ANOTHER POLITELY WORDED LEGAL WARNING TO THE TAXPAYERS OF AUSTIN, THE TAXPAYERS OF TRAVIS COUNTY, THE TAXPAYERS OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY, AND THE TAXPAYERS OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF TEXAS:

The City Government of Austin, the County of Travis, the County of Williamson, and the State Government of Texas do indeed incur a massive legal liability if there is ever any factual evidence at any time that the City of Austin, the County of Travis, the County of Williamson, or the State of Texas has or have either sponsored or permitted or financed or authorized any person or group of persons to allegedly violate my own privacy rights in a context failing to acknowledge to myself and others that 99 percent or more of the male adult persons and adult female persons most appropriate as prospective or actual off-duty personal friends of mine and prospective or actual co-religionists of mine are, in fact, heterosexual in sexual identity per se.

Among the many reasons why this is very apparent to me are the following:

--I am NOT a current or former drug addict.

--I have NEVER participated  in any act of anonymous sex on any occasion or at any time in the entire 21st Century period of my life.

--I DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record.

--I AM NOT a member of the criminal element in Austin.

--I support law-enforcement, and over a multi-decade period I personally have made dozens of phone calls to the Austin Police Department and to Austin-Travis County EMS services in which I filed a tentative concern that a cited individual other than myself appeared to be possibly unsafe or a possible or potential victim of crime or in possible need of non-psychiatric medical assistance in Austin, or that I had directly observed an individual I regarded as possibly suspicious who might possibly have committed a crime victimizing someone other than myself, or who might possibly be on the verge of committing a crime victimizing someone other than myself.

--I myself DO NOT have any tattoo emblazoned anywhere on any portion of my entire body.

--In my entire life, I have NEVER ON ANY occasion ever at once asked for or paid for the emblazoning of ANY tattoo anywhere on my own body.

--In my entire life, I have spent ZERO DOLLARS of my own money inside any tattoo parlor or any massage parlor or any house of prostitution.

--In my entire life, I have spent ZERO dollars of my own money to any "escort service", much less to one that has been linked to any alleged paid sexual activities of any type.

--I DO NOT patronize any nightclubs or pick-up bars as a paying guest.

---In my entire life, I have never at any time or on any occasion ever stated to anyone that "you need to get laid" or that "you should go to a pick-up bar or nightclub and have sex with a complete stranger whom you pick up from that bar or nightclub."

--In my entire life, I have never knowingly attended any party or social event that was identified to me at the time or in advance of that event as a "sex orgy".

--I HAVE NOT consumed any drinking alcohol on any occasion since the late summer of 1990.

--In my entire life, I HAVE NEVER on any occasion ever once hosted any party in which I myself ever observed any evidence that any of the persons present at that party were allegedly consuming marijuana or any other illicit drug at that party.

--I HAVE NOT consumed any quantity of marijuana on any occasion since the late fall of 1984.

--I myself have NEVER knowingly been a personal friend of someone whom I knew at that time was an alleged drug dealer.

--I HAVE NEVER on any occasion in my entire life ever once consumed any quantity of marijuana in any context in which I myself possessed that marijuana or had myself purchased that marijuana.

--In my entire life, I have NEVER ON ANY OCCASION ever at any time ever once owned any "bong" or any other marijuana-related item, such as "rolling papers".

--In my entire life, I have NEVER AT ANY TIME ever once hosted any party in which I myself as the party host offered any quantity or marijuana---or any other illicit drug, for that matter---to ANY of the invited party guests.


--In my ENTIRE LIFE, I have NEVER AT ANY TIME ever once consumed any illicit drug other than marijuana on ANY occasion.

--In my entire life, I have NEVER AT ANY TIME ever on any occasion ever once visited ANY house of prostitution anywhere in the entire world.

---In my entire life as an adult resident of Texas, Florida, and Massachusetts, in particular, I have NEVER AT ANY TIME EVER ON ANY OCCASION ever once in any of those four states made any payment of money to any so-called "bathhouse" where sex between strangers occurs inside a public place in that state.

--In my entire life, I have NEVER ON ANY OCCASION ever once had sex inside a public place, such as a commercially-operated "bathhouse".

