URGENT REMINDER TO REGISTERED VOTERS IN TEXAS AND ANYONE WHO CHECKED OFF FOR VOTER REGISTRATION WHEN THEY MOST RECENTLY RENEWED OR OBTAINED THEIR TEXAS DRIVER'S LICENSE: POLLING STATIONS ARE OPEN UNTIL 7 P.M. TODAY IN TEXAS

 Many Texans are probably unaware that all the polling places in Texas will be open until 7 p.m. today.

My hope is that publicizing that factual information here will help to remind registered voters throughout our entire state---who also include anyone who checked off on their driver's license renewal with the Texas DPS that they wanted to obtain current registration of themselves to vote ---- that if their workshift at a local workplace ends at 6 p.m. pr 6:30 p.m. today, they will should still have enough time remaining to walk or drive or take a bus or taxi cab to a polling place and vote.

Texans seeking to vote today or this evening should have a currently valid Texas driver's license to present to an election official at the polling place.
