Dear Open Records Coordinator for the Travis County District Attorney's Office in Austin, Texas,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mail letters or letters or memoranda or other written communications that each refer at least once in any manner or way to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, and that, in each such case, at any time since January 3, 2017, were written or sent or e-mailed or FAXed or mailed or forwarded by or on behalf of Travis County District Attorney Margaret Moore; or by any staff member or official in Ms. Moore's Civil Rights Division; or by Sergeant Todd Bircher or any other staff member or investigator or official in Ms. Moore's Public Integrity Unit.

Ms. Moore was officially sworn into elective office as Travis County District Attorney on January 3, 2017.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. My date of birth is April 27, 1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am gainfully employed and lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, permanently-illicit-drug-free, permanently-marijuana-free and anti-marijuana-minded, facially clean-shaven (no beard or mustache, etc.) and anti-facial-hair-minded, lifelong-tattoo-less and anti-tattoos-minded, non-sadomasochistic and anti-S&M-minded lifestyle.

I am a law-abiding single adult white male member of the HIV-negative community of Austin---a community in which I myself would estimate that 99 percent or more of all of the adult white men of Austin who fit that description are, in fact, heterosexual in sexual identity per se. I myself am a longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice white gentleman.

I do not have any criminal-conviction record, and I am a former full-time employee in Austin of the Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agency, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice state agency, respectively.

I am the founder and only approved member of a new and non-Christian, implicitly-deistic "Honor Society" religion, the Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements. My fully-independent religion is NOT atheistic, and is itself strongly opposed to anonymous communications that violate the privacy rights of the recipient of those communications; thought-control projects; stalking; sexual assault; physical torture; fraudulent communications; fraudulent or injurious medical services; and verbal harassment.

The only currently-living relative of mine who has ever directly stated to me at any time this century that that individual resides in the Austin area is Kent Neal McMillan. Kent Neal McMillan apparently continues to reside in the Travis County town of Westlake Hills with his wife, Sara McMillan. Among the last words that Kent McMillan ever verbalized to me on the telephone, which he did several years ago, were that I myself should "proceed as if there is no intruder in your apartment unit" (approximate quote), with Kent McMillan emphasizing to me in that same phone conversation that it was "highly unlikely" (exact quote from Kent on that subject in that same phone conversation we had) that I myself was in fact being victimized during my sleep, as I lay alone on my own bed, by any alleged intruder having any alleged physical contact with me of any type or any alleged sexual contact with me of any type inside my own bolt-locked apartment unit in northwest Austin, oldest brother Kent stated.

One relative of mine in Iowa or Florida, either Aunt Allegra Dane or Cousin Jack Dane, did state to me in a recent prior year on the telephone that a younger biological relative of theirs, Calvin Dane, resided in the Austin area this century while attending law school at the University of Texas at Austin. Calvin Dane reportedly holds a law degree from UT-Austin. I myself have never spoken with Calvin Dane, but I have had several polite phone conversations in recent years with his polite biological father, attorney Jack Dane, whose law office is located in Davenport, Iowa. I greatly appreciate Cousin Jack's statement to me on the telephone earlier this century that he himself regards me as being a "person of good character".

I have been a resident of Austin, Texas, on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.

I have resided at Village Oaks Apartments in northwest Austin on a continuous basis ever since late September 2015. Village Oaks Apartments are reportedly owned at present by a for-profit corporation bearing the name of "Northland Oaks Apartments LLC", according to the current 11-month management-approved lease-agreement I signed for my current apartment unit at Village Oaks Apartments. That new lease-agreement for me became officially effective on September 5, 2017.

I am residing and sleeping alone on a bed of my own in the living room of my and one other official management-approved tenant's current one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment unit in Building 16 at Village Oaks. My relationship with the only other official tenant also residing in my current third-floor rental apartment unit is, of course, strictly platonic at all times.

I hope to hear from you soon in response to this public-information request from myself.
