Dear Sergeant Benningfield,
Thank you again for kindly accepting from me earlier this month two additional flashdrives of photographic crime evidence, containing 770 and 4,632 infrared, motion-sensitive-camera-generated photo images, respectively, that were each obtained during my sleeping hours in either late November 2019 or December 2019 from inside my current bedroom of my bolt-locked current efficiency apartment at Pebble Creek Apartments in north Austin.
I also appreciate the fact that detectives of the APD Sex Crimes Unit under your leadership have chosen ever since the summer of 2019 to accept a total thus far of approximately eight flash drives from me for APD sex-crimes case 16-1340923.

Nearly all of the photo images contained in that total of approximately eight flashdrives were obtained from inside my current solo-occupancy apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, with a small percentage of the photo images having been obtained for me earlier, during my sleeping hours in June 2019 from inside my bolt-locked apartment unit at Village Oaks Apartments, Apartment 1609, 10926 Jollyville Road, Austin, TX 78759, and from inside my solo-occupancy locked hotel room where I stayed for about one week in June 2019 at Austin Motor Inn, 11400 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78753.
Sgt. Benningfield, I am very grateful to Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody for the high level of confidence in me as a criminal-law complainant that she conveyed in a recent e-mail reply letter (below) to me that a very helpful female staff member of hers wrote and sent to me from Tallahassee.
Attorney General Moody has kindly advised me to focus on providing the Austin Police Department (APD) with pertinent and credible crime evidence that corroborates my allegations to APD about alleged continuous-and-continuing-daily-and-year-round home-invasion crimes, personal-injury-crimes, and sex crimes allegedly being perpetrated on me during my sleeping hours as I lie ALONE on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, inside my bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit in north Austin (TX). I always sleep ALONE ON MY OWN BED.
As I have mentioned to you in writing with polite emphasis on numerous occasions, I myself am a longtime celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, white Anglo-Saxon gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry.
I have been completely celibate, with zero sexual contact or intimate physical contact between myself and any other human being (or any animal or beast, for that matter), this regardless of where I was situated or resided or traveled to or visited, throughout any and all of my conscious or waking hours ever since and including the day I moved to the northern section of Austin, Texas, in August 2001.
Tonight, I am sending you several attachments of infrared motion-sensitive photo images obtained during my sleeping hours inside my current bedroom. Each of these photo images came from the newer of the two different hunter's cameras that I had purchased brand-new in 2019 at an Academy store in northwest Austin. I purchased that most recent hunter's camera of mine, along with the brand-new video card I'm using for that newest camera of mine, on December 5, 2019, and I have kept a receipt from that purchase.
(I might add that I have resided in this particular apartment unit ever since mid-day of June 21, 2019, so ALL photos featuring my current bedroom are, by definition, photos that were obtained AFTER June 21, 2019. I have never been anywhere inside my current apartment unit on any occasion before June 21, 2019.)
I need to emphasize that the photos point to an illegal intruder for several reasons.
It is easy to tell from the photos I am sharing with you from December 2019 and January 2020 that not all of those persons are the same individual. This means, by definition, that one or more of the photos is of an alleged illegal home-invasion crimes perpetrator or illegal trespasser.
Also, I myself am age 62; I am 6-feet-tall; my skin color is white and my skin color is not bronze or heavily tanned; I do NOT have massive thighs and my arms and legs are NOT very muscular or massive in size or shape; my own build is medium, rather than large; my own nostrils do not flare; my own facial expressions and gestures and bodily movements differ from many of the facial expressions and gestures and bodily movements I observe in the photos obtained for me from inside my bedroom during my sleeping hours; I DO NOT have a mustache; and my head shape is not narrow and angular, but is instead large and rounded.
I also need to emphasize that I the photos not showing me in the photo indicate to me that alleged intruders allegedly are moving me away from the top of my bed during my sleeping hours, with those intruders allegedly using nasal inhalants and oral inhalants or oral liquids that keep me asleep and unconscious when they move me away from the portions of my bed that my infrared motion-sensitive hunters' cameras are surveillancing for me.
