Dear Very Influential City Government of Austin officials in this state-capital city for Texas,
I would appreciate receiving a reply letter from ANY of you very influential City Government of Austin officials, in which you simply state to me whether you yourself support safe housing conditions for me inside my current apartment unit during my sleeping hours---housing conditions in which NO ONE but myself is physically present ANYWHERE inside my current bolt-locked and fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit at any time during my own sleeping hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious, on my own bed.
I need to also take this opportunity to politely point out that so far, no City Government of Austin official (see below for some of the City of Austin officials I've contacted about this in recent months) has been willing to write and send me a written assurance on this very major public-policy-related issue for me.
However, I did receive very recent reply e-mail letters from Travis County Judge Sarah Eckhardt and State Senator Kirk Watson, respectively, in which each of them kindly stated to me in writing that they each support safe housing conditions for everyone, including myself, here in Austin, Texas. I am very grateful to each of those two elected officials for having provided me with that very helpful written statement on behalf of Travis County Government and the State Government of Texas, respectively.
________
(NO REPLY TO ME SO FAR FROM MY DULY-ELECTED DISTRICT 4 REPRESENTATIVE ON THE AUSTIN CITY COUNCIL, GREG CASAR, IN RESPONSE TO THIS SPECIFIC QUESTION:)

Dear District 4 Representative Casar,
...
One follow-up question for you, Council Member Casar:
Do you support safe sleeping conditions for me on a daily and year-round basis as I lie alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious, inside my bolt-locked and fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency rental apartment unit in your district?

Subject: seeking safe housing conditions for myself
This message is from John Kevin McMillan. [ mcmillanj@att.net ]
I would appreciate receiving a written statement from you in regard to whether the Austin Police Department and the City Government of Austin both support safe housing conditions for myself on a 24-hour-a-day basis, including during my sleeping hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside a locked apartment unit in northwest Austin.
(Additional note from City Government of Austin on this:) No district found for the address provided
