With much-appreciated moral support from both of you on this, I feel very optimistic that a reputable law-enforcement agency with jurisdiction will finally arrest the first-ever suspect who is then officially accused in a court of law of having allegedly perpetrated alleged home-invasion-related personal-injury crimes and sex crimes that allegedly victimized me in Austin, Texas. I am referring to alleged continuous felony crimes that have occurred and continue to occur during my sleeping hours as I lay or lie ALONE, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on a bed I myself own inside my current always-fully-locked solo-occupancy efficiency-rental-apartment unit in northeast Austin. I have repeatedly and over a multi-year period politely asked the Austin (TX) Police Department (APD) to authorize forensic DNA-swabs medical exams on me. However, APD in the period ever since and including early 2012, in particular, has repeatedly and consistently declined throughout that entire eight-and-two-thirds-year period to officially authorize ANY rape-evidence exam on me that I had requested at that time here in Austin. I have repeatedly informed APD that if they authorize full six-month retroactive DNA-traces processing for each of the two separate rape-evidence kits APD already has from me (rape-evidence kits obtained from me in April 2011 and December 2011, that each of them obtained at my request) for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-1180447 and APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615, respectively, that full retroactive DNA-evidence processing will identify DNA of someone OTHER than me. I myself have been completely celibate throughout any and all of my conscious or waking hours --- regardless of where I traveled to or resided or was situated ---- ever since and including the day I moved to the northern section of Austin in August 2001.
