Dear Austin (TX) Police Department Officers and Officials in this state capital city for Texas,
A respectful FYI to each of you on the following e-mail crime update report I wrote and sent today to the APD Human Trafficking Unit. I would welcome an interview with any APD detective about any aspect of this---and I would also welcome any opportunity you might ever offer me to directly share crime reports of mine with or be interviewed by the APD Sex Crimes Unit.
My understanding is that I myself am NOT currently permitted to directly contact the APD Sex Crimes Unit that is reportedly headed by APD Sgt. Sandra Benningfield. I was asked in writing on February 17, 2020, by APD Lt. Gena Curtis to never again directly contact herself in any context or under any circumstances. I have fully honored Lt. Curtis's written request, and I have not directly contacted the APD Sex Crimes Unit at any time since February 2020.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
former full-time Texas Department of Public Safety employee John Kevin McMillan of north Austin.
My home phone: (512) 342-2295.
P.S. The February 17, 2020-dated reply letter to me from Lt. Curtis was as follows:

Dear APD Human Trafficking Unit Officials,
One factual correction on a cited year (see boldfaced and larger-type year immediately below):
"I have been the ONLY approved occupant on my lease ever since I moved into this efficiency apartment unit on a 12-month lease agreement for myself on June 21, 2019. I might add with emphasis that I have NEVER had any 'guest' inside my apartment unit at any time of the day or night."
I have also inserted the correct year (2019) into the paragraph below where I found the error just after sending this e-mail report to you.
Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.

