THE PLEASURE OF LOOKING FORWARD TO THE UPCOMING VERY FIRST OCCASION IN MANY YEARS WHEN I MYSELF WILL BE LIVING WITH A PLEASANT AND HONEST NON-SMOKING ADULT PERSON YOUNGER OR SIGNIFICANTLY YOUNGER THAN MYSELF:

---I could host or co-host a dinner party in honor of my younger roommate or younger housemate at which each guest attending the event would be asked to give a mini-speech stating what he or she likes the most about the cited person (my adult younger roommate or my adult younger housemate) being honored at that party.
