CITY ATTORNEY's OFFICE HERE IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, IN A DECEMBER 26, 2019, REPLY EMAIL TO ME, CITES APPARENT NEED FOR A MULTI-WEEK DELAY IN RESPONDING TO MY PUBLIC-INFORMATION REQUEST FOCUSED ON AUSTIN MAYOR STEVE ADLER---HIMSELF A STATE BOARD OF TEXAS-CERTIFIED ATTORNEY---AND ME

I received a polite update message today (Thursday, December 26 2019) from the City Government of Austin's Law Department in regard to my December 12, 2019-dated online public-information request at the official City of Austin website that is focused on Austin Mayor Steve Adler and me.

The next-to-last paragraph of today's reply e-mail (below) to me from the City Attorney's Office:
"Your Public Information Request Reference # C054386-121219 is still being processed. The City of Austin will make the effort to ensure information you have requested is made available in a timely manner. We anticipate completing your request on or before January 17, 2020."

The reply letter doers not state whether the City Attorney's Office here in Austin, Texas, plans to submit a letter to the Attorney General of Texas that seeks exemption from the Texas Legislature-mandated 10-working-days deadline on final response to a public-information request in this state.

"I am the founder and only current approved member of a new and non-Christian 'Honor Society' religion, the implicitly-deistic and non-atheistic 'Progressive Prohibitionist Religion', that has very stringent membership-eligibility guidelines.
"I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997. I have resided in Austin District 4 as a rent-paying official tenant inside a bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency-apartment unit in north Austin ever since June 21, 2019.
"My respective home addresses during the approximately five-year period applicable to this public-information request, listed in descending chronological order from earliest to most recent, have been:
