I am seeking a copy of any and all written communications, including e-mail communications, that were received or written or mailed or FAXed or e-mailed or forwarded by a member of the legal staff for the Texas Legislative Council at any time since April 17, 2011, and that, in each such case, referred at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of northwest Austin. 

EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any and all e-mail communications that were exclusively written by myself or were sent or forwarded by myself. 

I am a native of Lincoln, Nebraska. I was born there on April 27, 1957. I am also the founder and only approved current member of a new and non-Christian "Honor Society" religion with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements---the "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" being my own fully-independent religious denomination. 

In the period ever since April 17, 2011, I have resided in a variety of addresses, including 11411 Research Boulevard, Building 3, Apt. 325, Austin, TX 78759; 12621 Hymeadow Road, Apt. 133 ,Austin, TX 78729; 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apt. 902, Austin, TX 78759; and, most recently, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 16, Apt. 1609, Austin, TX 78759.
