Subject: re: what is Senator Eckhardt's position on privacy rights for her constituents?
January 20, 2021
Dear State Senator Eckhardt and Policy Director Roberts,
Best Wishes to each of you and your other District 14 legislative staff members in the New Year.
I would like to respectfully pose some public-policy questions to each of you:
Do you oppose continuous verbal harassment of any of your law-abiding constituents (I among those law-abiding constituents)?
What is your public-policy position in regard to privacy rights for the Texas Senate District 14 adult residents---I among them---who DO NOT consume any marijuana or any other illicit drug; who DO NOT have any role in any illicit-drug-trafficking activities; who DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record; and who DO lead honest and law-abiding, vigilant and crime-deterrence-minded, always-sober, gainfully employed lifestyles in your senatorial district?
My other public-policy-related question for your team:
Senator Eckhardt, are you aware of any U.S. Government-imposed, State Government of Texas-imposed, Travis County Government-imposed, or City Government of Austin-imposed restrictions on privacy rights for any of your current law-abiding constituents---I among those law-abiding constituents----that you personally either support or strongly support or oppose or strongly oppose?
Thank you in advance, Senator Eckhardt and Ms. Roberts, for your helpful and very reassuring reply note to me on this.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a gainfully-employed, lifelong-tobacco-free, facially-cleanshaven (no beard or mustache or goatee), lifelong-tattoo-less, single adult white non-Hispanic gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry.
I am also a current criminal-law complainant with the Austin Police Department who values my legal right to keep any and all home-invasion-crimes perpetrators and any and all trespassers away from any portion of my current bolt-locked efficiency-apartment unit at all times, including when I am sleeping alone (and I am a longtime celibate single gentleman who always sleeps alone) on my own bed inside my double-bolt-locked efficiency-apartment unit in northeast Austin.
My solo-occupancy efficiency apartment-unit rental-home address ever since June 21, 2019:
Pebble Creek Apartments (a Belco Equities-affiliated, large gated-community complex), 8805 North Plaza Drive, Building 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.
Home phone: (512) 342-2295.
Cell phone: (512) 993-7305.
