In regard to the abbreviation "NOI" that is stated in the last paragraph, below, the website "abbreviations.com" states that "NOI" sometimes means "No Other Information". It is not clear, however, whether APD Officer Alcala had intended to state "No Other Information" through the "NOI" abbreviation she used in the following APD report she filed on May 15, 2015. --- jkm)
"AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT

"On 05/05/15 at approximately 06:01 I, Officer Alcala #7836 along with Officer Shows #5971 responded to a call for service at 11411 Research Blvd Svrd NB #325. The call text stated that the caller requested to speak with officers because of suspected foul play and that the caller wants a medical exam. Before arriving at the scene, I checked involvement on the caller, there were past calls of this nature.
"Upon arriving at the location, I made contact with the caller, later identified as:
"McMillan, John, W/M, 04/27/1957
"Upon speaking with John, he advised me that he believed he was being sexually assaulted while sleeping on his bed during the night. John was rambling and changing the subjects very quickly and not making any sense. John stated that he believed his roommate to be an (alleged possible) accomplice in the (alleged) sexual assault. John stated that he always locks the front door and his bedroom door but this morning, one of the locks was not secured. John stated that his anus hurt and that his bedsheets were torn. I observed no signs of disturbance or any evidence of a sexual assault. John stated that he also believed his (current) roommate (at Wind River Crossing Apartments may have allegedly or possibly) murdered somebody (in Virginia, according to a possibly facetious or half-joking or possibly serious "confession" that roommate made in person on one total occasion to Mr. McMillan), but he (Mr. McMillan) had talked to a homicide detective.
"John was still changing subjects extremely fast and rambling on. It was difficult to get a coherent sentence. John also requested a medical exam on him and his roommate. I advised John that there was no evidence of a sexual assault but that I would write a report for this incident. John was given the incident number.
