Subject: 12-9-2020 urgent questions for 'Innocence Project'

Dear "Innocence Project" Officials in New York City,
Congratulations on the great success your noble non-profit organization has had at helping to free hundreds of wrongly-convicted, incarcerated persons in the USA through DNA testing. It is good to also sense that in many of those cases your group has also helped law-enforcement agencies to find the right suspect who can then be arrested and convicted in a court of law in the USA.
If each city and county and state of the USA can sponsor projects to increase the percentage of all of their residents whose DNA and fingerprints are on file with the local or county or state law-enforcement agency for that city, county, and state, this might significantly reduce the amount of time and government funding needed for solving crime cases in that city, county, and state.
Does your group know of any non-profit foundation that offers grants to local and state law-enforcement agencies (for instance, the Austin Police Department, the Travis County Sheriff's Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Office of the Governor Child Sex Trafficking Unit, and the Attorney General of Texas criminal investigations units here in this state-capital city for Texas) that help them to sponsor programs to obtain the DNA and fingerprints from many additional residents or additional visitors to that city or county or state?
Some other friendly questions for your noble non-profit organization:
Does your group have an estimate on the percentage of all Americans of today whose DNA is on file with government law-enforcement agencies in the United States? How does that percentage compare with five years ago, 10 years ago, or 20 years ago?
Does your group know which cities, counties, or U.S. states have achieved the largest increases in the percentage of all residents of each such city, county, or state whose DNA information or fingerprints have been obtained by a law-enforcement agency in that city, county, or state?
Does your group have an estimate of the percentage of all of the foreign-born immigrants residing in the USA without proper documentation (sometimes referred to as "illegal immigrants") whose DNA trace or fingerprints have been obtained by a law-enforcement agency in the United States?
Does your group support increased sharing of DNA information and fingerprint information between law-enforcement agencies in the USA and law-enforcement agencies in Latin American nations and other foreign nations from which large number of persons have emigrated to the or visited the USA in the most recent 5-year, 10-year, or 20-year period?
Congratulations again on the great accomplishments of your organization. I hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, current criminal-law complainant in Austin (TX) Police Department Alleged-Continuous-and-Continuing-Daily-and-Year-round-Home-Invasion-Crimes-and-Trespassing-Crimes-and-Continuous-Sex-Crimes-and-Continuous-Personal-Injury-Crimes Case Number 20-3161213. My own fingerprints and DNA are already on file with the Austin Police Department, the Travis County Sheriff's Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, from what I understand.
