Subject: Re: [CAUTION EXTERNAL] 1-8-20 urgent safe-housing-related question from a constituent
Thank you, Judge Eckhardt, for your very nice reply note (below) to me today (January 8, 2020).
You and Senator Kirk Watson are now the ONLY two public officials I've posed this type of public-policy-related question to who have each been willing to directly assure me in writing that she or he supports safe housing conditions for me inside my current bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin.
With your and Senator Watson's kind support on this, I am very hopeful that the problem will soon end in which one or more home-invasion-crimes perpetrators or trespassers or personal-injury-crimes perpetrators allegedly have been illegally entering and allegedly continue to illegally enter my bolt-locked efficiency unit during my bedtime hours --- allegedly through an apparently hidden or secret point of entry.
That hidden or secret point of entry, I might politely add, may possibly involve alleged movement of or alleged movement coming from, one or more of my bedroom walls during my sleeping hours, according to the illuminated photos showing alleged movement coming out of a bedroom wall that I've obtained during my sleep---crime-evidence photos that were generated for me by the two separate motion-sensitive, infrared hunter's cameras of mine I'm currently using inside my bedroom that are each focused on my bed.
I have discussed this cited possible building code issue on the telephone on two separate occasions in 2019 with Jeff Libby, a politely professional building code inspector for the City of Austin. Mr. Libby has assured me on the phone that if the Austin Police Department ever requests an inspection by himself that is focused on identifying any possible hidden points of entry into my rental unit, Mr. Libby will be willing to visit this multi-unit building, Building 17 near the northeastern corner of this Pebble Creek Apartments gated-community complex, and will definitely pursue that type of inspection for APD.
I welcome any and all point-of-entry-related inspections and any additional electronic surveillance of my own comfortable-during-my-non-sleeping-hours and comfortable-during-my-non-napping-hours unit, Apartment 2418, by any on-duty City of Austin official or by any on-duty Travis County Government official or any other on-duty government official with legal authority, or by any government agency with jurisdiction, at any time.
Incidentally, Judge Eckhardt and Senator Watson, I did have some major progress today in the alleged ongoing personal-injury-crimes-and-sex-crimes APD Case Number 16-1340923.
Nicole, an administrative staff member for the Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit, politely informed me on the telephone at 3:17 p.m. today (Wednesday, January 8, 2020) that her APD unit is now in possession of both of the two new flashdrives of November 2019- or December 2019-generated crime evidence, including hundreds of new additional photo-images crime evidence, from me for the above-cited APD case. "Yes, we have them," Nicole politely stated to me in that brief local phone call I
made to her from my landline home telephone line inside my current Pebble Creek Apartments apartment unit.
It is an APD Sex Crimes case dating back to 2016, when I paid for and obtained ADT surveillance of my bedroom of my apartment unit at that time---surveillance videoclips that according to what Andrew, a male adult ADT staff member in Rochester, New York, stated to me on the telephone in December 2015, appeared to indicate possible movement to my bedroom walls during my sleeping hours inside my locked bedroom of the two-bedroom Apartment 902 at Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollvyille Road, in northwest Austin.
It is an alleged continuous-crimes APD Sex Crimes case to which I as the victim allege that I have been subjected against my wishes on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis during my sleeping hours or napping hours, regardless of the time of day when I myself was or am sleeping alone or napping alone on my own bed inside my current bolt-locked and fully-secured solo-occupancy (myself, only) efficiency apartment unit.
The currently cited investigator for the cited ongoing crimes case, Nicole also stated to me today, is APD Sergeant Sandra Benningfield---herself the reported head of the APD Sex Crimes Unit.
Each of those two brand-new flashdrives of mine exclusively contain hundreds of photo images:
exactly "770" total photo images in one flashdrive exclusively containing photos from one brand-new and higher-quality-hunter's camera and one brand-new video card I had purchased on December 5, 2019, at an Academy store along Research Boulevard in northwest Austin; and exactly "4,632" photo images (all of them obtained for me in either November or December 2019) on the other flashdrive, according to Andrew, a staff member for FedEx along North Burnet Road who on December 30, 2019, while on duty inside his FedEx store diligently transferred all of my two separate video cards' photo images, respectively, onto two separate brand-new flashdrives of mine.
Those crime-evidence photo images were all obtained for me during my bedtime hours---many of them NOT being of myself, I have politely emphasized to APD officers----as I lay ALONE (as always) on my own bed inside my current bolt-locked efficiency second-floor, eastward-facing apartment unit in Building 17 at Pebble Creek Apartments in north Austin.
I am a longtime celibate-by-choice lifelong-single Anglo gentleman, and I have NEVER permitted anyone to enter my apartment unit, or opened the front door to anyone, during my bedtime hours. My sleeping hours are generally occurring for me at a variety of times between midnight and 9 a.m. I might add that during the entire multi-month period in which I have lived in my current rental unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, I have never with my own eyes ever at any time definitely seen or definitely observed any person other than myself---with the exception of a polite on-duty APD officer who knocked at my front door and visited my unit at my request in connection with a crime report from myself---anywhere inside my own unit during my bedtime hours or at any time between the hours of 10 p.m. at nighttime and 9 a.m. in the morning.
I had provided those two flashdrives for APD Case 16-1340923 to the Anglo male APD Patrol Officer Travis Vonholt (Badge Number 8605) during a politely professional on-duty visit he made to my apartment unit at my prior request that began at 10:24 p.m.. Saturday, January 4, 2020, and ended when Officer Vonholt left my unit with the two flashdrives at 10:40 p.m. that day. The two flashdrives I handed to Officer Vonholt were reportedly then stored at the APD North Austin substation over a multi-day period. Nicole of the APD Sex Crimes Unit staff confirmed for me on the telephone at about 7:10 a.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2020, that both of the cited crime-evidence flashdrives were reportedly in storage at the North Austin APD substation at that time.
Thank you again, Judge Eckhardt, for your very encouraging reply letter to me. I look forward to the day when the intruder problem in my solo-occupancy rental apartment unit is finally ended, with help from the City of Austin, the Austin Police Department, Travis County Government, and the State of Texas.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,

Dear Travis County Judge Sarah Eckhardt,
One respectful follow-up question for you from a permanently drinking-alcohol-free, permanently-illicit-drug-free, gainfully-employed, single Anglo adult male senior-citizen gentleman residing in your countywide district of Travis County, Texas:
Do you support safe housing conditions for me in which I am able on a daily and year-round basis to keep any and all persons OTHER than myself away from any portion of the interior of my bolt-locked current solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit throughout any and all of my own sleeping hours or napping hours or bedtime hours?
Thank you in advance for your helpful reply note to me on this.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.