Dear APD Human Trafficking Unit Officers and Staff Members,
Would you please provide me with a phone number for your Human Trafficking Unit at the Austin Police Department?
I have not received any reply letter or phone call from your APD unit on this (see last item, below). So it would be very helpful to me if you would please provide me with your APD unit's phone number and the full legal name of the administrator or top official or applicable crime investigator in your APD unit.
As you know, I allege that one or more individuals unbeknownst to me who possibly are situated close to where I reside inside my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit at my current large-and-gated-community apartment complex, allegedly have been illegally entering my fully-bolt-locked-and-fully-locked apartment unit during my sleeping hours (I always lie ALONE and sleep ALONE on my own bed, and I am a longtime celibate law-abiding gainfully-employed Anglo non-Hispanic gentleman age 63) and are allegedly subjecting me to alleged assault by physical contact and alleged personal-injury crimes---including sleep-ruination-harassment crimes---during my sleeping hours.
I never see the alleged human-trafficking perpetrators with my own eyes, but the infrared motion-sensitive camera of mine I am using inside my bedroom is documenting possible crime evidence of alleged illegal trespassers inside my bedroom during my sleeping hours.
Some of my crime-evidence photos obtained for me during my sleeping hours have indicated possible movement emanating from one of one or more of my bedroom walls during my sleeping hours. Those photos possibly indicate one or more possible alleged additional points of entry into my current apartment unit other than the three total apartment-management-team-confirmed points of entry (my front door, my sliding glass door leading into the living room, and my kitchen window) that I always keep fully locked at all times.
The polite management team at my current apartment complex, Pebble Creek Apartments, stated to me in a prior month that a manager and the head maintenance staff member for this complex will visit my unit at my request and will attempt to determine whether there is possibly any additional point of entry into my current unit other than the three above-cited points of entry that have already been confirmed for me by that management team.
I would welcome any and all DNA-traces forensic medical exam on myself that your APD Human Trafficking Unit is willing to authorize for me at any time or on any day or night. These are alleged daily and year-round and multi-year alleged personal-injury crimes I'm being subjected to during my sleeping hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my double-bolt-locked and fully-locked apartment unit.
I am being awakened an average of about five times per night, with my being awakened abruptly being accompanied by an unpleasant vibrating sensation in my anus, an unpleasant nasal-inhalant sensation in my nostrils (I DO NOT own or use any vibrator or any nasal-inhalant), and an urgent need to urinate in my bathroom (suggesting that I am also being subjected to unwanted and flagrantly illegal "hydration services" during my sleep).
I routinely check my front door after being awakened in the middle of the night with evidence of a human-trafficking perpetrator having had illegal physical contact with me during my sleep. My front door is always double-bolt-locked whenever I check it.
Among the approximate times this morning, Friday, May 29, when I was awakened abruptly while lying alone on my bed with the above-cited medical symptoms (this according to my standard-diary records I jotted down at the time, and for other times not cited I was so drowsy that I did not make a note in my diary at the time of the incident) were: 5:18 a.m. , 7:15 a.m.; and 8:40 a.m. I would estimate that the alleged human-trafficking perpetrators allegedly strike and allegedly ruin my sleep an average of about once every hour or once every two hours throughout each early-morning period when I am sleeping on my bed.
For this particular e-mail report to your APD unit I decided to attach one of the infrared motion-sensitive photos inside my private bedroom this morning that appeared to possibly highlight the bodies of more than one person.
I suspect that that might have happened in a context in which I had apparently been moved off my bed while held unconscious by an alleged trespasser deploying nasal-inhalants that kept me unconscious. I might add with polite emphasis that other crime-evidence photos obtained for me this morning from inside my current bedroom contain faces that definitely DO NOT appear to be my own face. I would have gladly provided you with those additional photo images as well, but I am aware that most APD units are not currently accepting more than one or two photos from me, if I remember correctly what your "size limit" is e-mail transmissions from me.
Please let me know as soon as possible if your APD Human Trafficking Unit would like a copy of all of my crime-evidence photos obtained from inside my current bedroom of my current apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments. I will be happy to provide you with those hundreds or thousands of photo images from the latter half of 2019 and 2020 that could help you to identify one or more alleged human-trafficking perpetrators or alleged sex-trafficking perpetrators allegedly victimizing me during my sleeping hours.
I hereby insist on my legal right to press criminal-law charges through the Austin Police Department or any other law-enforcement agency with jurisdiction against any and all alleged human-trafficking perpetrators or alleged-sex-trafficking perpetrators or alleged-home-invasion-crimes perpetrators or alleged-personal-injury-crimes perpetrators or alleged-assault-by-physical-contact perpetrators or alleged trespassers who allegedly were physically present ANYWHERE inside my current always-fully-locked apartment unit at any time during my sleeping hours or napping hours.
Incidentally, my official new 12-month lease agreement for my current solo-occupancy efficiency unit effective July 1, 2020, was signed by me and the apartment-management team yesterday here at Pebble Creek Apartments.
One May 26, 2020-dated addendum to my new lease agreement that the management team here asked me to also sign, and which I did then promptly sign in connection with my lease-agreement renewal, states as follows: "Security Guidelines for Residents, Addendum...(2). Security Guidelines. We disclaim any express or limited warranties of security. We care about your safety and that of other occupants and guests. No security system is failsafe. Even the best system can't prevent crime. Always act as if security systems don't exist since they are subject to malfunction, tampering, and human error. The best safety measures are the ones you perform as a matter of common sense and habit.
"In case of emergency, call 911. Always report emergencies to authorities first and then contact the management.
"Report any suspicious activity to the police first, and then follow up with a written notice to us.
"Know your neighbors. Watching out for each other is one of the best defenses against crime....
"Use the keyless deadbolt in your unit when you are at home...."
I have been the ONLY approved occupant on my lease ever since I moved into this efficiency apartment unit on a 12-month lease agreement for myself on June 21, 2019. I might add with emphasis that I have NEVER had any "guest" inside my apartment unit at any time of the day or night.
After I got moved into my unit with help from two Austin Affordable Moving Company male staff members in a strictly-platonic context in which they placed my mattress and some of other my belongings inside my bedroom mid-day on June 21, 2020, any and all of the visitors to my current rental unit were strictly professional-services providers (numerous on-duty APD officers over a multi-month period, apartment-complex maintenance staff, pest-control staff on a contract with the apartment management team here, Grande Communications installation technicians holding an agreed-upon exclusive-media-services provider relationship for tenants with the apartment-management team at this complex, and a polite one-time November 14, 2019, afternoon visit into my current unit with my permission by a female investigator for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services state agency, Investigator Diana McGeehan, who during her 40-minute visit asked me for the name of my current primary-care physician --- Dr. Debra Dollar, an internal-medicine specialist, I replied--- and stated to me that Investigator McGeehan had interviewed my oldest brother, Kent Neal McMillan of Hays County, Texas, who had stated to Investigator McGeehan that I myself have a Master's Degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, Investigator McGeehan volunteered) visiting my unit in a context that did not involve any physical contact with me or any sexual contact of any type with me or ANY visit inside my bedroom by any of those persons.
No friend or relative or former schoolmate or former classmate or former teacher of mine or current or former neighbor or former roommate or former housemate or current or former personal acquaintance or current or former coworker or current or former work supervisor of mine has ever been inside my current unit at any time since I moved into this unit on June 21, 2019.
Thank you in advance for your helpful reply note to me on this, and, as always, I would welcome any interviews by your APD Human Trafficking Unit or any other APD unit that investigates alleged criminal activities.
Best Wishes,
from John Kevin McMillan, longstanding criminal-law complainant in the still-unsolved APD Case 16-1340923.

This message is from John Kevin McMillan. [ mcmillanj@att.net ]Are you able to please state for me in writing as soon as possible whether the Austin Police Department has a current human-trafficking case that cites me as a complainant or victim of alleged human-trafficking activities during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my current always-bolt-locked-and-always-fully-locked solo-occupancy rental-efficiency-apartment unit in north Austin?
If there is a current APD Human-Trafficking case citing me as a victim or complainant, which APD officer or APD officers are or is my contact person with the APD Human Trafficking Unit?

Subject: seek APD confirmation re: current human trafficking case