I notice whenever I'm awakened abruptly in the middle of my sleep, which occurs several times per early-morning period, that I often have an unpleasant nasal-inhalant sensation in my nostrils (I DO NOT USE any nasal inhalants, and I DO NOT own any nasal inhalants), I often have an unpleasant anal-vibration sensation in my anus (I DO NOT own any vibrator of any type), and I have an immediate need to urinate in my bathroom, which prompts me to then get out of bed and urinate in my bathroom.
Photos obtained for me from December 19, 2019, through December 31, 2019, and from January 2020 inside my current bedroom should contain accurate dates and times, since I finally figured out on or about December 19, 2019, how to myself set the date and time mechanism on each of my two current hunter's cameras. (All of the photos from my two total current video cards, regardless of what the date and time state on them, were all obtained for me inside my current bedroom in either November 2019 or December 2019 or January 2020.)
I might add that during my conscious or waking hours, I myself have never at any time ever on any occasion with my own eyes ever seen or directly observed any person other than myself actually situated or actually present anywhere inside the one bedroom of my current efficiency rental unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in north Austin.
I might add with polite emphasis that in the entire approximately seven-month period ever since I moved into my current apartment unit on June 21, 2019, I have never at any time invited any other resident or occupant or tenant at my current complex, Pebble Creek Apartments, to enter my bolt-locked apartment unit at any time. Nor have I ever at any time permitted any friend or relative or coworker or work supervisor of mine to enter my current apartment unit at any time since or including the day I moved in here in 2019. I might add that the ONLY persons other than myself whom I myself have directly seen or directly observed inside my current apartment unit at nighttime were each on-duty officers of the Austin Police Department here in this state-capital city for Texas.
As always, I welcome any and all interviews of me by an actual crime investigator for the Austin Police Department or any other law-enforcement agency with legal jurisdiction or authority. I also welcome any and all DNA-trace forensic medical exams on myself---with full 180-day retroactive processing of each and every DNA trace obtained by APD for this continuous-and-continuing-alleged-sex-crimes case--- that APD or any other law-enforcement agency with jurisdiction or possible legal authority is willing to authorize for me at any time.
I would also like to take this opportunity to respectfully request that you please provide me with the currently assigned investigator for APD 16-1340923 to please contact me at that detective's earliest opportunity.
Thank you again, Sgt. Benningfield, for your kind willingness to accept additional crime evidence from me for APD Sex Crimes Case 16-1340923. I hope to hear from you or one of your detectives in the very near future.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, complainant and self-identified continuous-sex-crimes victim.

Subject: Thanks for Your Support for Safe-Housing For Me
I want to wish you and all the other honorable people of Florida a joyous and
healthful and prosperous New Year. I will always be grateful to Florida for
being the ONLY state in which I have resided after my graduation from college
in which I never at any time was ever once subjected to the problem of anyone
breaking into my locked apartment unit during my sleeping hours. I am also very
proud to mention that I currently am employed by two different very reputable
for-profit corporations that are each headquartered in Florida. I appreciate
the support for safe sleeping conditions for me inside my locked apartment unit
in Austin, Texas, that work supervisors for each of my two respective
Florida-based employers have very kindly expressed to me this year. One chief
supervisor of mine at the Outback Steakhouse in northwest Austin, Jason
Pastrano, in 2011 kindly volunteered to me during a workshift there that I
might want to purchase a motion-sensitive infrared hunter's camera and have it
operating inside my bedroom during my sleeping hours inside my locked apartment
in Austin. The Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit in the year 2019 has
accepted a half-dozen flashdrives from me containing hundreds of
photographic-images of alleged personal-injury-crimes evidence of alleged
illegal home-invasion-crimes perpetrators and alleged trespassers inside my
current bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit during my sleeping
hours. I always sleep alone and am a longtime celibate-by-choice,
single-by-choice, gainfully-employed, permanently drinking-alcohol-free,
permanently marijuana-free and anti-marijuana-minded,
lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than
marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, platonicly polite, dependably civil and
law-abiding Anglo adult gentleman.
