phone, which he had done during a long-distance call I had made to his law firm office from my apartment unit at that time, at Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, in northwest Austin.
