Dear Ms. Sabatino,
Thank you for your October 23, 2018, reply e-mail letter (below) in response to my October 16, 2018, e-mail public-information request to the Austin Independent School District in Austin, Texas.
Does your e-mail reply letter (below) indicate that the August 1, 2016, e-mail reply letter (below) to me from the Austin Independent School District's chief attorney, Ms. Ylise Janssen, was later deleted by herself?
If so, I would appreciate a written explanation from your school district on what prompted Ms. Janssen to delete her e-mail reply letter to me.
If that reply letter was not deleted by Ms. Janssen, your school district's official Open Records response to me should have included a copy of that reply letter from Ms. Janssen. I would also appreciate receiving that legal document from you as soon as possible.
That legal document from your public school district in Austin will provide official confirmation to me that your chief attorney on August 1, 2016, did, in fact, officially request in writing that this particular former Salutatorian of AISD's Stephen F. Austin High School (myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin) must never again directly contact Ms. Janssen herself in any context.
My receiving from you a copy of the cited legal document will also provide me with official confirmation that the e-mail letter I received on August 1, 2016, was, in fact, written and sent to me by your school district's Hispanic female chief attorney, rather than from some online perpetrator of alleged fraud who was allegedly falsely purporting to be Ms. Ylise Janssen.
After I receive a copy of the legal document in question from yourself, that will also mean, from a strictly legal standpoint, that your public school district as of that time is required to maintain a legal record over a State of Texas-specified multi-year time period of both my October 16, 2018, Open Records request to AISD and your official full and complete and final Open Records response to me.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
from public-information requestor and former Stephen F. Austin High School Salutatorian John Kevin McMillan.

Subject: re: my Aug 1, 2016, complaint vs ACC
August 1, 2016
Dear Texas Assistant Attorney General Smith in the Office of the Attorney General of Texas Open Records Division in Austin,
Please note, below, additional documentation on behalf of the legal complaint I filed with you today in my capacity as a public-information requestor.
My complaint is against the Austin Community College's public information office in Austin, Texas. My complaint relates to ACC's response to a civilly-worded July 18, 2016-dated E-mail public information request from myself that I provided you earlier today as part of this complaint from myself.
The following (bottom item, below) is an e-mailed attachment sent to me by Austin Community College on July 20, 2016, that provides me with an estimated cost of $846.20 on providing me with all written documents referring to myself (John Kevin McMillan of Austin) in any way, and that were each written by either President Rhodes or Ms. Pam Sutton of ACC's Office of the President, at any time since the morning of Sept. 1, 2011.
I hope this additional documentation is helpful on behalf of my civilly worded legal complaint today through your state agency against Austin Community College in Austin, Texas.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
complainant John Kevin McMillan.
10926 Jollyville Rd, Apt. 902, Austin, Texas, 78759.
Home phone: (512) 342-2295.
Ms. Smith, I am also providing you, immediately below this follow-up note to yourself, with a copy of a July 21, 2016, E-mail reply letter to me from ACC Public Information Coordinator Dahlia Anzaldua-Torres that very clearly states that the previously cited $846.20 estimated charge to me she had informed me about in writing is for documents about me that were written by either of two total ACC employees or officials: ACC President Rhodes or his assistant Ms. Pam Sutton, for the specified time period ever since the morning of September 1, 2011 (Rhodes's very first day as ACC President).
Also included, below, is the July 20-dated cover e-mail letter to me from Ms. Anzaldua-Torres in which she initially responds in writing to my July 18, 2016, e-mail public-information request by sending me an accompanying attachment (bottom item, below) that cites $846.20 as the estimated fee I'd be charged on that.

Mr. McMillan,
Attached is an adjusted estimate reflecting a search for documents that you've requesting for only for Dr. Richard Rhodes rrhodes@austincc.edu. The previous estimate was for both Rhodes and Pam Sutton. Ms. Sutton is the staff member in the President's Office who may review, copied to, reply to any communications for Dr. Rhodes.
This estimate can be paid for online at ACC Marketplace[secure.touchnet.com]. Reference ORR 1548 were applicable

Subject: ORR 1548 - Cost Estimate
Mr. McMillan,
I am attaching a copy of a cost estimate referencing labor involved in gathering the communications that you've requested. It may be possible to decrease the estimate as it looks like the bulk of the time is related to how far back you want the search to go. Let me know if you would like to make any adjustments to your request.
Payment can be made online at ACC Marketplace[secure.touchnet.com]. Be sure to reference ORR 1548. As soon as payment is made, I can have IT start the search for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Unless I hear from you, we will consider this request closed in 10 business days.

I myself, John Kevin McMillan, was Salutatorian of the AISD-affiliated Stephen F. Austin High School's graduating class of 1975 here in Austin, Texas. I had served as President of the Austin High Debate Club during my senior year at that high school.
I am a gainfully-employed, permanently drinking-alcohol-free, dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, lifelong-tobacco-free, single adult Anglo male resident of Austin.
My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska.
I have resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.
I am the founder and only current approved member of a new and non-Christian and implicitly-deistic "Honor Society" religion. I am referring to the anti-drinking-alcohol and anti-tobacco and anti-marijuana-minded and anti-facial-hair-minded and anti-tattoos-minded and anti-anonymous-communications-minded and anti-thought-control-projects-minded and anti-noise-pollution-minded and anti-stalking and anti-rape-minded "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion". It is a fully independent new religion that has very stringent membership-eligibility guidelines.
During the multi-year time period applicable to this public information request, I myself resided as an official rent-paying tenant or official rent-paying occupant at the following apartment units or hotel rooms:
---Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, Building 3, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759. I resided in that particular apartment unit from January 2002 until July 29, 2015, when my lease to reside there as an official rent-paying tenant expired after the management team gave prior notice earlier in 2015 that it had chosen not to renew that lease for me and my one total official roommate at that time.
---Crossland Economy Studios, 12621 Hymeadow, Apt. 133, Austin, Texas, 78729. I officially resided as a rent-paying tenant at this particular Extended Stay America hotel and efficiency apartments facility in Williamson County, Texas (a facility situated in far northwest Austin, with the Austin Police Department having law-enforcement jurisdiction at that location), from July 29, 2015, until late September 2015.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apt. 902, Austin, Texas, 78759, from late September 2015 until early September 2017.
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 16, Apartment 1609, Austin, Texas, 78759, ever since early September 2017, including at present.
I hope to hear from you soon in response to this public-information request from myself.
Incidentally, Ms. Bolden, please let me know as soon as possible if you sense that you might have to charge me more than $20 in administrative fees you expect to incur from processing this public-information request from myself.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a former resident of the Boston area of Massachusetts who is myself a certified direct descendant of the Rev. William Brewster---the great Puritan religious leader who served as Head Chaplain on the Mayflower and, later, as a leading adviser to Plymouth Colony Governor William Bradford in what is now the U.S. Commonwealth or U.S. state of Massachusetts.