---I DO NOT have any ties of any type to any organized crime group anywhere in the world.

--The "Honor Society" and non-Christian, non-Judaistic new religion I have myself established has eligibility criteria that are very stringent in nature, and do reflect my own values as a human being and religionist.

--I do NOT wear any mustache or goatee or beard on my face, and I am facially clean-shaven.

--I DO NOT wear any jewelry on my body.

--I DO NOT support or endorse sex-change operations involving castration, or the surgical removal of a penis from a male body.

--I DO NOT consume any drinking alcohol, and I am NOT a recovering alcoholic.

--In my entire life, I have NEVER on any occasion ever once consumed any tobacco product.

--In my entire life, I have NEVER purchased a pack of tobacco cigarettes for anyone.


--In my entire life, I have NEVER been accused by any non-anonymous person of myself having allegedly committed any act of pederasty (and the only anonymous allegation was a flagrantly false "anonymous tip" that an apparent resident of Stanton, Texas, in 1989 or early 1990 reportedly called in to my male news-editor work supervisor (Steve Ray) at his and my "Big Spring Herald" daily newspaper office in Big Spring, Texas, in which the caller alleged that I as a full-time regional reporter for the "Big Spring Herald" allegedly "had sex" with a teenage male member of the Stanton High School public school's varsity tennis team earlier that day inside a Dairy Queen chain restaurant in Stanton, with the alleged "sex" having allegedly occurred in the middle of my pre-scheduled afternoon interview with that teenage gentleman about his involvement with that public school's varsity tennis team. The sole intent of the interview with that Hispanic high school student was to obtain information and quotes I could use in a planned feature story highlighting his role as a varsity tennis team member for Stanton High School. I politely informed my work supervisor, Mr. Ray, inside his "Herald" newsroom office that that "anonymous tip" was flagrantly false, and, of course, no charges were ever filed against me. I had had ZERO physical contact of any type with the Hispanic male youth in question, and the polite interview I conducted with him referred throughout to his pursuit of tennis for a public school in Stanton, Texas.)

--In my entire life, I have NEVER AT ANY TIME been accused by anyone of having allegedly committed or been guilty of intergenerational exploitation of any person significantly younger than myself in age.

--I have NEVER physically beaten or physically whipped any person on any occasion during my adulthood.

--I have NEVER AT ANY TIME permitted anyone to physically whip or physically beat myself on any occasion during my adulthood.

--In my entire life, I have NEVER ON ANY OCCASION ever at any time infected any other person with any sexually transmitted disease.

--I am very devoted to helping or befriending children and biological parents as well as step-parents in a respectful manner through my own life.

--I DO NOT verbalize any profanity in my everyday speech with others.

--I myself NEVER verbalize the infamous "f" word, with the sole exception being when I am quoting another person as having verbalized that word in a context that I regarded as improper on their part.

--I excel at strictly-platonic and appreciative involvements with anyone who is actually attractive to me.

--I DO NOT participate in anonymous communications violating the privacy rights of anyone.

---I DO NOT participate in or in any way condone any thought-control project currently occurring anywhere in Austin, Texas, or anywhere else.

--I DO NOT object in any way to lawfully worded non-anonymous criticism of any and all "subcultures" or "communities" of Austin, of Travis County, or of Texas, the Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion traditions being very crucial in true democracy.

--I myself have NEVER at any time stated to anyone that I sought to "punish" or "harm" or "retaliate against" any person in retaliation for his or her having verbalized criticism of or a prevailingly critical vantage point toward any particular subculture or "community".

--I myself have NEVER at any time stated to anyone that I "seek to hound" or "seek to railroad" a cited individual out of town.

--I DO oppose censorship of non-anonymous communications that are civilly and lawfully worded.

--I AM very devoted to upholding a principled approach to human rights issues---the human right to enjoy full freedom from medically injurious continuous noise pollution, for instance.

--I am a law-abiding member of the HIV-negative and STD-free community of Austin, the County of Travis, and the State of Texas, with heterosexual adult men, in particular, accounting for at least 99 percent of all Austin men, all Travis County men, and all Texan men who also have that very important shared human-identity trait.
