I have not received a follow-up note from you that provides me with an estimated deadline by which you expect to provide me with any and all legal documents responsive to my December 24, 2020, public-information request to your DA's Office here in Austin, Texas.
That information request of mine to your DA's Office in Austin was focused on legal documents on file with your DA's Office that refer to my August of 2020 civilly-worded Open Records legal complaint through your DA's Office against Democratic Party-affiliated State Representative Eddie Rodriguez of Austin, Texas.
My August 2020 Open Records complaint to your DA's Office against Rep. Eddie Rodriguez had cited the absence of any reply note or any reply letter to me from Rep. Rodriguez or any staff member of his in response to a June 30, 2020, e-mail public-information request of mine to Rep. Rodriguez at his official Texas Legislature email address.
That very straightforward and narrowly-focused June 30, 2020, public-information request of mine addressed to Rep. Eddie Rodriguez had stated that I sought "a copy of any and all written communications, including any e-mail communications, that you or a legislative staff member of yours has or have written at any time since June 14, 2016, and that in each such document referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas."
Ms. Winn, I hope to hear back from you on this in the very near future.

My request: "I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all documents or records that refer to or comprise legal actions pursued by the Travis County District Attorney's Office in response to or in regard to my summer of 2020 Open Records complaint against the Democratic Party-affiliated Austinite State Representative Eddie Rodriguez --- a complaint that I had submitted in writing to your DA's Office."
Nearly three weeks have passed since you sent me your only reply letter so far in response to the above-cited December 24, 2020, public-information request.
Are you now able to provide me with an expected deadline by which you expect to be able to provide me with any and all legal documents responsive to that request from me?
Also, do you plan to ask permission from Attorney General Paxton to withhold from the general public one or more cited documents responsive to my December 24 PIR to your DA's Office?
