TODAY, AFTER I WAS REFERRED EARLIER TODAY TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF TEXAS CRIME VICTIM SERVICES OFFICE BY A HELPFUL AUSTIN-BASED OFFICIAL OF THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF STATE HEALTH SERVICES STATE AGENCY'S FEDERALLY FUNDED RAPE-PREVENTION PROGRAM, Ms. CAROL HARVEY.

I would also like to take this opportunity to politely emphasize that I would welcome any and all DNA-traces rape-evidence medical exams on myself that a law-enforcement agency with legal authority or any other reputable entity or individual is willing to authorize for me at any time, with any DNA trace to a cited person other than myself being solid proof in a court of law here in Austin that I was physically abused or sexually assaulted by that cited person during my sleeping hours. 

I myself am a longtime celibate-by-choice (including ever since and throughout the entire day I moved to the northern section of Austin in August 2001), single-by-choice Anglo gentleman, and I ALWAYS sleep alone on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin.

"Does Texas Attorney General Paxton support safe and comfortable sleeping conditions on a year-round basis for all Texans, including myself?"
